He already got a yellow - does that not mean he can't be charged retrospectively, no matter how much Sportscene start crying about it? I may be wrong.

Only reason I was allowed to be upgraded is because the ref said he didn’t see the full incident and for me then why did the ref book him at all?

It simply means that a player can strike, kick, punch, elbow another player and nothing will happen to that player. It's a shambles, needs to be looked at by a truly independent body. Not SFA who are just wandering into one mess after another. They are not fit for purpose. They should all resign NOW.
