A strange Scotland team selection from Clarke but are we surprised? What is sad is no Rangers players in the squad and I think given some who have been named, Ryan Jack should absolutely have been included. Also, compared with some in the squad, surely Ross McCrorie and even Andy Halliday should have merited inclusion? Don't laugh about Halliday, the man gives his all every time. If fit, Lee Wallace, Jamie Murphy and Graham Dorrans would also be in the frame so we do have some decent Scottish talent at Ibrox (if fit! ) . Good to see Liam Kelly called up but only Robertson and Fraser are anywhere good enough in my view.

Halliday? Cmon. He gives his all yes. But he's just not good enough its as simple as that. He is a bit part player with us if we are struggling with injuries that's it.

Ryan Jack is prob the only Scottish player we have who merits a shout for the Scotland squad.

Clarke's overlooked 1 player from our squad. Didums.

The squad he's chosen doesn't set the heather on fire. Want our national team to do well obvs but not bothered too much.

Leaves one of our main players with a good break over the summer.

Paul. If you look at Clarke's squad there are a few unheard of muppets in there and I'm sure Halliday has been part of a better team than their teams this season. I'm not disagreeing with what you say but compared to what Clarke has picked.?

I can see there's a few in there who shouldn't be. Ie mcnulty brophy etc. but atleast they play regular football. Halliday is barely good enough for the bench for us imo. also tommy we can see your name you don't have to sign off after every comment.

I would be horrified to see Andy Halliday anywhere near Scotland selection Ryan Jack has played well but not international standard would be badly exposed at that level.

Brilliant. Too many wine gums fir tommy today. i am not sayin these killie players are good enough. But Andy halliday is very poor. If we have nobody else available then he gets thrown in. Will b dissapointed next season if he even makes the bench. he's our 3rd best left back but yeah let's fire him in the Scotland set up. andy robertson be bricking it. he's also nowhere near good enough for the midfield. Ross mccrorie in with a better shout.

I'm taking it you don't understand what I said, il put it another way, Clarke has com from Kilmarnock, he hates Rangers, he gets Scotland job, and immediately picks 3 players who wouldn't be in the top 50 of many people's thoughts, and will likely never be again, tell me the last time 3 Kilmarnock players played international football, ? Now Halliday is being abused, one of our own and a guy who hasn't ever done anything wrong., very poor in your words, your a really good Rangers fan,

I think Jack can feel a bit disappointed about not getting into the Scotland squad. we don't have any other outfield player who warrants getting into the squad. The killie players? time will tell.
