He’s had a lot of injuries and not been great in the few games we’ve seen him. If I was Gerrard I would start him the first 5 games of the season to give him a proper chance then see how he performs. Can site plenty examples when Gers fans have judged players too quickly. There were plenty on here saying Steve Davis was finished.

Maybe living in scotland and playing for us is not what barasic expected Gannet? I think its your comment that's silly. If it is a settlement issue then that is a huge problem. He's been here a year almost so if he hasn't already settled after a year then its unlikely he will. He obviously has the talent hence why he plays for croatia. Hopefully its only a consistency issue with the injuries that he has had and with a good pre season under his belt, we will see the best of him. 👍.

Tierney is worth couple of million at best, he may go for far more, but that is what he is worth in my opinion. Then again, I have only seen him against Rangers 2 or 3 times- I don't watch his team play against others. Someone is going to pay way over the odds but that is their lookout.

I hate celtic as much as the next ger but he has played season in and out for THEM and is an academy product so they can charge alit more on that and on top of the fact they don't want to sell him

Barisic hasn't proved nothing for us except he plays well against us and if we wanted that could get that in spl.

Why is that ridiculous ger88? Maybe he isn't happy in scotland and doesn't want to play for us. It is very probable. I remember harry redknapp telling a story about a foreign player he signed and he and his wife were that unhappy that they went back home and refused to come back. That might not be the case with barasic but its hardly ridiculous to suggest that barasic might not want to play for us anymore because he is unhappy in scotland.
