Aribo's medical taking as long as Turnbull's now. Wish they would hurry up and confirm it.

You can announce pre contracts. Think Jordan Jones. Nothing illegal about announcing it.

I wasn't all that convinced by the Aribo fella until I read how pissed off lee Bowyer is about loosing him to us. I know he would have preferred it if he went to an english club so they get more cash for him but, he also wanted him to stay for another year or 3 at charlton.

His comments about scottish football being a place to end your career is pish and shows he doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to our game.
Its about time scottish clubs ripped the young talented players away from english football. They done it to us for long enough.

Scotty123 cmstill can't see where it's been confirmed he has passed medical. Where did you see it?

Bowyer is a wee rat anyway, ask Kieron Dyer lol.

Yogibear it's people like Bowyer who raid Scottish leagues for players. Been saying for a long time SFA need to set up their own tv channel for games. The revenue made worldwide from old firm games would seriously enhance each team in SPFL and bellends like Bowyer would not get a look in.

In all honesty Aribo has made the right choice moving to Scotland rather than stay at Charlton. He will have opportunity to play in Europa league each season.

I agree phil. I don't understand why Scottish football doesn't set up its on channel for football. Even some sort of online streaming channel.

Was actually taking you seriously phil until the end. You just keep telling yourself that when your manager is dragged off to the nuthouse before Christmas. Never mind Mourinho or Benitez will slot right in there. Or will it be Kennedy, the perennial bridesmaid, who will come in and ruin his career? Lol.

Europe league each season, I see what you’ve done there. Maybe one more season of Europa league then we’ll see .

Lol seeker liked that one about bridesmaid lol. In general I was being serious though. Fair enough there's not as much money in SPFL compared to other leagues. But if a player is looking for a big move, either side of old firm realistically will provide a better opportunity to perform at a higher level (Europe) and attract attention from a wider audience. Players won't get that in leagues lower than EPL.

Also I reckon Bowyer will be sacked by November and Charlton will get relegated next season. He is a car crash waiting to happen.

Bowyer is someone who always passes on the blame. He is getting in his tuppence worth as told you so when his team and his managerial career go belly up. The very fact that he was leaving the club says it all - one not to be trusted.

I think Aribo is a top signing who will do very well.

Turnbull move might off again . and you’ve got gazo a member of the other side on this site spending hours and thousands of words slatting our board and strip market . oh dear gazo you should look closer to home my friend . this with Olie saying he would never join Lennon again . all’s not well I fear .

Mols - the deal might be off due to 'irregularities' with his medical. What will be delaying the deal if the medical irregularities are true is that celtic will be trying to get the boy at a bargain basement price. If I were Motherwell I would cancel the whole deal.

Apparently we've offered Turnbull a counter offer of a bottle of iron brew and a 20 pack of cigarettes a week he's apparently wanting time to consider it. I know what I'd so I think he'll be joining the famous instead. I'll keep you posted.
