Did anyone else notice it was Katic that won the ball in the final third and passed to JJ who then produced a cross so exquisite it should have been rated 18. Morelos new last week where he had to be in the 91st minute during that game and the rest is history. Still feel even though he got a few shots off, Ojo is a man short. He was the only week link in the team. Now i'm prepared to take criticism on this, Arfield. His touch was really poor last night in tight situations and lost control nearly every time. I think I posted last year at the same time during the euros that he has the footballing brain but not the technical ability to match. However he went on to show he can produce particularly in the last league games of last season. So what i'm saying is he has the ability and brain but would be great if he could be more consistent though. That aside he is a good player and a true Ranger. i'm splitting hairs here but when you get to this point its the width of a ball hair that counts. don't see Brown a prob on Sunday, Forest is my concern.

Agree with everything you said. Arfield still doesn’t look 100% to me for some reason. Maybe still trying to play catch up from being away with Canada. Katic and Jack would be the first two names on the team sheet for me. I would agree with your team selection as well. BB had a mild concussion apparently so he might be a doubt. Shame because you can see his confidence starting to build.

Agreed too. Arfield is needing dropped but I don't know who could play there. Aribo was surprisingly quiet last night too. Jack and Katic are different players now. El Bullelos movement for the goal was fantastic. We MUST start JJ on sunday.

Jones must start for me ahead of Ojo, that’s a no brainer imo.

Jack started well last night but I don’t think he has his best game, same as Arfield, however good players that have an off night still produce a win, it’s a great mentality in our team just now and we’ll only get better.

Blue89 - I've said before on here I think Arfield is close to being burnt out. He never got a break in the summer and the style we play he has got to be on it 100% for 90 mins.

Could it be Arfield -who has been responsible for much of Morelos' effectiveness is not a 90 minute player because of the type of player he is?
Maybe he is good for 60-70 minutes of his high energy performance but 90 is just too much to ask.
Would take a good 60 than a so-so 90.

John 12 games not including friendlies. 8 qualifiers, 3 league games and east Fife in the cup. Think we played 3 friendlies. Arfield has played 14 games if you include his internationals over pre season.

6 European games, 3 league games and Marseilles, Oxford, Blackburn, TNS, Derby. 14 Games. As far Gerrard playing him and trust the manager and all that, I agree but this is a banter forum for us to express our opinions and have a bit of fun.

Loan players may have to play to fulfil there terms and conditions, Worrall and Lassana, need I say anymore. I've not been too hard on Ojo, he is improving and its a big ask to step come into Rangers and get of to a flyer so fingers crossed he keep going in the right direction bears.
