Reply to steven Gerrard loyal i wanted Rangers to go for mark Hughes at the time i'm sure Southampton wanted him out well before he was removed in 2018 the guy has bags of experience in top leagues i'm sure he could of done well with us i rate him a top 10 premier League manager just like Brendan Rodgers similar skills.
