Was hoping someone could shed some light on this . John or someone

There are so many suspect events regarding the gore on Friday . For me the biggest one was that Dundee submitted a vote but are now able to alter

I am hearing that company law dictates that a yes vote cannot be overturned but a no vote can? Anyone shed some light on this?
Even that being the case, the spfl have never been governed by company law as it is an I dependant body and nit a company . Thus enables them to write rules like they cannot be accountable in court . If anyone can shed a light please do . Can’t find anything on web.

Molsgoals a complicated situation, lot may depend on the constitution, it’s all guesswork till lawyers get into it.

it is unclear if in there rules or just applied for this vote (or any that they choose) but it is certain they have been quoted as no vote can overturn but not a yes. get yer yes's and you have 28 days to work on your no's. sounds about right for them.

Molsgoals, I believe that the rules are very similar to a "closed" tender, in that a deadline time and date are issued for submission. If Dundee submitted their vote, yes or no, before the deadline, that cannot be changed thereafter under any circumstances. Cheers.

Molsgoals, i don't know either mate, but i see the guy mcclellen (spelling) that is telling rangers to talk to him, he is another that got his job from big pete, this is getting beyond a joke, there must be conflicts of interest somewhere down the line all these people are all taking orders from the same person.

The time lines for everything concerning this fiasco will be recorded somewhere, a computer expert need brought in to examine this ASAP, as it will prove conclusively what actually happened, not speculation.
