I see threats are appearing to remove Hearts and Patrick from football. Chairmen should know that the law takes superiority over club, country and even UEFA rules. Jean-Marc Bosman is the best example of that. I watch with interest.

Afternoon Folks, I hope you are all well. I see on the BBC Sport Page, that ND has been 'excused' from any UEFA Panels discussing punishment for Scottish teams, anyone else think there could be more to this, i. e. UEFA don't like what they've been seeing?

Muppet, totally agree but my point is that lawyers and judges will decide pn SPFL decisions, not the SPFL or UEFA and that has to be a bonus.

Even so lawyers or judges would not expel Hearts/ Thistle from the league that’s not a decision for them to consider.
