BlueBilly He wouldn't be allowed to sell them cheaper! He has no control over manufacturing or pricing! His shop will only have a right to sell the amount castore allow him to have at the price set.

He can sell for whatever price he wants. It’s his business.

However I very much doubt that running a retail empire he makes such decisions. I’m sure he pays someone else to makes those calls.
