Age is just a number as long as you're fit and look after yourself, especially now in the football circle in this day and age! that's why i truly think our 3 senior statesmen, allan mcgregor, steven davis and jermain defoe are going to be very important for us and with their contributions will/ could be the difference of winning the league title or not.
These guys will have a big say in how successful we are this season, i've got no doubt about that! 👌.

Sgl we've got to be positive and hope it clicks this season, Gerrard learns from a few mistakes and a bit of luck added in aswell 👌👌

Some posters on here would just prefer us to say no point turning up, we're no good enough, leagues theirs before we even kick a baw 😩😩😩

Anyways I personally can't wait for the sheep first game and the start of the season.

But sweep1 they were up until the winter break which surely to god even proves to you that we're capable. Consistency is the key, we and they 3 i mentioned without question have the ability! I've already tried to educate you what happened to stevie davis after the winter break, but some folk are just not educateable! 😂.

Age has a major factor in a persons ability to perform exercise over a prolonged period of time. One factor for example is your maximum heart rate which reduces by 1 every year you get older so a significant difference between a 20 year old and 40 year old when it comes to aerobic capacity. Unfortunately age is not just a number.
