Surprise, suprise, Hearts and Partick Thistle have lost their arbitration hearing and will be relegated, while Dundee Utd et al will remain promoted. What an absolute joke. At least the English league played out their fixtures and resolved title and promotion/ relegation issues on the pitch. I wonder why the SPFL/ SFA didn't do the same here? Totally corrupt, that's why! If I was Hearts' owner, I'd pull out of the league altogether.

They may now go the the Court of Arbitration for Sport. I think this is how other decisions were overturned.

Did anybody actually expect Hearts to win appeal and get £8 million smackeroonies? I doubt Budge even ever imagined that outcome, just grandstanding for the Hearts fans.

I don't think that there is another avenue available to Hearts and Partick, this decision ends it as far as I can see, there is no doubt that the SPFL hung them out to dry, this will leave a bad taste in Scottish Football for many years now.
