I can only go on what he's been like against us, and he's been bang average. Saying that, I didn't think Kamara was all that special when he played against us. Remember, we might think we're experts, but we're not! If Gerrard, Micheal Beale and the rest see something in him just like they did with Kamara, we have to trust them. They're the real experts!

Ferguson is a decent young Scottish midfielder who I would have in and around the squad. But wouldn’t pay the money Aberdeen would want for a squad player. Only way he’ll end up at Rangers is if his contract was to run down and we got him on a pre contract. He’ll go to England and if he does then good luck to him.

Ferguson is average at best. He was even below average when he played against us. He's not and never will be Rangers class.

Big difference between Veerman and Fergusson for me is that we know Ferguson can handle the SPL.

Veerman would not be the first potential superstar who could not cope with our game.

I have little doubt that Veerman is the better player but may not be suited to the SPL.

I’m happy to let our manager and coaching team make the decision.
