Goldson looks so much more important to our team now after the 6 goals we received after his injury.
It seems that nobody wants to say it, but King was horrendous. I know, he is a kid, has time to develop, learn, etc. Just look at his involvement (or lack of) at some of the second half goals.
The problem is that he is our only fit CB now (Davies under medical investigations. )

We shouldn't be relying on an 18 year old as the only cover for a CB who until recently has been a bomb scare. This is a joke.

We signed 2 1st team CBs in the Summer we have 4 injured. It’s Just your luck sometimes mate I’m afraid. Ok we could maybe have avoided Souttar but it’s bad luck for the most part.

What happened to the "lets give the youngsters a chance. I am of the opinion that playing alongside Davies was not the best time for him to come on. One is trying to find their feet, the other requires a bit of guidance.

Barasic and tav are a disgrace at trying too stop crosses at source they back off if fullbacks did that with kent he would love it.

He needs to have a squad place Parlane. Do you want him 5th or 6th choice? Then never gets games to develop and most likely leaves when his contract expires.

Biggest concern after this horrendous result is our credibility, and our lack of options defensively after the injury to Goldson.
At the moment we only have King, and possibly Davies and two makeshift CBs in Sands or Lundstram.
Why sign injury prone players?
We have no option but to move forward but it’s a mammoth task for GVB and his management team.

Not saying he was great but hardly to blame for most of the goals. We gifted them the ball repeatedly then the rest of team ahead of him gave up. What could u expect of him. Unfortunately looks like Goldson is out for months and davies might be injured too so we're going to need to rely on him. Hope those around him start performing. Before the game it was all about how good a potential he has so get behind the kid.

King has potential but what we are highlighting here is the lack of cover at CB mainly due to the recruitment during the transfer window.
