If we are signing Tillman he needs to grow into a Rangers man. He seems a right decent young guy but if we are going to win the league next year we need to be totally and utterly ruthless. The games he played against Celtic passed him by he was too often caught in possession and constantly claiming for a foul while they ran up the park. If he can't adapt to the speed of an old firm game he will be a waste of 5 mil. I know he's looked good against some of the SPL dross but if we're winning the league we have to beat them probably 3 times.

Be very hard to pick someone those games didn't "pass-by". Young players need those around them to show up as well, he's done it often enough in other games where he's shone above, you can't criticise him for games no-one else showed up in. Your not calling for Davies, Lundstram, Kamara, Barisic, Tav or any others to be sold based on those games, they're "men" so why shouldn't we buy "young guy" Tillman given his figures and performances outwith the games the TEAM didn't show up in?

Again, he's 20 years old. Give him a chance to reach his ceiling.
