I think once Dessers, Cifuentes, Maja, Panzo and possibly Whittiker deals are done that's the transfer budget gone.
any other additions will be from the sales of the likes of Hagi, Kamara, Davies etc.

Im sure i saw on here we had a budget of 11M-12M and whatever was raised from player sales would be on top of that. got a lot of players to sell and move on.
