Ed, with this news that beale maybe about to sell ianis hagi could you please do a poll on him for me ? The poll being should hagi be a first team starter and kept at rangers, yes or no ?As always very much appreciated ED?.

Guy loves a poll lol. How not just ask the question then see others full opinions on it. Personally for me, hagi is a very frustrating player. He is in the ryan kent bracket in that, he has the ability to do something exciting in a game. The problem is he hasn't shown it enough. As a person he comes across as a great young man, from a world renowned footballing family. I feel he still has something to offer rangers and I believe he truly loves it here. But unfortunately, if beale doesn't see him with as big a part as hagi would like, then the nest thing for the player himself is to move on and start a new chapter in his footballing career. I genuinely wish him the best whatever happens. I would love it if he just emerged out of the shadows and became that player for us we all want him to be.

Who does he replace in the first 11?
He’s fighting Cantwell, Lammers and hopefully Lowry in the future.
And I would only play 1 out of those 3 in the starting 11.

Sir Walter difficult question mate
As I think he has something to offer as I said in another post his pace let’s him down but has a good pass and can occasionally score an important goal along with his assists

but he wouldn’t start every game for me but happy to bring on as a sub and start certain games depending on the opposition

he’s definitely still got more to give our club. I believe that and I think he wants to stay deep down but needs more playing time

Stuck between a rock and hard place as they say.

That’s the thing Orange, whilst we may want to keep him and fight for his place he’s also a sellable asset and the player wants to play more regularly at this stage of his career and if we can’t guarantee that then it generally results in the player and club deciding it’s best that they find another club.
Can understand why the player is frustrated after getting back to fitness, Gio spoke highly of him before he was injured as well.

to me he is a player with abundant talent, the pace thing will always be an issue here, like yilmaz, its obvious he has talent, but neither will be here much longer imo, lundstum is probably packing now and a few others will go this week.

I have no problem if Hagi is sold, we can use his transfer fee for a man that will start regularly, he barely kick a ball, some think he's far better than he actually is he must think the same himself he wants to play every game he ain't good enough for that, just my opinion on him.

Lowry has been sent away, so that leaves two places as No10s in the current set up . Cantwell and Hagi before Lammers every day of the week . What is Beale doing, reducing the squad to 15 players so that his signings have to get a game . Well at least the top class fringe players like Matondo, Wright and Roofe will be available as back up. Getting rid of someone whose only crime is that they want to play seems ridiculous to me. By the time we get rid of Beale we are going to have no decent players left.

Just shows how much Hagi as a player splits opinion.

I voted no because there has always been something unconvincing about him. Possibly his suitability for Scottish game. Strangely I think he would be good in Italy or France even though it's a higher level.

Even better get Lawrence in there too with the 3 behind Danilo and Raskin and Cifuentes (or jack) boom attacking as fuk! I'm gutted it seems he may leave. Personally I'd have him ahead of all except Cantwell in attacking midfield roles. He's much better than Dowell Lawrence Lammers Matondo or Sima.

Dowell is a different type of player than Hagi, he's good in the tackle and a strong lad he likes mixing it up as well, scores stunners on occasion like we seen against livingston, very good left foot, someone on here said some that watched the championship and said he was a lightweight, must have been watching a different player from who i seen.

My opinion is that Ianis is a good player but lacks the confidence at this time to stand out in a team, by that, I feel he overdoes things at times and in doing so loses momentum.
