Gazgers you have hit the nail on the head. The issue here isn't PSV were amazing and we are rubbish. Yes PSV are a good team with good players but the issues were basic defending. Our fullbacks continually allow crosses to come into the box and we are too slow at shutting down. Also in my opinion MB picked the wrong team and played players out of position. We certainly didn't make it easy for ourselves.

Wrong team, wrong players, seems to becoming par for the course with Beale. Let's see what happens on Sunday. Quite simply, we have to win. We lose or draw this one and the majority of the support will turn on Beale and the players that he has brought in. Last night was shambolic, so many thanks wrong, but Beale reckons that our defence is ok.
If this is our standard then we won't find it any easier in the Europa League.
We lack leadership, fight and still can't defend cross balls into the box.

Cifuentes definitely looked lost and out of position as he ain't a defensive midfield cover for tav ?Ryan jack should have played that position ?.
