Jansen would be the obvious answer with the back story of turning a mediocre team into a possible top finish in Holland. But their league is only 7 or 8 games in so it's all relative, last season they did better than expected but not champions material.
On the system he plays, it's all press and fast attack, so he would need a substantial budget in the next couple of windows to maintain this. Would he get this bearing in mind he would be another risk all be it less than MB?
Muscat again would need to overhaul the team to suit the style of Yokohama as is just now. Would he divide the dressing room with man management style?
Gallado would on paper again look to be good and is used to pressure situations in a manic league, but could he meet a high standard with players just now until mainly rebuild in summer? Is this a long term plan - could we cope with this sh£t till summer?
Potter out of running.
It needs someone that could improve players and develope a winning system in the short term with a view to strengthening in transfer windows.
My choice would be Knutson but again he hasn't proven himself out of his comfort zone league, but has the attributes to be a good fit.
Difficult appointment ahead with risk v budget a condition.

What fits the criteria for having experience with Scottish football? Is it having previously played against a Scottish team, most are saying their are no suitable Scottish managers and we should be looking further afield so most wouldn’t have experience in Scottish football except a couple.
I don’t believe that’s needed needed anyway, maybe one or two in your staff would help but not essential
for me.

They don't need to have been at a Scottish Club. We need a proven quality manager that is a winner and doesn't accept second best. We can always appoint a Rangers man to the coaching staff.

We need to get away from the 'Biscuit Tin Mentality'and appoint a top DoF and involve them in appointing the next manager.

I am still of the opinion that there is new investment coming in the summer of 2024 coincidental to Bennett being full time in the Chairman role.

We have to commit full support to a new manager and it needs to be the right appointment.

Jansen would be my choice too. However, read the comments in this thread. I don’t think many of our fans would accept it. They seem to have very definite ideas on what they think we need. The board need to be strong and pick the best man for the job. They cannot give in to fan pressure constantly.
