Idiots, absolute idiots, we’re going to get our collars felt for that utter stupidity.

Some folk either just don’t get it or will never learn.

Kamara starting is a concern for me, his possession play has been brutal the last few weeks, unless he’s making a comeback tonight his inclusion could be costly IMO.

See we are 1-0 down at half time
Was going to watch the game until i saw line up
Guess we are out but really dosent matter anyway
As European competitions will all be cancelled for this year very soon.
Guess we got lucky
At least we get gate money for tonights game and old firm on sunday.
Cause if the rest of the league games go on they will be played behind closed doors.

2.) 12 Mar 2020 21:49:25
Ace read somewhere every club has insurance to cover gate income. Hopefully that’s true.

Read an ‘article’ saying Beale banned for 5 games for calling Clancy a cheat.

Sporting integrity indeed.

Banned for telling the truth lol.

Andy-NS, keep up my friend, that was Thursdays news. All the same, good point it's a bit extreme.

It’s only a friendly I know, however having the chance to take in yesterday’s game has given me confidence not only for the match in Gibraltar, also the season ahead.

Great shape, rotation, work rate off the ball and final product looked immense, a real intensity and desire right the way through the team - not to say we’re world beaters on account of a friendly, but massively impressed by what each player getting minutes out in.

Very good win Andy and Oxford United are no mugs, they play in League 1. Apparently, Hastie was very impressive?

2.) 08 Jul 2019 12:33:08
Yes 5 goals for 0 against
Lots of rotation
It was a good workout.

3.) 08 Jul 2019 17:58:34
Apparently the Oxford fans were happy to hear that their full strength side would turn out and that they would enjoy the experience watching their players run over the top of us! Nice to see that worked out well lol.

Seen him praised in a couple of posts, but have to say that Andy Halliday hardly put a foot wrong last night, positioning was good, decent use and retaining of he ball and could well have had a goal.

Not saying he should play week in week out, however I’ve gone from wanting rid, to thinking he’d make a decent squad player and the boy loves it at Rangers, might not be enough but he’ll always give his all.

Correct. Throughout our successful years there guys like him in the squad who bled Rangers but were maybe a level below the starters. When we had Gazza, Laudrup, then Van Bronckhorst, De Boer there were guys like Ian Ferguson and Iain Durrant there. Not on a level with them talent wise but lived and breathed the club and did a job when called on.

2.) 17 Aug 2018 16:27:20
Ian durrant would have been the best player rangers ever had or scotland for that matter! !

3.) 17 Aug 2018 19:25:31
Got to agree durrant was a fantastic player his first reserve game back after his assalt by neil simson drew an unbelievable crowd .

4.) 17 Aug 2018 20:11:40
Aye Currant was definitely world class imo.

5.) 17 Aug 2018 21:31:32
Actually can't believe Halliday, Ferguson and Durrant are being used
as comparisons. he couldn't lace any of their boots. I loved Halliday in the championship but honestly i panic more than he does when he has someone running towards him. just one example, didn't clear his lines when backed into the corner and ended up kicking out for a corner. He wouldn't have been on the park if flanagan wasnt barred. Ferguson and Durrant were first team picks week in week out.

Utter tosh, I don’t think it’s rangers fans that make this garbage up, someone is being taken for a long ride.

Unless we’re willing to furnish them with something of ours kinglaudrup.

I don’t know what to make of this one, always said he looked capable, on the fence as to whether he’d cut the mustard or not.

Nonsense imo, read a report that we were ‘right to cash in at what we did and when we did’ as his value ain’t quite what it was in spite of him maturing.

Windass is a step backwards, a player in there somewhere, but he’s not Rangers class or anything like what we need, in fact he’s much in Th e category at the stuff we’ve been offloading.

Got to agree, too many fans jumping the gun at what the likes of the DR say, which is normally a lot of Colin Nish, I now have gotten to the point that I take note, but don’t believe it until it comes from Ibrox.

Start at 20m with sell on clause, that should be enough to deter them or make them step up.

Couldn’t agree more MOCBear, he’s a winner and has brought this team on considerably, starting again at this stage would be a huge mistake imo.

Surprised Kent over Aribo, however on his day he’s a very dangerous opponent, let’s hope today is one of those days and the lad comes into a bit of form.

Porto were a lot more tentative at Ibrox, yeah Braga are classy, got to have belief after the tides turning as they did. We have more than enough to win against Braga away if we play at our best.

Unfortunately if we don’t we could be in trouble, I for one will be remaining optimistic we can progress.

I’d give him a chance as well Rossco, but in all honesty I’m not sure I see him being as positive as you describe, I’d like a look at him over 60-90 and see how he does, with the performances in his position recently, he’s definitely bring something different, whether good enough remains to be seen.

IF it goes ahead, comfortable victory today, still optimistic we will get back to a good level this season.
