Not a real rumour, I have no sources, but read we may be interested in Axel Tuanzebe (sp) . My step-brother, who knows nothing about football, how could he, he supports Man U. Anyway he rates the lad very highly. He missed half of last season with a broken foot but on his comeback he played every week on loan to Aston Villa. Very mobile and fast good awareness and passing range. I watch Hull and Aston Villa on Tv and the lad impressed me.

1.) 10 May 2019 17:40:20
There is ABSOLUTELY no chance of that mate, he is going back to Utd to be involved next year and that's from the mouth of Ole on MUTV.

2.) 10 May 2019 21:45:10
Your step brother knows nothing about football buts rated him highly? So why would you listen to him then.

02 Apr 2019 08:28:54
Anyone watch Polish football? Being reported that we are looking at Adam Buksa!8 games 9 goals 4 assists decent stats 22 so good age. With him being 1.9 m so aerial threat I'd guess. Just passing on what I read.

1.) 02 Apr 2019 11:52:28
80 games in career, 20 goals, will be one of hindered names mentioned.

2.) 02 Apr 2019 12:43:31
Blue pete, my best mate is polish and he says there are some genuinely cracking players over there and like scotland these players are quite highly under rated. Robert Gumny is another player i think looks good in polish football. Cracking young Right back who can defend i might and.

3.) 02 Apr 2019 15:30:11
Thanks Yogi just seen a pic of Buska OMFG it would be a hard call between him and Morelos in a Gurning competition and Jboy as I said 18 games 9 goals this season lad must be improving.

4.) 02 Apr 2019 16:24:20
Blue. Looks like an 8, with exclamation mark. However, I'm correct with 20 in 80.

I don't believe Flanagan ban overturned. As a Drunken, fornicating, lying, thief What's the big issue With Israel Folou's tweet?

1.) 17 May 2019 17:00:33
Do you have a point of have you had too many pints?

2.) 17 May 2019 17:10:46

I am sorry to hear that you are a drunken, lying, fornicating thief.

The first step towards recovery is self awareness. It must have taken a lot of guts for your rather public admission.

Keep the chin up and begin to fight your demons in small steps.

Good luck!

3.) 17 May 2019 17:44:28
Bluepete! What's that post all about! think you've had too much of that Friday feeling.

4.) 17 May 2019 18:58:44
Know I keep posting from holiday, but in Portugal right now and just seen Flannigan verdict. Never seen that coming, must admit. Is that some sort of admission of guilt from SPL that they have been unrightfully biased against us, ref Big number 5 not being cited for Defoe incident? . Sorry, teddies, a bit s boats! X.

5.) 17 May 2019 21:17:30
Admission of blatant incompetence.

6.) 18 May 2019 00:04:04
Think we’ve referenced the Killie goalie appeal from cup game, very similar incidents and his was downgraded. System is completely flawed, sad times.

7.) 18 May 2019 09:12:30
Correct, wee bear.

16 May 2019 12:07:10
Thinking of how we finished the season call it 4 3 3 or 4 3 2 1 and where we need to strengthen. I'm not including returning players. McGregor needs a back up hopefully a young keeper with potential. Flanagan playing well, need better or if nobody we have cover. Katic very good needs to play to get better. Goldson again very good I'd drop him before Katic. Obviously we need as good or preferably better here. Tav stand out we should keep but get a young understudy.
Midfield; at the start of the season imo our best in midfield was Jack now I rate Davis and Kamara better so I'd get better than jack considerably better and keep the rest. incidentally their are a few really good mids in our academy.
Forwards; Kent really scares defenders and will only get better, can we afford him otherwise we have Middleton, needs games, Hastie, needs games, or Jones I don't rate him hope he proves me wrong. Arfield been superb recently pushing him forward really suits his game. Defoe/ Morelos again IMO SG has lost confidence Morelos, Defoe We need a top hopefully young striker, this is where the majority of our budget will probably go.
These are only my thoughts, but as I'm never wrong, Feel free to disagree.
Can't make our last game good luck at Killie guys and be safe.

1.) 16 May 2019 14:02:43
Good post Bluepete36. Don't forget we have Rossiter, Docherty and Murphy to come back, maybe Dorrans too so plenty of competition there. If my mate Hardie comes back as well then goalscoring problem sorted!

2.) 16 May 2019 15:46:54
Jones is better than candieas grezda middleton. he's same style of player as kent. very similar actually finally ball slightly lacking sometimes.

3.) 16 May 2019 18:30:03
Jones IMO has still to prove he's better than daniel candeias.

4.) 16 May 2019 19:13:18
Middleton needs to go in loan for a season.

5.) 16 May 2019 20:07:17
Back up goalie with potential? Mccrorie.

6.) 16 May 2019 22:56:21
Sorry Folks but Jack is a good player. Think to many people look at a midfield and expect 4 attacking midfielders. Last old firm game, Jack matched McGregor's runs keeping him quiet. Kamara in the first half got bullied by brown he brushed aside at one point with ease, but got better. If your looking for better in midfield it's not a defensive but an attacking midfielder. Me go with the 4 we have.

7.) 16 May 2019 23:30:34
Blue Pete when did arfield become a forward. He is an attacking midfielder coming from deep central mid. Thus 4 in midfield. 😁.

13 May 2019 09:07:01
So sad, had a great day yesterday really proud of my team, all I read this morning is Flanagan's elbow. Scott Brown went from pantomime villain at Parkhead to the Circus clown at Ibrox. Our performance was almost perfect and still the biggest talking point is was it his forearm or his elbow?
What I expect from a Rangers captain is to lead by example by giving everything, as Tav. does, every game even when playing badly, which Tav. doesn't jk jk, and taking responsibility. To the short sighted and those who are hard of thinking watch how much ground Tav. covered Definitely MotM but great that, those of you who are wrong, we can put 4 or 5 of our lads up for best player.

1.) 13 May 2019 09:26:25
Forget the elbow incident trying to deflect from a great performance
Tav was immense whole team was
Long may it continue.

2.) 13 May 2019 09:31:30
You just have to laugh at the coverage mate
We played them off the park and it’s just the start of things to come in my opinion

Just think - what are they going to be like If we stop 9 in a row and get 55
Can you imagine the state of Walker, Stewart, Sutton, spears, Hartson, Mclaughlin, etc etc etc

Make no mistake lads this is going to be epic.

3.) 13 May 2019 09:40:19
Bluepete I think its you that's hard of thinking. Tav was not motm, far from it. The 5 lads in midfield were head and shoulders above him. Tav did have a great game. You are obviously clutching a straws here because this is the second post from you where you are desperately trying to prove you are right. Tav had a great game but not even close to man of the match. Infact edouard exploited the gap that tav left at rb and if burke wasn't crap then celtic would have scored. I like tav and as I said he had a great game but you are delusional if you think he was motm👍.

4.) 13 May 2019 09:49:16
I agree, sad that Flanagan's elbow is the main topic of conversation by the media. He did elbow Broon but the cheater went down like a pile of bricks holding his face - if the elbow did strike him it hit his neck or throat. Even if Flanagan has been sent off the game was won by then and it would have made no difference. I thought our midfield five of Davis, Jack, Arfield, Kamara and Kent were magnificent.

5.) 13 May 2019 09:50:32
You seem to have an issue with Tav, Coldo - as a few do on here. Best right back since Ricksen for me.

6.) 13 May 2019 09:59:41
You sure about that? Read my post again souness before making a fool of yourself👍.

7.) 13 May 2019 10:31:55
For me foderingham was man of the match 🤣🤣🤣 oh wait he had nowt to do all game lol this mighty team Celtic couldn't muster a single shot on goal until what? 7 mins to go or so lmao.

8.) 13 May 2019 10:32:16
pretty sure the "elbow" didn't hit him in the face, he just made it look that way, as he always does and Lemon and his pack of lawless wolves can't help themseves. Sure the "impartial Beeb will have been happy to jump in it.

they are never defeated, but always cheated. I've been supporting Gers for about 60 years and in the last 25 this has been their usual response. PATHETIC.

9.) 13 May 2019 11:17:41
Think he got hit by the same coin his manager was hit with at Tynecastle 🤣🤣🤣. Seriously though, that is always their angle and we need to be wise to it. How many points have they gained this season by playing 10 men? This is a missed opportunity this season and 3/ 4 players to push us onto 90 points must be the aim!

10.) 13 May 2019 13:08:11
. Souness Read Coldo’s post again He clearly states he likes Tav For me motm was Steven Davis 🇦🇺🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

12 May 2019 18:19:51
Just back from the game, for the first time took all my 3 kids, still buzzing. We were outstanding ( steven davis) My fav Rangers player i have seen regularly ran the show, sublime passing, Kamara omg so good Kent top notch ran them ragged, Arfield just brilliant, superlatives fail me, although Celtic were abysmal first half we did not give them a chance to get a sniff of the game. As for Tav. he can only score penalties, he never wins the ball he gives away goals all the time, never Rangers Captain, Yeah right best player on the park by a country mile.

1.) 12 May 2019 19:43:04
No he wasn't bluepete, no he wasn't👍. Tav had a great game but davis jack arfield kamara kent were total class, well above tav. Big katic was immense aswell👍.

2.) 12 May 2019 19:46:51
No he wasn’t Davis was best out there and kamara 2nd best.

3.) 12 May 2019 19:47:16
Hope the kids had a great day mate.

4.) 12 May 2019 19:55:29
Arfield for me, heads and shoulders above the rest.

5.) 12 May 2019 20:15:57
Arfield was indeed class, as were all rangers players, but my MOTM was the 50k man Kamara, that guy is going to be worth multi millions in the not to distant future. mark my words.

6.) 12 May 2019 20:21:45
Defo Arfield brown gets too much respect until the old form Arfield puts him in his place class to watch.

7.) 12 May 2019 20:47:01
I agree tav had a good game and cracking goal but blue pete is right in a sense that celtic broke through numerous times where tav should be defending.

8.) 12 May 2019 22:03:08
What a day bears . Thought we were 1st class and can’t help but think what might have been this year. For my tuppence worth I thought Arfield was narrowly my MOM followed by at least half a dozen not far behind . One thing I would say and it keeps getting mentioned but Kamara was only £50k because he had already signed a pre contract and was joining in the summer for nothing . The £50k was only the fee for him to be realeased early as no way would Dundee have sold him to us for that had he been under a longer contract.

9.) 12 May 2019 23:12:47
Scott Brown our man of the match lads! Great day!

10.) 12 May 2019 23:59:05
Arfield, Davis, Kent, jack and kamara are class. If we can keep them fit going into next season we will do well. Backing them up with docherty, mcrorie, hastie, candias and Jones we are in good shape.

11.) 13 May 2019 08:01:05
Blue Pete enlighten me what a Captain should be? Our Manager was a very good one and knows a fair bit about it. Tell us what you want in a Captain what leadership traits should they have or need?

10 May 2019 18:18:45
Damn I hoped we would sign McBurnie last year, got shot down he was not good enough on here, 42 games 22 goals in the championship. Very solid record sadly we can't afford him now.

1.) 10 May 2019 19:00:10
Yep bluepete lad done well, hands up I was one who said not good enough.

2.) 10 May 2019 19:57:28
Always defended him on here, would be an excellent signing.

3.) 10 May 2019 20:20:53
I really thought we might have gone for him last summer.
His scoring record all be it at reserve level was amazing
Can’t see it happening now - l wouldn’t be surprised if a team like Everton or Burnley come in for him.

4.) 10 May 2019 20:42:52
Jboy21. Think you were correct, not good enough.

5.) 10 May 2019 23:22:19
The English championship is a bit of an odd league though. Waghorn was bang average for us but is a £7m striker consistently scoring goals. That striker for Norwich, pukki, top scorer in the league couldn't get a game up here for c*ltic. I've got nothing against mcburnie but when I've seen him playing (for Scotland) he's been a bit of a donkey.

6.) 11 May 2019 10:27:36
the hardest thing is to compare any league with ours. i am not saying ours is better, but there is a huge difference in banging in goals against teams who play open football. can they do the same against teams who park the bus. the other main point the striker is only as good as the service he gets. if we can't get the ball to him it doesn't matter how good he is. in my opinion is he any better than what we have now, no i don't think he is.

It's all about opinions guys, mine is, when Kent first came to us he was ok, I thought at the time not much, if any, better than Middleton. Now he's much better than Middleton and whoever said he rarely beats a man ain't been watching properly he only needs to sharpen up his finishing and he'd be top notch.

Did you see the smiley face Coldo? twas a joke Not a very good one I admit. theswagman Our next best assist is Morelos on 11 then Arfield with 7. You do realise That's a lot of goals we have to make up from somewhere? would you not rather we get a number 10 and add his assists to Tavs? You do know what assists are? shall i get crayons and draw you a picture? Tav is 100% a wingback a lot of you argue we don't play wingbacks well Tav does and SG seems very happy for him to continue. Coldo I know I've had a pop at you for being so pessimistic and doom and gloom, you call realism, about our beloved team. I have a friend I often go to matches with who is precisely the same and if we have not set the heather alight in the first half he usually adjourns to the pub.

Sad to see the decline in Kyle Walker went from 10 times better to only 5 times better in one Coldo post :) . I would not swap Tav for any right back in the SPL.

I did not mention Tav taking penalties. His 20 assists every year are not peoples ideas they are FACTS so indeed everyone is entitled to their opinion even blind idiots.

Tav Has 49 goals and 77 assists in his 4 years with us and I know some of this was in the championship but this is his best year statistically. Who you are going to get to replace those assists is beyond me. Arfield in his last 8 or so games for us has been truly terrific how much a replacement would cost is probably silly money. I want us to improve and selling our best players won't achieve that. I love Kent but I'd rather us lose out on him and keep the others. ideally we keep all 3. Morelos is the only top player I'd consider selling. Coop I appreciate your posts but I would not take £15m for either one of them.
Having said all that its not my money so wiser heads may prevail.

Twas I and the enlightened, who agreed with me, that nominated Tav. (MOTM) . Isn't it exciting though guys to see 5 or 6 of our players nominated for that accolade even "The Grinch" sorry I meant Coldo must be delighted with that. just for the record I only mentioned Tav. in my Flanagan post because L17 Mac asked what I consider as Rangers captain material. Well that and to annoy you of course. Gary Stevens was indeed very good Dad had just started to take me to games back then. I know I. m an optimist I know I'm enthusiastic about my team even when our team was/ is poor I try to look for the positives and over the last 7 or 8 years sometimes they have been few. SG's analysis of where we are is spot on we are ending this season in a lot better place than last year.

Might just be me but I think; Hearts, Hibs, Kilmarnock, Livingston and Aberdeen (marginally) have all improved this season. At our best we have improved a lot but juggling 15 new players, with some disappointments, we were always going to be inconsistent and that has really hurt us in a year of coulda, shoulda beens. The great news is at the end of 2017/ 18 we had a poor team, now our starting base is a good team, by no means the finished article. onwards and upwards
almost :)
