I don't believe that we will sign anyone and I am not certain whether this is down to Warburton believing that the three so called central defenders that he has are good enough or whether we just don't have the funds available.
It will be interesting to see whether we lose any players before the transfer window closes and the timing of this!
We will then get the usual bullshit from all and sundry as to how we have been trying but just not the right players available!

I think we have basically agreed a deal with senderos. Last few days of the transfer window players become available so waiting to see if we can get better before offering him a deal if we can't get any.

From what I've seen of our possible new signing dodoo he's a very similar style striker to kenny miller, a younger version of kenny if you like ie. has terrific pace, can run the channels, can finish, works for the team, clever at finding space and creating space for others, anything like miller is good enough for me, potentially a gem and a great signing so a big well done to our management team, working wonders on a shoestring budget.

I know there is a lot of talk about signing joe garner but I'm interested to hear if any another bears think Liam Boyce would be a good signing? Hat trick at the weekend, proven at spl level with 31 goals in 74 apps and am sure he's in the last year of his contract, thoughts?

The thing is would he sign for us I work with a guy who went to school with him and when I asked the question what sort of a guy is Boyce with him being born and bread on the falls road in belfast would he be the type of player to let old religious/ political differences or how he might be received in him home part of belfast get in the way or would he do the best for his career my workmate told me he thinks Boyce wouldn't have a problem signing but that he might not settle as he was over in Germany when he was younger and didn't settle there either but I think he would be a great signing there would be bags of goals in him with better service.

Agreed mr nice, If championship/ top league one striker is our price range then there's definitely a better option out there imo but at the end of the day all back whoever the magic hat brings in

Totally agree I expected that one of the top championship players would have no problem cutting it up here, hopefully getting rid of him won't dig too deep into our already depleted funds.
