Is there anyone else out there thinking our club is in the news far to often for the wrong reasons. I have backed CG from the day he stood up and decided to take the club on (No-one) else put there money where there mouth's was! But I am now now getting genuinely concerned about his stewardship of our club. Too many statements over silly issues and seems all to keen to pick a fight. After todays headlines with the CW link I'm now having my serious doubts about him and his investors. Although I don't believe everything "The S*n" prints there is no smoke without fire!

No one else was allowed to. It seems to me that D&P had Green lined up as the buyer almost from the start and rejected every other bidder even when the money offered was pretty much the same.

2.) No one else wanted to take the club on as it was financially toxic. Bill Miller's guy seen the books and spoke about the £30m black hole in the finances. Whyte knew liquidation was the only way forward, yes the club would be new but the debt would be shed, a total new beginning. He also knew the fans would not buy into this loss of continuity. Green appeared and bought the assets, backed by whyte's cash, and stiffed him. This is serious. All sorts of legal problems could arise from this. The worst of which is the licence to play being revoked. He lied to the SFA by telling them whyte was no part of this deal.
3.) I, m now thinking duff and phelps did, nt let anyone near it and we may have been scammed
4.) Dont believe everything u read in the media. if it was up to them rangers would have been buried long ago as far as there headlines a year ago. with that 100 million debt that we aparantly had
5.) @1 They said the only time Whyte was seen to panic was when he thought other than D&P were going to be appointed. He chose them, they chose Green and a bargin deal was made. It's been there for all to see but everyone so glad to still have a club, we didn't want to see anything.
6.) @4 Were you one that thought all the talk before 14th Feb, 2012 was rubbish and people doing Rangers down?If so, don't get caught out again. Be aware and an open mind this time

whyte owned green, and makes claim for false dealing, hard to fight if you agree you are a lier already in thesun quotes,.

What money did Whyte have Tam? The Tax and NI he failed to pay. Not a shred of evidence that it was Whyte's money! Smell the coffee, away and have a black coffee and wake up!

Cover for Lee Wallace is an absolute must. In fact I'd push Lee higher up the pitch

They would gain vital experience playing in the Scottish lower leagues, it would do them no harm whatsoever. I would happily have half a dozen in and around our first team squad. What is there to lose? Absolutely nothing, they are being judged before they have even arrived!

Baybear great read m8 but the RST represent a very small small percentage of Rangers fans. They have been operating for over 10 years and only have 2556 members. RST fit to start of a fan ownership scheme NEVER IN YOUR LIFE. It would require a new organistion headed by an Ex Player or Manager in high standing and with the backing of other prominent ex bears. The new organisation would be needed to rid all RST, RSA, RSA infighting as currently all 3 couldn't agree on the colour of s****.
@2 moaning where? I asked what made OP think that an organisation that has been running for over 10 years and only has 2556 members can put that in place.
What honestly makes you think the RST are capable of representing the fans at board level. They have 2556 members and have been running for about 10 years. Fan ownership of our club will never happen in my lifetime and not in the current economic crisis.
You have no clue what has went on behind the scene's to make Walter Smith even contemplate resigning. How anybody can honestly think that him and Ally have anything but the best interests of the club at heart is beyond me. Between the 2 of them they have over the last 25 years had a say in most of our major honours.
