I'm fed up with murty already. Talking pish after the game about containing the mighty Kilmarnock. One thing I agree with him on is I'm astounded he got the job to. How many points dropped and shocking performances before the board do the inevitable?

I hope i'm wrong and that he manages to get 4 players in the window to turn things round but i fear that mr murty may be gone by easter if it continues like the performances againt killie today dundee and st. johnston

What I don't understand is why sack Pedro to just give it to the under 20s coach for the rest of the season after all the money they backed Pedro with if we were not going to replace him with another top manager surley it would be better to give him untill the end of season to try turn it around then asses at end of season rather than just let murty do that. I know Pedro was not great but he dint lose at home to Hamilton and st Johnstone then away to Dundee and Kilmarnock murtys record must be the worst out of any rangers manager so far I can't remember loseing 4 out of 6 games that is just unthinkable for a club like ares.

Give murty a break! The majority of the blame lies with the board my friend! Murty is a good coach who's at the front line taking the brunt for this inept board of directors we've got! If murty brings in a no.2 with experience to work beside him, then this could still come good for murty as our manager! Give the guy a fighting chance for god's sake! The board are hiding behind murts! Its not fair on him!

He has had a chance and lost 4 out of the last 8 Pedro an warbs never did that bad and everyone was crying out for them to be sacked why should murty get away with it for longer than them just because he a nice guy.

Time to try and find solutions. How much money to we have. One in depth check through current European leagues shows one potentially useful manager. Mario Cvitanovic current manager of Dynamo Zagreb in Croatia. On a one year contract and running away with which I think is a pretty good league. Right winger for them Moroccan Soudani 11 goals top scorer 3-4 million. Can we entice quality back to Ibrox or should we just accept mediocrity?

Holt Hodson Miller and Windlass not a bit of ability between them. Horrible days at ibrox are becoming increasingly more frequent these days.

New signings are all not fit apart from dalcio and Jack who look not good enough. Tav and Wallace are ineffective all the time and Millers second touch is a tackle. Caixinha thought by keeping the Tav Wallace Miller core it would get him through this tie. Biggest mistake ever.
