Jim stewart, gk coach is sacked.

1.) 15 Mar 2017 07:17:02
Due to international obligations reportedly.

2.) 15 Mar 2017 07:42:51
Not too happy with that move, he's a good gk coach. But need to trust the new managers decisions.

3.) 15 Mar 2017 08:21:17
Sad to see him go but this is what happens when a take over in management and every player will no that thay are all starting from scratch a just hope we see more of moh a think he's a cracking player

4.) 15 Mar 2017 08:58:03
Smodge - In have to disagree, his pace is electric but he can't control his feet. There's a reason he's barely had a chance even when were struggling!

5.) 15 Mar 2017 09:25:57
not happy with that move. Jim is first and foremost a great coach with an in depth knowledge not only of rangers, but all our opponents. He is also a Rangers man who has been involved with the club for a long time.

6.) 15 Mar 2017 10:34:24
Jim was set to retire at the end of the season was he not? He's getting an early retirement, i'd be happy with that.

7.) 15 Mar 2017 10:50:41
There was a story last month that he was planning on stepping down anyway. Can't remember where I read it, but Neil Alexander was mentioned as possible successor at the time.

8.) 15 Mar 2017 13:22:18
Davie weir, ally mccoist were rangers men would rather have quality than just being rangers men. Time for a fresh start

9.) 15 Mar 2017 13:47:34
Rfcinfinity michael o'halloran is a crackin player he just never got chance because of a certain some one wich i say good riddance doesn't help when mark liked playin his fav players and rotatin the team like mad and caught up in his own bubble obsessed with the Barcelona style, least moh will get proper chance under pedro cause the way he plays he likes his teams defendin hard to get beat thn he likes the team to press and counter attack bit like jurgen klopp so that's were mikey ohalliran will play because of his sheer pace and power thts were pedro and rangers will counter attack the other teams i have faith in moh but he has to now show why we paid half million for him and also reward us back with good performances instead of pickin up big wages for nothin

10.) 15 Mar 2017 15:04:57
Michael ohalloran had plenty of chances, he's just not good enough to play in our first 11.

11.) 15 Mar 2017 15:46:52
M. O. H. is fast, that is about it. He's had a few chances. Squad player at best.

12.) 15 Mar 2017 17:12:46
How can someone have a chance when 95% of the time he hasn't been picked or on the bench and doesn't get on . he's not had a chance

13.) 15 Mar 2017 17:42:10
I believe he was retiring in the summer, better bedding the new GK coach in with the rest of the staff.

14.) 16 Mar 2017 13:39:37
got to respect the new managers decision though as he wants everything new and he has every right to do so.
all the best to jim and thank you for your service big chap u have been great for us.

15.) 16 Mar 2017 14:41:05
Lets get over big Jim and all this rangers man stuff, pedro was a goalkeeper and already has a loyal goalkeeper coach who he is staying loyal to

16.) 16 Mar 2017 14:52:04
Barry his motivation levels have to be questioned. He has under performed since signing. Hope Pedro gets mire out of him otherwise ta ta MOH

17.) 16 Mar 2017 18:35:05
Let's be honest, MOH has had few opportunities but has been very poor when given the chance! With his pace he should be able to beat players but his technique is so poor he leaves the ball behind and he's so predictable all opponents know what he's going to do so they just block his run! Even one on one with a keeper you don't expect him to hit the target, and he doesn't! A waste of a signing in my honest opinion.

18.) 16 Mar 2017 18:06:20
was Pedro not agoalie?
Hopefully knows what is wanted

19.) 16 Mar 2017 20:03:17
Rfcinfity could he control his feet it st j and why did Wee sign him mibby if he had more games u would see some progress for him but one game hear an there then obv he's going to try to much

20.) 16 Mar 2017 23:05:15
I liked the thought of moh in our attack, I rated him at st Johnstone but I think there play suited him! Quick on the counter but with 10 men in front of him he just runs in a straight line! Very one dimensional, but a clean slate so here's hoping.

21.) 16 Mar 2017 23:27:08
i would like to see MOH played up font through the middle of the park as he was with st johnston he can score goals but need to be played as either a super sub or given proper game time to get on his feet

22.) 16 Mar 2017 23:51:55
Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks MoH has been rotten! When did he last beat a man? McKay is fast, just like MoH but McKay is able to knock the ball past a defender and leave him for dead. When has O'Halloran managed that? I agree with rfcinfinity, he can't control his feet. Headless chicken springs to mind. I'll be happy if he goes back to Perth or elsewhere, and even happier if we get a few quid for him.

23.) 18 Mar 2017 08:50:37
Aye when mckay hasn't got dung running down his leg. embarrassing to watch on Sunday no where near good enough

Give pedro a break man . this is getting disgusting now what the media n fans do to him. We are turning the managers position who ever it may be for us into one no one will want. What happened to supporting the team and staff no matter what?

24 Sep 2017 03:05:08
Some of the comments on here are the most insane I've seen since i started on this site haha. Starve the players! , bring bk walter in his 70s lol! , invest 30 mill? Wheres tht coming from?

Why don't we just keep rebuilding. I don't care what anyone says the first half was a big improvement than the other past few games we've came up against thm. Mby if we had wallace, alves, declan john it could hv been a diff outcome.

The first half ther wasnt much between the teams. Pena was actually not to bad he started a few counters with some good passing and had brown on his ars a few times. Ther was worse rangers players out there today.

Im still behind pedro and believe in what he's doing and i know there are many more the same. Were are still a season or 2 away from challenging for the title doesn't matter whos in charge we are rebuilding. Give the guy a full season at least.

1.) 24 Sep 2017 07:37:19
There was more progress in 3 games under a rookie like murty than with this clown. He is an embarrassment. He really is.

2.) 24 Sep 2017 09:04:12

If you seriously think we are ever going to challenge them with him in charge then you aren't in touch with reality. His team are terrified of them and we would rather not lose heavily than actually try and compete. Once again under him we didn't lay a glove on them, we stood off them let them play and allowed Brown to stroll about the park. It's an utter disgrace for any Rangers team to allow them to do that. We have now done that 3 times against them under him

3.) 24 Sep 2017 10:25:50
What a load ot tosh man! Pena was crap and Brown could have played with his eyes shut if he wanted

4.) 24 Sep 2017 12:07:35
Brown never kicked a ball in midfield he first half when Pena was on.

His swagger was after second goal when kenny came on.

5.) 24 Sep 2017 21:01:20
Absolutely spot on Sparky. They should have got their balls booted for the lack of fight. Get in their faces and hound them from whistle to whistle. Made me feel sick watching peanut Heid scanning around elbowing and getting away with it. So so so wish Ian Ferguson had been playing. No way that would have been happening. Raging!

6.) 24 Sep 2017 21:43:21
Im not in touch with reality now haha because i believe in a manager? Thts some arguement u hv lol. This just backs up the statement i made tht some peoples comments on here are stupid lol

24 Sep 2017 02:48:59
Why is everyone slating pena. He played well the first half and had brown on the decks a few times using his upper strength ans started a lot if counter attacks. 2nd half he was as bad as most of them out ther. I agree we should be getting mre from him but there were worse out there than him.

1.) 24 Sep 2017 20:55:09
Some comments on here are laughable. get a grip. pena will be good when match fit. mcrorie was brilliant. alfredo ran his socks off for lost causes. jack and dorrans did well. we are still missing afew bits off the jigsaw then will be challenging.
Walker, moult, McLean and a defender in for January and we will be solid.

2.) 24 Sep 2017 20:56:01
Don't waste your energy Dutchy, dorrans and jack get pass marks, even without the performance to match - especially on here.

Pena was not our worse player, windass was lacklustre in defence but hardly mentioned, dorrans forgot the difference between forward and backward as the majority of his play was not the attacking type he was billed to deliver.

The same folk will bring in Walker, moult, Cadden etc and mcinnes as manager with McLeish as DOF and ferguson as number two, a core of scotlands best is good, but they have a better core it seems as we can't get a player near a Scotland team that has been garbage for decades, really 'tried and tested in the league' is fair enough but scotlands mediocrity is reflected in the players, is this really the Rangers class we want?

3.) 24 Sep 2017 21:48:34
Good to see there are other guys on here that can see the real game lol. I don't know if half the people on here even watch the game or go. I think they just hear someone say he was shite and they come on here and repeat it lol!

09 Sep 2017 18:14:04

1.) 09 Sep 2017 19:52:37
Good to see Pena got some game time and a goal. Did not see the game myself, how did he look? Also hear the young Man City winger got experience of full house at Ibrox.

2.) 09 Sep 2017 22:24:46
Still looked abit rusty but got in to some advanced posistions and could have had another goal. i think when he gets up to speed je may be a 10-15 goal a season man

3.) 09 Sep 2017 23:00:47
Shocking firat touch, couldn't pass water and was right in front of the goal and could hardly miss. Jury is still out on this one.

4.) 09 Sep 2017 23:14:39
Yip I agree parky. he's as slow as a week in jail, its going to take him till his contract is up to get matvh fit.

5.) 10 Sep 2017 03:48:44
Pena looks slow but maybe just has to get used to the pace of the Scottish game. Slow yes. but very direct which is good. Got a goal which isn't bad considering he's only played about an hour of in total for us.

Still can't believe PC has brought in so many players and doesn't consider any of them better than Miller. Team looked comfortable yesterday though. win the next 5+ games and things become very interesting.

6.) 10 Sep 2017 08:56:07
Pena is still a bit rusty but definite improvements with each run out and much leaner than at first, the goal will help him as will the English classes, but the fact he has shed weight and is learning English shows he wants it and I think he will come good. The young winger didn't get much time and with candieas on fire and windass scoring I think at most he will be cover. Great result though

7.) 10 Sep 2017 08:59:28
Tbh I think we need the Celtic game to actually see where we stand and how/ if we have improved. Still think that either Jack or Dorrans should be playing further forward as the the 2 of then are playing the dm role.

Also Niko should be dropped onto the bench and be used as a last 15-20 min sub if need be. . Alfredo morelos will bang them in if he is giving the service . The boy will face a great career

8.) 10 Sep 2017 09:22:52
Krankjar shouldn't b anywere near the squad when we play Selik as he'l get chewed up and he'l send my blood pressure thru the roof

9.) 10 Sep 2017 18:41:09
I agree with the above post, I would only use Niko very sparingly against weak teams, with a view to getting him in the shop window for sale.
He must be one of the slowest players in the SPL and I'm sure he is on good money. I would much rather see young guys getting game time if we are cruising.
With regards to Miller, pretty much as above but potentially offers more if we are chasing a game and also valuable in helping the new guys settle in.
As previously stated, Morales and Herrera will do a great job given support and a sustained run together to gain understanding and confidence πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜Žβš½οΈ

09 Sep 2017 18:13:53
Lets see if the moaners can find something to pick on today haha! ? Credit to pena, not had much game time and was a bit rusty, but he had a couple of chances and got a goal, morelos put me in mind of mccoist he seems to be in right place right time. Candeis put in a lot of quality balls. Only thing i would change is not playin niko out wide, he has basicly no burst of pace. Maby move him in one or play him behind the striker. But overall delughted

1.) 09 Sep 2017 18:41:55
I think that's the last game Niko will start for a while now Windass is back as he gives us so much energy

2.) 09 Sep 2017 19:07:13
It won't be Nemane who replaces Kranjcar anyway. he's a toddler at a whopping height of 2ft 5. Can't get my head round that signing. What can he possibly add to the first team? Can see him getting thrown around like an old toy in this league. But good to see Windass back and scoring!

3.) 09 Sep 2017 19:16:49
We need to keep attacking at pace down the wings, candeias seems to be getting his game together, but niko is too slow to play wide left, windass could be the answer there, if we get balls into the middle morelos is looking better match by match and will keep putting them away, hope he gets more support there as well

4.) 09 Sep 2017 21:01:32
Next starting XI got to be Windass in for Nico and Herrera in for Miller.

5.) 09 Sep 2017 23:04:19
NB height isn't everything. He only got a few mins but he looks line a fast busy wee player. He's 5'5". Ryan Fraser is 5'4" and he does all right for bournmouth.

6.) 10 Sep 2017 09:23:50
Typical Scottish mentallity.

7.) 10 Sep 2017 12:44:00
Aye remember Messi, maradonna, iniesta, Sanchez all being totally useless footballers cause they can't reach the top shelf
