Just saw a post online saying solanke and Flanagan signed on for next year to be confirmed this week. Hope that's true 2 improvements already.

Where did you hear this mate?

Did it state loan deals or permanent?

Would be class signings if true.

2.) 13 May 2018 23:47:30
Solanke had played a lot for Liverpool this year. I think maybe Ings could be more likely but even at that I'd be astonished if either of them arrived.

3.) 14 May 2018 00:12:44
Seen that also. think it was football gospel page or something

Anybody who thinks var is a good idea that should surely prove the faults that still exist. 5 mins nearly to give one of the harshest pens u will ever see. And why did the ref watch it in slow motion obv it is going to look worse. Hands by his side and he's 2 foot away how can that be deliterate?

Frustrated blue

1.) 15 Jul 2018 16:46:25
I know. All it's doing is creating another dimension to controversial deceisions

2.) 15 Jul 2018 18:21:01
I've said for a while now that VAR is not the way for football to go.

3.) 15 Jul 2018 18:42:16
It was a penalty all day long, the ball changed direction and his hand was in an unnatural position. Great decision and great to see football moving into the 21st century, hope it’s rolled out over all football!

4.) 15 Jul 2018 18:57:21
Please tell me you are joking hollow? In what way was it an unnatural position?

5.) 15 Jul 2018 19:02:00
hollow, are you on the glue? 😳

6.) 15 Jul 2018 19:05:13
Eh, his hand was head level? What’s natural about that? Not even worth complaining about penalty all day long.

7.) 15 Jul 2018 19:05:50
Sorry Parky, I agree with hollow, his arm/ hand make a very quick downward movement towards the ball in my opinion.
Very harsh certainly but a pen none the less

8.) 15 Jul 2018 19:26:04
Drugs are bad hollow. Terrible decision. Why not use it for the dive before Frances first goal? . It will ruin football.

9.) 15 Jul 2018 19:56:52
I don’t disputing it could have been used more but it was a penalty everyday of the week! I’d have liked to see it used more for bookings for diving but it’s a great step forward for football

10.) 15 Jul 2018 20:14:56
His hand was waist height hollow not head height what we're u watching? He was also 2 feet away when ball was flicked it on he makes no attempt to handle it. It's ashocker of a decision mate.

11.) 15 Jul 2018 20:28:15
Clearly waist height. They showed it multiple times how could you possibly think it was head height?

12.) 15 Jul 2018 20:38:25
Not sure what game you boys were watching? Have you lot been on the sause? Although there have been clearer penalties anybody who has paid the game at a reasonable level will know that’s a penalty!

13.) 15 Jul 2018 21:50:15
Not a chance mate. Played junior and amateur football for nearly 20 year and that's one of worst decisions I've ever saw. If celtic got gave that against us u eould be raging. Did u listen to mark clattenburgs view on it? Also the ref shouldn't have watched ithe n slow motion he's suppose to watch it in real time

14.) 15 Jul 2018 22:01:27
my love for football is slowly dissolving due to ridiculous var decisions, diving over paid prima donnas you can't put a tackle in nowadays its becoming a non contact sport

15.) 15 Jul 2018 20:51:55
Hollow55 you mean like Shearer, Ferdinand, Lineker and every other pundit except Wright who said it was never a penalty? Or the ex-pro who is sitting beside me right now?

16.) 15 Jul 2018 22:19:42
Anyone who has played the game at a decent level will know that's a penalty. OK Pele settle. For a start it was only head height if your a midget. Secondly the ball was flicked on 2 or 3 yards In front of him so unless you are the flash there is no chance your getting your hand out of the way. Also if VAR had been used for the 1st goal there would have been no free kick to score from. Anyone who has played the game at a decent level, i bet you couldnt hit a barn door with a banjo and being good at something doesn't give you better eye sight so what are you even talking about.

17.) 15 Jul 2018 23:21:26
Spill duty calls lol. Got to agree tho that's a pen the game is screwed

18.) 15 Jul 2018 23:21:41
Funny guy Jordy15, well done managed to construct a great argument, loved the Pele comment. You must sit up all night laughing at yourself!

19.) 15 Jul 2018 23:41:34
If u look at it again you'll see his hand was head height then moved it to around his waist height which prob made it a penalty very harsh though as they were so close to each other.

Am I just being cynical or could they have just announced that along with Gerrard. Give the supporters a few days of excitement after the Gerrard appointment and thinking there is investment coming and a few more days of season ticket renewals while folk are on cloud 9? Weird they held out 4 days to announce a share issue we all knew was coming.

Frustrated blue

1.) 07 May 2018 21:03:52
I think we all feel a frustrated blue today

2.) 07 May 2018 22:53:51
King did mention the share issue during the Stevie G unveiling. It's just a bit mystifying as to why he sets up another press conference to repeat himself, unless, as some have said, it"s a clever ploy to sell season books

3.) 08 May 2018 03:19:29
Don't think there's any doubt it was a ploy to give a few extra days to sell season tickets

05 May 2018 20:01:47
Get well soon sir Alex Ferguson hope u pull through big man!

Frustrated blue

1.) 06 May 2018 00:04:24
Watching sky sports news disappointed Rangers haven't made a statement about Alex Fergusons illness. With him being an ex player I would have thought we should have made statement.

03 May 2018 07:05:25
Lads we need to get real on here it's no wonder folk call us the gullibles and laugh at us. That's this week I've saw 50 million investing, Gerrard getting 25-30 million to spend on players and us signing torres sturridge ings and wayne rooney. I ken folk are excited but let's at least be realistic and not think we're getting guys who will be on 100 grand a week ito just more ammunition anyone who thinks we can get rooney or sturridge to sign needs there head looked at.

Frustrated blue

1.) 03 May 2018 07:39:49
I agree mate people need to settle down. Did I imagine what we have been through the past few years. Investors invest in business' capable of seeing good returns. Ask yourself this. If you had loads of cash on the hip, would you invest in Scottish football? that's the reality.

2.) 03 May 2018 08:04:02
I don't know what to believe about investment but you only have to look at the dark side to see if you invested in rangers to take over Celtic then you could make the same money as them. Who would the new investors be? Would they have the ability to push rangers brand in there country/ country's? And they won't necessarily be investing in Scottish football but in rangers will rangers be in Scottish football in the next 10,15,20 yrs? I think there's a sound investment in rangers if done properly, is gerrard the start of the brand push? I don't know the answers but I think there interesting questions

3.) 03 May 2018 10:20:37
Celtic have been raking it in over the past 6 years with minimal spend (there manager excluded) so please explain why investing in Rangers is a bad idea. All we need is to have investors that won't flinch at the initial outlay that is required to put us back on top or to at least to make us level with Celtic.

Ed I've never asked for one and at the risk of sounding like supercooper. (Sorry coops lol) can i have a simple yes or no poll. Do we think the board have delivered on the promises we were made?

Candias wasn't playing as a winger mate so that's a bit unfair
