Reported that Gordon Durie and Jim Hendry fitness coach have left the club, after witnessing last seasons fitness levels Hendry should have been let go when the other 11 were let go.

All the best to Jukebox, great guy who deserves a chance to shine elsewhere.

2.) 03 Jul 2015 19:10:37
If it true then good luck Gordon not sure what you've done wrong, I'm hoping this Is not paving the way for Captain Calamity coming back I for one won't be happy about it, if it happens maybe this was written into his contract as well!

3.) 03 Jul 2015 20:29:48
I for 1 hope its true, they all need a kick up the arse evn the development squad, they need hard trained if they wanna go anywhere, last 3 seasons rangers has been an easy place and earning big bucks. I would play for rangers with no pay and I would burst my nuts of, walking out infront of the ibrox croud would be enough for me to play my very best

4.) 03 Jul 2015 21:00:10
Boyd was 17st when he warmed up 4 sub in old firm game right in front of me. A joke!, (and he hadn't even been on holiday). Anyone involved or was complicit and at a top team in Europe should be fired. Plain and simple.

Daily Record reporting that the board are considering an offer from Mike Ashley now that King is gone. It was always going to be the case as long Sandy Easdale is a Major shareholder (proxy vote as well) so wanting him off the board matters nothing as he can still pull the strings on it or off it.

G4ry

1.) 24 Oct 2014 15:57:40
If the board sanction Ashley's conditions the fans will walk away. There will be no club for him to bleed money from.

2.) Where now from here? Stay away from ibrox? Sports direct and mcgills?

3.) 24 Oct 2014 16:23:42
Mike Ashley has made an emergency loan offer, haven't we had enough of loans?

4.) 24 Oct 2014 16:48:23
Brian Kennedy now made a counter offer to Ashley, reported it won't need boardroom approval.

5.) Must be going to be excepted why else would Phillip Nash resign.

6.) Hi call me stupid if you want but why doesent Kennedy's offer need board approval

7.) Inverbear
I already do all of the three thing you mentioned, but each to there own, only that person decided what you choose to do and you please don't be led !

I have been one of UoF biggest critics but have now given up as there is obviously split in opinion regarding them however want to put it out there would it not be better to fill the stadium for one game and show the board how much they are missing (hurting the club)?

Thoughts Please!!

G4ry

1.) Yes, the Uof are not my way forward but the board must give us certain assurances regarding our future. We must find a way of protesting, without damaging the playing side any further.
e. g. After an honest audit of our current position, they could offer a season ticket based on a pay per match basis. This could be done by a deposit of say £40 to book your seat for the remainder of the season and pay for each game, say 7days before the game on a direct debit or cash with voucher basis at the ticket office. Just a thought, but one thing is certain we must get together, as fans, to save our club. Better together than rebelling.

2.) Unfortunatley its a horrible situation that we are in. Keep going to the games and the board stay in power as they will have our money boycott and we MAY get rid of them but that comes with a lot of risks. One thing is for sure we won't be the club we used to be if these guys stay in power just my opinion. If they would onyl come out and tell us the truth and explain the situation with margarita blue pitch and also show us the title deeds that would go a long way to repairing relantionships

3.) 19 Sep 2014 11:01:13
How about a walk out and demo right outside the main stand during a match. To be effective though would be 60 minutes and from a full stadium. Boycotts are doing more damage than good at the moment, my thoughts only and I take my hat off to the sons of struth for their determination and resolve.

4.) Think they know what there missing, all they have to do is look at the down turn on season ticket sales from last year !!!

5.) Rossw01 thet can't come out and tell us the truth for fear of bigger boycotts if they had nothing to fear they would tell us the truth starve them out i know its sore but its the only way imho

6.) The u o f are as much good as a choclate firegaurd all the leaders do is jockey for position in media

7.) Wull61 all they do is jockey for possition at least they are doing something there are people that still support this board

29 Aug 2014 10:56:21
Well done UoF you have almost put the final nail in our coffin THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

G4ry

1.) Here we go again,, blame blame blame,, everyone but the real culprits. Wake up this was always going to happen we are getting bled dry and it was time to stop the rot. Why do you wish to blame us the fans for the troubles?? the coffin was buried many months back,

2.) 29 Aug 2014 15:22:12
I agree, the Uof made the board spend what was it 70 mill in 2/3 years.
Made the board hire countless peeps just to let go with huge golden parachutes.

This board including the previous boards are only interested in making money for themselves. The Uof and most of us fans realise that this club will not last much longer the way we are trading.

And ally needs to go either he knows all the problems we are having but ignores them, or is totally clueless and out of his depth.

3.) 29 Aug 2014 15:33:52
I thought the fans who did not renew season tickets were to put there S.T monies into a fund run by king & gough and if the club got into difficulty then this would be used because as fans they wouldn't wish to see the club go to the wall . again so to the fans who did this get your cash and buy S.T now or we won't have a club to support .
not that I'm a supporter of the board but there not going anywhere unless they are bought out and at the end of the day they could just finish the club sell ibrox,m.p etc and then we would have sweet f.a. if u think about it they would make more cash and line there pockets this way .
r.f

4.) 29 Aug 2014 17:39:22
ALLY : The coffin isn't buried but is on the way to the cemetery, the fans are shovelling the dirt on it with the boycott but we ain't dead and I have a hunch we won't die.

5.) Ally said won't discuss finances just football, but he one of the major exisitng shareholders. will he buy more at 20p and see his stake reduce by 21%

should be easy yes, not won't discuss it!!

6.) 29 Aug 2014 19:43:37
@3. According to the release the board only hold ~1% of the shares. It would not take a whole load to buy them out

7.) 29 Aug 2014 19:46:47
@5. Well he didn't buy any when they were offered in the IPO, so probably not.

Ally had 1m shares in TRFC Ltd which were converted into 1m shares in RIFC plc. No additional shares were added to his holdings despite his promises to 'invest for his children' when he was doing Charlie's bidding in getting the fans onside for the IPO.

8.) Cromjo: its not the fans fault we are in the mess we are in?? why would anyone wish to peddle this crap?
Your worse than a Labour MP telling everyone we are useless and as such can't run our own bloody country. we the fans have not spent the millions we the fans have not "stole" the money, we the fans have invested and invested and invested? what have we been given back,,
1. worthless shares (don't care but it gets annoying after a point when its hundreds pounds each time)
2. a board that's only there for their own financial gain.
3. Promises and more promises all turning out to be lies.
4. No say in OUR club.
5. Blamed for all the problems.
6. Left to pick up the pieces.
Waken up please. I said this the last time and some of us listened hopefully we will all work together an take over the whole thing but not at the cost of giving these robbers our hard earned money.

9.) We seriously can not be blaming fans for this. The only people not to blame are the fans ans supporters of the club

10.) Don't blame the UOF for the shambles our club is in! Look no further than the spivs who will only depart when ibrox is sold for housing!

11.) Ally that is the nail on the head at n8 well in there well put

12.) 29 Aug 2014 21:27:19
At the end of the day boycotts,so called starving them out isn't working they hold all the aces and with every boycott we just put another nail in the coffin yes I agree we have more than filled there pockets they don't care if the club dies ,we the fans have to keep supporting the team until someone buys them out its the only way or as I have said they will put up the business closed signs and sell everything and we will have nothing to support .
r.f

13.) 29 Aug 2014 22:25:26
Ally: What is all this mince about Labour mp, am merely saying the fans who have boycotted are doing the club no favours, it's damaging the club, now I know it isn't the fan's fault but if you can't see the damage of the boycott YOU need to waken up.

14.) N3 rf what are you talking about nobody gave money to the trust they made pledges it never worked no money spent by anybody making pledges

15.) N13 cromjo so you are saying to fans that don't agree with situation buy season books in other words give the con men more money to fritter

16.) 30 Aug 2014 10:00:12
Tmwtn thanks for what I'm sure is your informed opinion that no one made pledges but the fact still remains there are 15/20 thousand st not renewed so surely as FANS when our club is in trouble its time to show how we feel about our club and Q up to buy them forget board for a min think of the team/club get your ticket go to every home game & away let your feelings known by chanting SACK THE BOARD its the only way as boycotts just harm club/team .I'm sure if it was King,UoF or sonsofstruth asking this you would do it I'M JUST A HUMBLE FAN LIKE YOURSELVES WHO HAS SUPPORTED THIS TEAM FOR 48 YEARS SO PLEASE HELP SAVE MY /OUR TEAM
r.f

17.) Where does it end though? do the fans keep giving them money for it to be frittered away then 6 months later we need another crisis loan. the club needs to be run at a break even level but these directors have no interest other than bleeding us dry and will keep doing so if the fans keeping giving them money.

18.) So its the UOF fault that board members are taking hundreds of thousands in wages and pay offs. Who gave big contracts to diddies like sandaza kyle black shiels smith foster I could go on.
The problem is the board no one else and atleast UOF (who also have there flaws) are trying to do something rather than head in the sand hoping this board will come good.

19.) This boycott is personic and I said that the first time I heard about it. Constructive protests r ok but we need as much financial flow as possible. I think we WILL get out of the financial mire, don't ask me how, just a feeling I have and this sounds daft and cue the sarcastic replies but I feel this because if and when we do get to the point of no return someone will save us. Yes it IS because we r Rangers and we WILL recover. Almost like it has to get even worse before it gets sorted.

20.) N16 rf it wouldn't matter who asked me to go to games ime my own person I don't post anywere except here I will only be back once current conmen have left the building most fans were told charliboys plans [the long firm ] some listened some never my stance has been the same since day one

21.) Rf if I was to buy book and go to games shouting sack the board my protest would count for nothing as I would have bought book or even paid at gate that's defeating the purpose as once they've got the money they don't give a flyin feck as they are showing in this moment of time or they would leave

Think McCoist should concentrate on his job instead of running his mouth off to the press saying Murray due an apology. I think we are due an apology from McCoist for the symbolical performances we have witnessed October 2011.

G4ry

1.) Correct edmundo

2.) Think mccoist should clean him self up, get a shave & lose a bit of weight lol.

3.) McCoist should maybe apologies to the fans for taking such a big salary in return for some dire football.

4.) Mcc the knife I was just saying that to my missus I think ally being our manager he should always look smart I know he has reason to bee seen in trackies but with his wages ime sure he could afford an electric shaver lol I never seen any other rangers manager with a stubble like coisties

14 Jul 2014 12:11:02
I know this is nothing to do with anything Rangers related but hopefully it gets posted as would like to see some other thoughts.

I see that the S. F. A have announced a friendly against England to be staged a Celtic Park now I don't really care much for Scotland but ever since Lawwell got a seat in the S. F. A Celtic Park has hosted to Cup finals and a Scotland home game vs Ireland. It seems to me he cherry picks the best games for celtic park.

G4ry

{Ed039's Note - I do care for the national team, and I dont care. Remember Ibrox will host the qualifier vs Georgia as well)

1.) I really do think we need to get over this. what goes on at breeze block mansion and within the sleeze football association is of no concern to me. I think we should be putting all our energy in supporting the team to the "promised" land. lol

2.) 14 Jul 2014 18:05:36
Who cares

3.) Is hampden being put back the way it was or is it being left

{Ed039's Note - It is being returned to the way it was, the running track is being removed)

4.) How much does so called breeze block mansion hold? and how much does the crumbling Ibrox hold? think that may well be the reason Celtic Park, Scotlands biggest and best football stadium gets the big games. Why have Scotland v England at Ibrox and deny 20000 the chance to see it?

5.) 15 Jul 2014 11:30:41
@4 I have to agree with you it is hard to make the case for Ibrox but I think the difference in capacity is 10.000 and not 20,000

6.) Mo89 when did it become a 70000 capacity stadium??
I'm not arguing the fact it's being played at your park infact it's the sensible choice. so take your my dad's bigger than your dad's argument to your own site.

7.) Bigcol. sorry. maths not my strong suit. nut Ibrox holds just over 40,000? Celtic Park just over 60,000. Had the same argument last week with Chelsea tour guide when on stadium tour of Stamford Bridge! And for the record I told him Ibrox was a better stadium than Stamford! But not once did I claim Celtic Park holds 70,000. Does annoy me though when comments deriding Celtic Park and all things Celtic appear when surely to god there are bigger things for Rangers to worry about!

8.) Mo ibrox holds 52000 don't know where you get the 40000. Anyway. if we canny have a wee bit of banter back and forth then what's the point. what we've had to endure of your mob over the last 3years I think you could give us some lee way. yes we have got bigger things to worry about but we should be able to have banter with our "oldest" rivals. so mo you are more than welcome to post on the "most successfull club in Scotland's" site you just have to grow a wee bit thicker skin. lol

11 Jul 2014 15:49:04
Unbelievable Simonsen signs a one year deal what a waste of money the young goalkeeper Gallagher should leave McCoist obviously doesn't rate him and has McAusland left wasn't up in the training camp up north?

G4ry

1.) I agree but not on the lad leaving he looks as though he could cut it but who knows our managers mind maybe he is just trying to bring up the average age of the team cause we've so many young guys!

2.) What is this massive fixation some posters have with mccausland, he was out on loan at Ayr and was viewed as average at best. Is it that the clamour to get him in is because some posters just don't fancy foster or faure at right back

@3) I understand where you are coming from regarding traveling up from Southampton i think? and reading my post and and others I've posted yes i do seem to blame the fans a lot and for that i offer my full apologizes. But i do feel as tho that if it's not Dave King then the fans groups in particular don't want anyone.

Yes it is rather depressing right now and like yourself i do feel like giving up, but will soldier on supporting the team as always starting by going along tomorrow to show my support as the one's who stay away are as much to blame for this financial mess we currently find ourself in, and again this guy from the SoS is back in the press giving it this talk of this and that why doesn't he and the rest say unless it's Dave King then it's nobody we'd rather the clubbed die unless it's him.

All those saying they'll be back if King gets in, as far as am concerned your no more welcome than the players who all deserted us in our hour of need.

Well said Kfraser in the beginning it was statements from dave king followed by the UoF, dave king gave up and has walk now we have the UoF doing more harm than good with there statements of boycotts. This is the biggest season and probably the most challenging in our history because if we don't make it into the spfl then we have another uncertain summer 2015/16 so please UoF back off and support the team you've had your 5 mins of fame.
