Interested to know? If it’s true and we sign Worrall and Gredza- do we need any more players before the window closes? If so what type of player and who do we need?

1.) 30 Aug 2018 05:18:22
Nope should be good until January unless we find yet another winger

Sadiq should be decent up front.

2.) 30 Aug 2018 05:58:56
Personally I think if the lad Sadiq had looked good before now? He would have been afforded more time? Hope he comes good but I’m sceptical!

3.) 30 Aug 2018 07:07:46
Sadiq won’t be given enough first team football to get up to speed with our game.

4.) 30 Aug 2018 08:35:58
Solanke is being linked in the press again - it seems Origi is 3rd in the pecking order and if he doesn't go on loan Solankes chances will be limited this season. don't know how much truth is in this but i think if we get through to the group stages we will have a bit of a fixture pile up after what has been a hectic start to the season so maybe he's worth a gamble to add fresh legs to the squad.

5.) 30 Aug 2018 08:45:38
Still think there is a lack of creativity through the midfield and I am still hoping Arfield takes that role on. I have no faith in Dorrans or Rossiters ability to stay fit and the formers ability as big game footballer. Maybe Ejaria could be the man to link the midfield and attack but it is difficult for a youngster to be very consistent in the middle of the park in our league due to bruisers.

6.) 30 Aug 2018 09:27:32
Ideally another proper centre half. Even with Worrall that's only 3. We have 3 strikers already so Solanke ain't going to happen. We occasionally play 2 up top but we play with 2 or 3 centre halves, so I would prefer more cover. McCauley is a free agent so we could maybe get him after the deadline as long as we beat the registration deadline.

7.) 30 Aug 2018 10:38:33
Is this Worral boy any good and I’ve read that it’s £2 million loan fee we are paying that’s a bit steep.

8.) 30 Aug 2018 11:51:38
Solanke would be a great addition, no doubt about it. Because we have 3 ST does not mean we won't move for him, sadiq looks as though he might struggle with our game👍.

9.) 30 Aug 2018 17:22:14
Sadiq obviously isn’t fancied or we’d have seen more of him by now.

10.) 30 Aug 2018 19:45:57
Nah wait until the drunk giraffe gets to grips with the pace of our game He's a decent player!

11.) 30 Aug 2018 21:18:34
If he wasn't fancied why would we take him on loan I reckon he just needs some match sharpness hence the reason he playing reserve games.

12.) 30 Aug 2018 23:04:44
The boy is just taking a bit longer to adjust to the high intensity and energy play that Gerrard wants. He'll get there and will be a player for us.

16 Aug 2018 23:54:26
We have played over 900 minutes of football under Steven Gerrard. Weve had 720 minutes of competitive action and had to travel to Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia. We've had men sent off early in two different games. So far we haven't been behind for a single second.

1.) 17 Aug 2018 01:04:03
The difference is night and day, more like the Rangers we know👍.

2.) 17 Aug 2018 01:17:59
You clearly read twitter and bet365!

3.) 17 Aug 2018 09:42:26
What's your point juanpacer?

4.) 17 Aug 2018 09:52:43
And 140mins of them with 10 men!

5.) 17 Aug 2018 21:24:00
Point being juanpacer? This is a forum to show information and 90% of this site is rumours people put up they’ve read online and twitter! I put up that post incase people hadn’t read it - it’s a fact us real supporters should be proud of at this stage!

08 Aug 2018 17:40:33
£3m offer from West Brom been confirmed by ssn for Tavernier- he's got to be worth more than this surely?

{Ed039's Note - I think a wee bit more and he is gone)

1.) 08 Aug 2018 17:45:32
4-5mil and he will be gone, just reality👍.

2.) 08 Aug 2018 17:46:08
What happens if Flanagan gets injured?

3.) 08 Aug 2018 17:52:24
A wee bit more as in closer to 8 million. 3 million is poor.

4.) 08 Aug 2018 17:59:16
Hes English still young he's our captain played every game for past 3/ 4 seasons. Scores goals and assists from right back. If wee virgin lips tierney is worth 25 mill so is Tavernier!

5.) 08 Aug 2018 18:05:02
He doesn't play lumie?

6.) 08 Aug 2018 18:11:18
£5m I’d say was a starting point to negotiate, but £3m is a joke!

7.) 08 Aug 2018 18:13:37
4 or 5 million is fair but who can we bring in on short notice . Callum Paterson?

8.) 08 Aug 2018 18:28:37
Why should we sell, I've a feeling SG is building something special here. Surely he'll not want to go to West Brom anyway?

9.) 08 Aug 2018 18:33:26
We can't hold on to players just in case Flanagan gets injured, mccrorie can play there so can Ryan jack
So no panic for me.

10.) 08 Aug 2018 18:34:52
Paterson as back up to Flanagan is a decent shout and recycle the rest for a good striker.

11.) 08 Aug 2018 18:45:13
Wouldnt be ideal but I reckon Candeias could fill in there to if it really came to it.

12.) 08 Aug 2018 18:56:46
Calum Paterson value has probably shot right up to around 7m now Couldn't afford him

There is no reason why Tavernier shouldn't be at least that as was better than Calum Paterson in the SPL.

13.) 08 Aug 2018 19:24:43
We’ve rejected the bid👍.

14.) 08 Aug 2018 20:48:04
Even the West Brom fans think their team are chancing it with the Tav offer. Fair enough he’s not the greatest defender but his stats at going forward don’t lie.

15.) 08 Aug 2018 20:48:46
Claim Paterson has been reinvented in the number 10 role at Cardiff. No chance Warnock will let him go unless it's for silly money. A non starter. The big fella can't defend for toffee anyway.

16.) 08 Aug 2018 22:48:18
Jack CDM, Mcrorie CDM and Candeias RM why do people always want to play players in the wrong positions it makes no sense. Play players in there best positions simple and I guarantee if you sell Tav and play some random player at RB everyone would start moaning about his performance saying they are a liability. I thought Jack played really well against Aberdeen so why would you play him at RB just to get 5 mil for Tav. I know people are just expressing their opinions but come on it doesn't make sense.

17.) 08 Aug 2018 23:21:16
Upwards of 5 million for me with add ons.

18.) 09 Aug 2018 01:19:52
Agree with jordy, who in their right mind would play Jack, McCrorie or Candeias as a fullback? Seriously Gerrard has played at the highest level and people think he’s that Mickey Mouse to do this?

19.) 09 Aug 2018 03:40:34
Guys, you're getting excited about nothing really.
Tav does not want to go anywhere.!
I'm sure if a really big club came in with serious money he would go, but not to the clubs or fees mentioned.
Let's Go ♥️🙏💙⚽👍🇺🇸🥂.

20.) 08 Aug 2018 17:53:47
Think you’re right Ed. I reckon £4 mill plus sell on and it will be accepted. More importantly do we think he would want to leave?

{Ed039's Note - apparently Rangers have rejected all bids and told West Brom Tav isn’t for sale)

Gordon Strachan saying Rangers should be preparing to join a 2 tier European league sometime over the next decade! I’m not saying this is a definite thing, but what’s our thoughts on joining it if it did?

1.) 02 Sep 2018 11:54:13
What the f**k has Strachan got to do with The Rangers?

20 Aug 2018 00:14:41
Interested in people's opinions, if Jamie Murphy is going to be out for a long spell do we need to bring in another body? If so whose the player in mind?

1.) 20 Aug 2018 01:15:14

2.) 20 Aug 2018 10:55:41
Yes for sure.

3.) 20 Aug 2018 13:56:42
I would rather see Middleton getting used.

4.) 20 Aug 2018 14:19:34
There are other more important areas we need players for. We've got Kane and Middleton and if Lafferty arrives he can do a job wide left too. Another player for that position would be about fourth or fifth on my wish list.

5.) 20 Aug 2018 14:55:46
Jamie walker - cheap replacement and knows the Scottish game - if I remember right he had a decent goals v game ratio for hearts in final season.

11 Aug 2018 15:40:51
So are we all agreed now Lafferty would be a good signing?

1.) 11 Aug 2018 15:54:36
watch hearts try and extort money from us now, his price has now trebled, depends on how much gerrard wants him.

09 Aug 2018 21:42:31
After that that performance tonight what price do we put on Tavernier's head now? Priceless!

{Ed039's Note - bit OTT saying priceless)

I like Naismith and would welcome him back, problem is the system we play- no way would he play in Alfredo’s role as a main striker, I see him more in the role of Arfield and that’s the problem Arfield is better and we have lots of good options in there, so I think Naismith would be surplus to requirements rather than the typical “he’s no welcome back” attitude!

So much negativity surrounding this big guy- why are we so fussed? ATM we have Lafferty and Morelos up front and goals coming from all over the pitch, Sadiq was brought in as a loan- maybe this was Gerrard’s idea all along as cover and a back up plan incase any of our strikers got injured! If he spends the next year warming the bench or not involved it won’t make a difference, he’s not our player and if he comes good and covers then it’s an added bonus, this is generally what loan players are for!

Sorry guys, I meant if a “BIG” premier league club comes calling he’d have a tough choice- if he does a great job here- the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Watford’s couldn’t attract him! He is an English legend, won major trophies and captained his country- if the job here is well done only the “BIG” clubs could attract him away, this is Stevie G we’re talking about not some has been like Brendan Rodgers were talking about😂.

I just hope Gerrard falls in love with this place so much that he never wants to leave, because at some stage a premier league club will come calling and if it’s his beloved Liverpool it’s a tough choice- he is an absolute touch of class and I hope we enjoy many years with him at the helm!

JJ’s kid was on the same Rangers soccer course as my son a few weeks back right outside of Ibrox- so I’m assuming he’s still involved.
