Bear2306, Hardie is a young boy who scored goals for fun all through the youth ranks and just scored on his first start for Livi. I for one would like to see him back here and given a few games before making a judgement.

Theswagman, Hardie is just a few months younger than Morelos, certainly not a 'young boy' and is currently playing at his level. Good luck to the lad when his contract runs out in the summer, wherever he goes.

I agree with Burnbank1. Nothing against the boy but he’s been here for a few seasons now, even through times when our squad was much poorer than it is now, and no manager has thought he was good enough to play. All the best to the lad in the future if he leaves hope he has a great career.

I absolutely guarantee that if he was a nationality other than Scottish, we would not be having this conversation. This is the attitude that has seen us lose loads of young Scottish players over the years, guys like Adam and McCormack and McKay who then go on to be a big success down south. If we're not careful a Hardie or McRorie will be the next one we drive away before really seeing what they can do.

Also Bear2306, when those "managers" you are referring to are Warburton, Pedro and Murty, I'm not sure how much faith I would have in their judgement of a player. These guys respectively rated Rob Kiernan, Edouardo Herrera and Russel Martin.

Louis Moult would be a great addition. Similar in style to Morelos with his hustle and bustle but can find the net. Maybe a season long loan deal?
Big Lafferty would be an option but Hearts would try and shaft us for a bigger transfer than what he is worth.
Also if we have 3 million to spend on a centre half I would rather we signed a forward and went with Goldson, Katic, Wilson, cardoso and Flannigan as centre halfs.
