Has anyone any thoughts or ideas to why Leanne Dempster jumped off the reconstruction panel after one day? Maybe she already knew it was a waste of time or a false dawn to placate the soon to be relegated clubs? Further BS me thinks.

Maybe we should be getting Leanne onboard? A very very smart lady! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

2.) 13 May 2020 10:54:19
That would be music to coops ears yately! 😁.

3.) 13 May 2020 16:32:19
Was clear reconstruction was never going to happen.

4.) 13 May 2020 17:12:50
I think your right.

5.) 13 May 2020 17:24:51
Good political operator our Leanne.

6.) 13 May 2020 17:25:06
Yately, perhaps she removed herself from the reconstruction panel because she didn’t want to be party to the big con, who knows. That aside, however, she and her club have voted through self-interest. If the league was to finish it’s unlikely Hibs would finish in Top Six, which means no big income games towards the close of the season. Even their game against Hearts would be at Tynecastle. As such, they wouldn’t lose if the season ended early.

7.) 15 May 2020 17:36:00
There was talk of her coming before. I think she is a bluenose too. I know some folk don't think it matters. I think its essential!

Just read Doncaster's account of the threat allegedly made by Douglas Park and his reference to pages 13 and 14 of the dossier. I can't believe this guy actually tried to turn the timeline of events to argue that he was threatened- even more so with his reference to McKenzie's email and his reference to not proceeding further.

If we are to believe Doncaster was threatened then the tone of that email would've been entirely different. It's bad enough this clown seems to deflect from the main failings and misgivings, but the fact he's trying to garner the sympathy vote is beneath contempt.

1.) 11 May 2020 08:45:30
The evidence that’s came out from the start of this total shambles surely is enough to get an independent enquiry and the clubs that don’t vote for this must explain why they don’t want it because it’s there for all to see who is behind this their arrogance is going to be their downfall an independent investigation will finish them and they are trying everything in the book To stop It but are just embarrassing themselves and regarding the league you can’t give out a title to a team who have played one more game than you is that not cheating?

2.) 11 May 2020 16:14:57
isn't doncaster an employee? using the companies own lawyer to establish harassment? as business isn't this cause for firing two employees?

3.) 11 May 2020 16:15:25
He's even trying to justify the email to uefa stating that ending the season was the clubs's view before the vote was carried out. So they had made the decision before the vote so why bother?

And surely if you wanted to ask people their opinion on the matter you would make sure ypu asked representatives of the biggest amd most successful club? Wouldn't you?

4.) 11 May 2020 23:12:40
Seeker, when doncaster told eufa that the scottish clubs wanted to stop early, what he meant to say was scottish teams will say nowt, they just do as there told, mate.

It took a two and a half hour conference call for SPFL to reluctantly accept the calls for an EGM, even though by their own rules three teams had backed the call for a EGM.

Here we are two days later and so far we've had that ridiculous and implied threatening letter from the SPFL board; the one way Q&A epistle from McLennan and Doncaster going on Radio Clyde almost quoting verbatim what McLennon said in his Q&A.

Added to the veto dross published yesterday by the Daily Record and now St Mirren calling for the league to be declared, this points to one thing - they are all running scared and trying to preempt any misdemeanours by suggesting mistakes were made.

No doubt Rangers will have taken legal advice and should keep their powder dry until the last minute. The less time the SPFL hierarchy has to formulate a coordinated response the harder it'll be for them.

1.) 30 Apr 2020 11:00:28
Under terms of its constitution the SPFL Board and Executive have a Fiduciary Duty to all members of the Association.

2.) 30 Apr 2020 13:56:29
if they have taken legal advice it better be better than any they have taken so far.

3.) 30 Apr 2020 14:21:07
Very droll dillitis . I see Ashley hasn’t dissolved us yet that many said because of our legislative he would . Some even saying our legals didn’t read small print in contracts lol . I for one am extremely happy with our legal sand board 👍keep up the good fight lads.

4.) 02 May 2020 08:33:24
Molsgoals, hear, hear, mate.

20 Apr 2020 10:37:53
Guys, we all know that in the past Celtic and ourselves have been dead against the kind of league reconstruction currently being mooted. Given it's highly unlikely that we'll change our stance and, bearing in mind eleven votes are needed for reconstruction to go through, could it be possible that 'Peter' may have sold his soul on the phone to ensure the last vote went through and to set the precedent to award them the title in the event the league can't be played to a finish? Why else would reconstruction be on the table? Any thoughts?

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 20 Apr 2020 11:44:16
They will change the voting structure in this instance I am sure.

2.) 20 Apr 2020 13:01:22
The 11-1 is not required if there's no change in the % of money you receive, its the 75% of all divisions.

3.) 20 Apr 2020 15:50:02
There is little doubt in my mind that reconstruction is on the table to appease Hearts in particular and Dundee United too and to ensure the unwashed are 'crowned' champions. How sad, pathetic and undignified is all this in the light of the current coronavirus crisis? It just sums up to me the morals of the dark side (which includes more than just the mhanks) .

4.) 20 Apr 2020 16:45:07
Reconstruction is only on the table cause the threat of the law suits. Such actions will delay the season restarting. I reckon if this is going to be forced on us that we should take advantage. As they have no regards for the rule book we agree to reconstruction on the basis that firstly it's done properly with agreement gave ok by sky to keep money for coverage and secondly that we get a colt team that can't compete in same league as first team. I know people will say but they have ruled against colt teams but they also have guidelines stating 2 years to implement league reconstruction and that will go through in time for next season do 5 months.

5.) 20 Apr 2020 19:19:41
Totally agree bellshill revolt team, if they want our vote colt team in.
Also it will give wee clubs a turn when we go to there ground along with Celtic, hibs hearts Aberdeen.

6.) 20 Apr 2020 20:05:02
All this crap could be sorted easily
Rangers should begin the process of joining English football as there is too much hatred and cheating in Scotland.

7.) 20 Apr 2020 23:58:30
John also gives fans in my position, can't afford season tickets with a young family, the chance to see the club I love. Also allow me to introduce my 5 year old to rangers.

8.) 21 Apr 2020 12:47:41
Bellshill u r 100% correct.

9.) 21 Apr 2020 18:47:38
so mull reconstruction won't change tv money?

10.) 21 Apr 2020 18:55:27
6.counties, great idea mate, we are hated because of the records we hold, let's try to get ourself out of this bugus football league, any other league that would except application should be considered, let these bar stwerds see how much we mean to them. let's try to get out.

16 Apr 2020 11:00:28
I see the gutter press are now putting pressure on the Jags not to seek interim interdict, as it would allegedly sink nine clubs.

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 16 Apr 2020 14:09:45
No reason for any clubs to 'sink' SPFL have the ability to give team's cash without the league finishing. They're just choosing not too.

2.) 16 Apr 2020 14:28:44
There will be no reconstruction of leagues hearts will be relegated.

3.) 16 Apr 2020 14:52:57
How do you know this thebear82.

4.) 16 Apr 2020 16:47:42
Because the whole point of this resolution was about getting the money quicker so are the same teams desperate for money going to vote for bigger league and get less money next season there will be no guns to heads for this to pass.

I see the great Stato from the East has just picked up on the fact that Rangers will now be free to play the league game at home to Ross County on the league cup semi weekend in January, whereas his lot won't be.

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 18 Dec 2020 22:35:24
Would have rather played in the semi final.

20 Nov 2020 21:28:02
Right folks, I see our annual accounts have been published. Rather than reading this for ourselves why not wait an hour to get Leon's forensic run down 🤣🤣🤣.

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 20 Nov 2020 22:28:06
Well there you have it. Another massive loss. 16mill this year. that's with european football money. No doubt about it we will need to sell in summer to balance books.

2.) 21 Nov 2020 06:51:50
There never was any doubt about that, it’s simple economics, we invested in superior players, management and commercial staff, to be exactly where we are, in fact we’re probably better than expected considering the size of the task, 3 players will be sold at least imo. And Rangers will carry on.

3.) 21 Nov 2020 00:11:37
I need a calculator. would seem 'ok' reading.

4.) 21 Nov 2020 09:26:08
Tom sell borna (bassey to come in) morelos a cert anyway and poss kamara and i reckon won't be far away from 40 mill.

5.) 21 Nov 2020 09:54:28
Increase in turnover despite C.V. of 11% and the 8.8 million needed to cover the shortfall until the end of the season will be met by investors! I'm assuming that's not taking into account the europa this season, so I Don't see the need to sell anyone?

6.) 21 Nov 2020 09:56:01
23 mill shortfall by end next season is grim.

7.) 21 Nov 2020 10:53:17
We are not the only team who will post a loss, there will be some in a worse state than us, The amount of money we are losing from not having supporters at every home game is hitting hard, I know its mostly season tickets which are already paid for but the money from the European games and the money spent at ground for hospitality, food etc would have helped,

8.) 21 Nov 2020 11:31:12
Paul86 that's with no crowds!

9.) 22 Nov 2020 00:35:07
Barrow, there's quite obviously a need to sell and reinvest mate, nobody can rely on what you're saying, Rangers do need to sell and they will as will every other club in Britain if the opportunity arises, so your wrong, there's every need.

I see there is a motion in the courts seeking disclosure of documents/ information from the SFA. Could this be to do with the disclosure ordered by Lord Clark in Hearts/ Thistle arbitration case (assuming the arbiters have been agreed and appointed), or is it to do with something else? Who knows, maybe Leon's pals are seeking disclosure on Res 12 findings after all. Time will tell lads.

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 08 Jul 2020 17:44:58
No it’s to do with the much bigger scandal over the city!

2.) 08 Jul 2020 17:49:17
Something to do with a PDF file.

3.) 09 Jul 2020 10:36:30
Lord Clark stated that ALL documents should be open to scrutiny / disclosure ie

Phone calls;
Texts;
Emails;
Letters;
Documents;
Internal memo's;
Tweet's;
Conversations;
etc etc etc.

Everything is open to enquiry.
No stone left unturned.

But remember this is Doncaster (Lawell) we are dealing with, and their media outlets and their 'chums' - so what they want and what they get is two different things.

4.) 10 Jul 2020 08:51:57
True blue there was a article published yesterday where the head of arbitration for scotland explains the arbitration process.

hearts partick arbitration

Hearts can possibly push this to CAS if there still unhappy with the outcome.

Yesterdays court dealings were as ziko and myself stated above, about a PDF file.

Well guys, things are really heating up with the SPFL resolution debacle. Hearts and Thistle have exercised their (reserved) rights and are basically seeking reinstatement (ie no promotion or relegation) . Now here's the rub - if they are successful and the courts find in their favour then this must call into question the legality of the entire resolution, including awarding Dundee Utd, Raith and Cove their respective titles. If not, then the courts would have to consider whether, or not, these league champions are still entitled to be promoted. If, they find that these teams had to complete their fixtures so as to win the leagues (as opposed to being awarded) then Hearts and Thistle should win their case. If, that happens then the teams awarded these titles will probably mount a challenge against SPFL for false representation. If the courts find that the resolution regarding promotion and relegation is unlawful then watch for the null and void argument being resurrected. Either way that clown MacKenzie's position, in particular, is untenable.

Isn't it funny how certain clubs that voted 'no' yesterday are still suggesting all is not right with SPFL. Self preservation has well and truly taken over and if Premiership clubs, in particular, still harbour doubts but chose not to act then hell mend them.

I get it with clubs in the lower leagues voting for survival but, the 'cabal' in the Premiership have thrown at least some of them to the wolves. How much of any sponsorship or TV money (if there is any) will filter down the leagues next season? I wonder how the cabal will react if SKY or BT seek to recover money.

It's just a pity there will be plenty of excuses now for maintaining plastic pitches due to the virus. How is that improving the product!

Hewhohearsvoices

1.) 14 May 2020 07:43:07
Hearsvoices, i can't see anybody sponsoring the league, as most people can see the hastle being caused up hear, by the cheating cabel running the leagues, either that or we will get a paddy power type sponsor offering a pittance because they know nobody is interested in sponsoring this mess of an organisation.

2.) 14 May 2020 09:58:34
paulellen, that would make a great league the paddy power magners league, think the irish would join and make it a good old shindig league, old paddy power would say if you finish second to the mhanks you would get your money back.

Imagine the crowds were allowed into the stadium, would all these nerves have a positive or negative effect on the players, I wonder? The players and manager have kept humble and focused and will deliver soon enough and, like you all, will look forward to a year of celebration (where allowed) to mark the achievement.

Lads, we need to calm down. I know the temptation to worry that we'll get caught but in truth by who? That lot are never good enough to win all their games and we ARE much better and more focused than them. 55 will be here soon enough and we'll win the league before the split. It's just a case of grabbing it as early as possible.
