G'day lads. Just popping past with some information that the posters on this site may be interested in.
According to a good friend of mine who is based up north Stewart Milne and Mike Loggie met with recently unemployed former Scotland gaffer Gordon Strachan on Tuesday afternoon.
No idea what transpired between the trio but with Derek McInnes touted for the Rangers job I thought it was worth mentioning.

Good afternoon lads,
If any of you venture onto the Man Utd page you will know I am a United fan. I am just dropping past as I got some juicy info regarding your club.
I heard from a pretty good source that Rangers are interested in Craig Goodwin of Adelaide United and have also made contact with Ipswich regarding Brett Pitman. I don't know how far along (if at all) any negotiations may be but both players I was told are of interest to Rangers.

Goodwin looks like our kinda player and would give us cover for Mckay and Wallace.
Not sure about Pittman tho.

Very few players to enhance the gers squad in a league apart from Aaron mooy at Melbourne, Goodwin just lifted a league title with Adelaide mooy definetly.

Rangers were interested though mate I know that for a fact but obviously for whatever reason a deal wasn't done. Good luck to the lad he is a good professional.

Neil I posted on here that key stakeholders in the club are soon to be evaluating offers of investment from the market. Wether those who have expressed interest have the clubs best interest at heart is yet to be seen. Dave King has no desire to leave his post but also has no desire to put more money into the club at this point which could be a sticking point for fresh financial backing coming into the club.
FYI I am not a Rangers fan so I have no bias. I have some associates who work closely with advisors in this space.
