Jason Cummings is coming in the summer thoughts on this 1?

Neil coulter

1.) 23 Jan 2017 16:42:36
Would love to see him at us, boy is a bit of a knob but he's a proper goal scorer something that we are lacking currently

2.) 23 Jan 2017 16:59:29
Do any bears truly think Hibs will do business with Rangers? It would have to be a real bid of at least £1.5m.
Maybe if they failed to get promoted they would need to recoup some of their loss. We've witnessed first hand the lengths Stubbs went to to deny Rangers Scott Allan's signature. He was even willing to ruin one of his young player's careers just to get one over us. Can't see Lennon being up for it. though the ultimate decision lies with Petrie.

3.) 23 Jan 2017 17:04:50
Would have preferred cummings instead of garner. That seems to be money wasted. That's my thoughts anyway.

4.) 23 Jan 2017 17:22:31
I wanted Cummings in before the start of the season - we can all have our different opinions of him socially but he knows where the goal is and that's what counts - easily the best player around about the £1 million mark just now -

5.) 23 Jan 2017 17:41:46
no chance of cummins his private life does not stand up to scrutiny

6.) 23 Jan 2017 18:20:13
No he's not.

7.) 23 Jan 2017 18:20:58
no thanks just more embarasment, do you not hear what the fans sing at this wee cretin. it rymes with speado

8.) 23 Jan 2017 18:54:43
Why would we want him next season we are trying to challenge Celtic and will be playing in Europe and he is not good enough at all i'm fed up with hearing his name tbh his is not coming to us.

9.) 23 Jan 2017 19:24:36
I'm sure most of us did some daft things in our youth (I can't image what I'd have got up to if I was awash with cash) but most of us grow up and turn out to be ok.

If JC is ready to mature and can be managed well, he can score even more goals than I'd welcome him at Ibrox.

There are not too many angels out there who can score goals

10.) 23 Jan 2017 20:21:40
No doubt Cummings would add much needed goals to our team but I think we should be setting our standards higher than that. The money spent on Garner for example could have been used more wisely in acquiring a proven goal scorer. Yes Miller is good for a goal but we seriously lack an out and out striker.

11.) 23 Jan 2017 20:37:06
Kenny miller is streets ahead of jason cummings even at 37 years old! He'll never be the striker or pro kenny miller is! Never my friend, not in miller's league!

12.) 24 Jan 2017 09:23:34
If MW wants to sign JC for next season then i'm afraid that Warbs time is up. This is a building project and if he cannot see further than JC then he isn't the man to take us forward.

JC would have been a good signing for us in the Championship and that is it. He would have been ok to have in the squad this year but next year I'd like to think we would be looking for better than Cummings even if it is in the Bosman market.

13.) 24 Jan 2017 10:08:44
The boy links up well with McKay for Scotland under 21's but still won't be a go all machine we can hold the ball a as long as we want but we players to brake into the box and take a chance our take a chance from out side too

14.) 24 Jan 2017 14:43:53
Cummings had one good half season in the championship and he keeps being linked with us, to be honest its embarrassing and soo untrue thankfully.
I don't want to spend money on a boy who has a worse personality than barton and no where near the talent of Kenny miller.
we have better the now hey aren't performing I wouldn't want a wee speado in my team any ways let celtic have him

09 Jul 2016 22:51:58
Talk about Nick Powell going 2 us would be a good signing just been released from Man U!

Neil coulter

1.) 09 Jul 2016 23:48:22
Def a talent but a little injury prone. Wolves and Hull both meant to be interested.

2.) 10 Jul 2016 11:04:29
I lived in Crewe a few years ago, so have seen a lot of him over the years. He is very talented, however there was a lot of talk that he had fallen out of love with the game during his spell with man u. If Warburton can work his magic with him then we might have a superstar.

02 Jun 2016 22:49:22
Talks of us looking at Eitan Tibi Dom Ball and Ben Pringle what use think of these signings lads.

Neil coulter

1.) 03 Jun 2016 09:17:21
Hope Dom comes back! Don't know the other 2 to comment!

2.) 03 Jun 2016 11:19:38
Eitar Tibi is a backwards step, Dom Ball unlikely as a move to championship is on offer and Ben Pringle is a highly sought after player, if could be done which is unlikely would be costly but great player.

3.) 03 Jun 2016 12:20:18
How is Eitar tibi a backwards step?

4.) 03 Jun 2016 12:33:01
All 3 would be good, but they are NOT 'signings'

Dom- has already said his goodbyes at MP, and has Championship offer I believe.
Tibi - has been 'recommended' to us, we haven't looked at him
&
Pringle is out of our ££££ bracket.

5.) 03 Jun 2016 12:43:07
Literally no idea how you can describe the center back as a backward step.

6.) 03 Jun 2016 13:59:59
The big Israeli is not a step back
Dom Ball loved his time at Ibrox and would cost nothing
We have spent very little so I imagine Pringle is not out of our price range. Warbs is always saying about adding value there three players would do that.

7.) 03 Jun 2016 14:10:25
Seen Tibi play before, seems very good with the ball at his feet for a CB, can pick out a great pass, doesn't shy out of challenges, extremely decent in the air and very good ball retention. I think he may be what we're looking for.

8.) 03 Jun 2016 15:06:45
Like bil72 said Tibi has been 'offered' to us. For all we know Warbs could have zero interest in this guy. Never heard of him. Doesn't inspire me with confidence his career but who knows if we do sign him I'll trust that he must be decent.

I'd love Ball back permanently. He's so young he'd be such an asset to the club.

You think business is on hold till Warbs is back his holidays?

9.) 03 Jun 2016 17:57:36
The Israeli boy has been playing Champions League football. As for the comment about Pringle being out of our price range- I'd like to know how you know what our price range is considering Stewart Robertson said they will assess wages with a player by player approach and there's no budget, as such, in place. I think Ball will be back this summer: he obviously loved his time here and first team football at Spurs is a few years off so its the sensible option.

10.) 03 Jun 2016 19:53:11
Why does everyone have to write there opinion if MW is looking at them there good enough so stop say they won't be pisses me off like.

11.) 03 Jun 2016 23:02:16
Bil72 why would the club give us such info if there was no chance of any of these players signing, and i don't want to hear this crap about trying to lure us into renewing our season tickets, ast. hey don't need to encourage us to renew, .

12.) 04 Jun 2016 06:41:51
bigjoh85 when has the club said anything about these players, agree with you re season tickets.

13.) 04 Jun 2016 09:18:01
Where is the press release from the club about any of the 20 or 30 names mentioned here in the last month?

14.) 04 Jun 2016 13:34:36
was ko lol.

Massive changes in the team for next season Pedro to get the players he wants and needs 2 challenge Celtic next season plus more investment in January!

Neil coulter

15 May 2017 22:39:17
Would like 2 see us signing Bruno Alves Moult, Patterson and Ryan Jack think these 4 players would make a difference

Neil coulter

1.) 16 May 2017 09:25:56
The manager has said he wants to sign players he knows and since Paterson has been injured long before he took over then I doubt very much he would have considered him. Would agree he would be a good signing far better than the hopeless Tavernier

2.) 16 May 2017 11:24:55
I would add graham dorrans and kenny mclean to that list, neil coulter and i'd be happy also! In saying that i do think we need bruno alves and another centre half!

3.) 16 May 2017 13:57:59
yes supercooper, we do need alves and another cb and make wilson work a lot lot lot harder to get anywhere near a starting spot as he has been dire all year and i'd like to get rid of kiernan along with the two old men.

i thank hill for his service but he just wasn't good enough none of the defence was

10 May 2017 19:37:38
Is this boy Ben from Motherwell any good and does he have any pace?

Neil coulter

1.) 10 May 2017 22:57:46
Pace doesn't matter if you can't play football. Michael O Halloran comes to mind

2.) 12 May 2017 23:30:55
If these are the type of players pedro looking at get shot of him now and get someone else in asap . I don't think he will last til Xmas I really don't. I don't think he has a clue? Hope I'm wrong

05 May 2017 15:13:16
Bruno Alves surly not another pentioner 😡

Neil coulter

1.) 05 May 2017 17:06:09
5 year younger than hill lol

2.) 05 May 2017 17:40:31
What a player.

3.) 05 May 2017 22:02:31
Are you sure? And who's paying for this?

4.) 06 May 2017 14:04:57
Bruno Alves is a different class to the dross from the English lower leagues

5.) 06 May 2017 14:24:22
If he can play in Italy he can play in the split. Hard as nails

6.) 06 May 2017 14:50:19
One of the best defenders we ever had, at least in recent times, Davie Weir. What age did we sign him?

Fans have short memories. Alves would do an excellent job for us, still going strong putting in plenty of games over the past 4 seasons.

7.) 06 May 2017 17:41:53
You can bet that with season ticket renewals just around the corner that we will hear all sorts of names linked with the club that are of a different quality to what we have seen for many years. Our Press Relations Officer will be in overdrive!

I will only believe any of these quality players from Portugal, Mexico and Argentina will arrive when I see them paraded at Ibrox!

03 May 2017 15:30:58
Weiss Patterson Hayes Moult 4 good signings

Neil coulter

1.) 03 May 2017 16:15:57
Weiss absolutely no chance until at least 2020, when his current, oil money funded contract runs out. Absolutely for the other three but Hayes will be hard if not impossible to get from Aberdeen. Would need 1.5-2million bid for them even to consider, and even then I doubt they would ever sell to us at this moment.

Moult, Boyce, Hayes, Mulumbu, Dorrans, Tavernier, Wallace, Berra, Sumaila, Paterson, Foderingham.

Would love that to be our first team 4-4-2 formation next season.
Mulumbu, Berra, Sumaila, Paterson all end of contract, splash out on Hayes and Dorrans, pick up Boyce and Moult relatively cheap considering they would jump at the chance to step up their careers. Also bring in Vaulks as a utility player across back/ midfield, Crooks and Rossiter to step up and we have a squad. Any first team not mentioned up for sale to fund all this, including Mckay. Try to keep Dodoo, Windass, Holt, Beerman, Hill, Alnwick though for squad.

2.) 03 May 2017 16:40:55
Keep Windass? What exactly for? Better trying to sign his Dad probably still a better player than him

3.) 03 May 2017 17:11:59
Windass has potential. He can link up play and drive with the ball. There is no way he is a midfielder though, more of a player to play off a main striker. Playing in a weak team out off position you are never going to show your best potential.

4.) 03 May 2017 17:56:42
When I first saw windass I thought that he had some good potential but it turns out he's injury prone and cares more about posting on social media than winning football matches. I know it's hard to do, but just look back at their 3rd goal at the weekend and watch Windass casually jog then WALK back while McGregor gets the ball and scores.

5.) 03 May 2017 21:19:58
Really don't get people's fascination with Weiss didn't think he was that great first time around, I it because he seems to say nice things about rangers that people seem to Ike him better than he was

6.) 03 May 2017 18:36:37
Johnny Hayes is awful

7.) 04 May 2017 19:45:10
I agree Bawbag, i said the same a few weeks ago about his Rangers tweets and slagging Celtic that's made him more of a hero rather than what he done football wise when he was here but on the flip side we couldn't turn our noses up as he's better than anyone that's there at the moment.
