Apparently there's intense competition for Alan Hutton's services and Boro are going to 'blow us out the water' 😆.

1.) 01 Aug 2019 11:53:47
Thats great cause nobody at ibrox wants him anywhere near the club.

2.) 01 Aug 2019 13:18:53
We have Tav, Polster and Flanagan. There’s no way we’re interested in Hutton. Same goes for Skrtel, we have 4 CB and young Mayo as back up to them.

3.) 01 Aug 2019 13:46:52
ALAN HUTTON - c'mon tae F*** man, EVERY YEAR this comes up, and every year it is still complete bulls***. Give it up. Lovenkrands and Gattuso signing too, aye?

4.) 01 Aug 2019 16:56:54
Lovenkrands already at club as an unders coach.

5.) 01 Aug 2019 18:47:08
hope laudrup stayed fit lol.

Remember the Alfredo haters!? 😅

Where are they now?

Sell him! They said. Sell him now for £5m!

1.) 16 Nov 2019 17:11:45
Remember that he only sorted himself out because of the abuse he was getting on here!

Without the FIFA experts he’d have had 16 red cards by now!

2.) 16 Nov 2019 18:17:35
He didn't sort himself out because of abuse on this site, SG, the Rangers team and Alfie himself have sorted him out.

3.) 16 Nov 2019 18:24:14
Coldo had a few words and sorted him out.

4.) 16 Nov 2019 18:40:12
Patmo85, who are the Morelos haters? I've been on this site for a wee while and have never read any negative posts regarding hom. Maybe a few frustrating posts when he was getting red carded but never any haters as you've mentioned.

5.) 16 Nov 2019 19:20:54
He was a liability last season. To say otherwise would be silly. There probably were occasions when it seemed better to get rid as he was costing us points by not doing what he is employed to do, namely perform ON the pitch.

Huge difference this season which is welcomed. Perhaps the 'lovers' didn't mind his petty behaviour and thought it ok that he was suspended.

Major improvement this season and long may it continue.

6.) 16 Nov 2019 19:21:24
I was one who was frustrated and wanted him sold. He was always a talent. Remember even in the first old firm game he came on as a sub. Stevie didn’t trust him. He was worth around 10 last year and no one would touch him because of his record. He is now worth more and will be bought. He was letting his team mates down getting sent off. Both him and Jack have grown with less cards.

7.) 16 Nov 2019 19:36:59
Players only turn themselves around after reading the abuse on here. 👍
Same with Gerrard - he stops 'tinkering' or picks players on the recommendation of the FIFA20 Loyal.
Well so they and their Ego's would have you believe. 😜👀.

8.) 16 Nov 2019 21:59:18
Morelos this season is 10 times the player of last season, I wouldn’t even have had him in my starting 11 last year jet he’d be the first name in the team sheet.
He looks fitter, stronger and clearly really wants a big move.

Last season he’d have been lucky to play for a top 6 championship team now, I couldn’t even see him going to an average PL team, he’s destined for a top 6 PL team.

9.) 17 Nov 2019 09:09:40
Alf scored 30 goals last year - hardly a liability!

Could he have kept his cool more? Of course but he is a young lad with huge talent and potential - he is not perfect Peter!

Take away his learning curve and he’d still be in a B team in Columbia

Get behind every player that wears the shirt - believe me, no-one on here can teach our manager anything about football.

10.) 17 Nov 2019 11:35:23
Well maybe one person could dk19👍.

11.) 17 Nov 2019 12:07:55
Of course it was frustrating that he was getting reds, so was Jack first time round but didn't hear fans saying get rid at any price. His efforts got us to where we were last year. of course its arguable we could have got further if he stayed on the park but be assured we would not have got to where we did without him. and yes there were plenty of haters on here. was getting fed up having to argue his cause week in week out, but glad he has his heard sorted and taking the challenges and dirty play without reacting.

01 Sep 2019 14:00:17
Gaffer got it totally wrong today. This game was crying out for Jones and Morelos to start. We were two men down with Aribo and Defoe. Handed them our arse on a plate today. Katic and Shags only pass marks for me. Woeful.

1.) 01 Sep 2019 14:06:53
totally agree, they did to us what we did to them at ibrox in May. Think aribo was totally shocked by the occasion, we needed an attacking set up from the start and gerrard was too cautious there. We played with no width and were second best to most balls.

2.) 01 Sep 2019 14:21:21
I can see Helander taking Goldson's shirt. Fair play to them, they earned it but we never put up a fight. Tav was s**t, Davis was off. Couldn't play from the back. Hoof ball all day.

I'm on the night shift. Should've stayed in my scratcher. Good night.

28 Aug 2019 21:28:05
This really is a watershed moment for the club. The statement released pulls no punches and I think we'll all find on forums and whatnot that the majority of fans have had enough.

Behaviour of some of our fans must change. It MUST and it will. And let's be clear here, those who indulge in the draconian chants are morons, degenerates and living in the past. Can't argue with that. An embarrassment. Can't stand our club being associated with any of it in any way, goes for the OO, UDA, UVF ect. It's a nonsense.

The club and board must be applauded because now, after taking action they can in no way have the finger pointed and be told to do more to stop it. It's about as extreme action as any club can take.

1.) 28 Aug 2019 21:43:21
I agree whole heartily . I’m
Actually really pleased this has happened -‘I think it’s blessing in disguise .
The club must be applauded for the way they are dealing with this . There statements have been clear and with the campaign they launched its good timing .
It must stop . I’m still reading morons going about there religion and how that identifies them to the club - utter nonesense and total ignorance.
PLEASE end this now - With the club returning to the top we must now act as a progressive club in 21st century there is no place for it .
If We want to continue to attract players and managers and sponsors then there are so many great songs that can be witty and fun to sing. come on Bears let’s show them .
How’s cool would it be to tackle this head on and actually make the other half of the city look bad - we need to move on and finally Eradicate this for ever .
Rangers Then Rangers Now Rangers Forever .

2.) 28 Aug 2019 22:09:12
Said it before and will say it till the day i die

What has the uff. uda. uvf. etc etc

So go an take your bile somewere else.

3.) 28 Aug 2019 22:37:37
Those who claim their songs are about our religion haven’t been over the steps of a Church for years if ever!
If you’re really a Protestant . then you’re a Christian and should have nothing to do with these songs.
Support the club . if you want to sing the songs . do it away from Ibrox and any ground Rangers are playing.
Time for the silent majority to stand up for Rangers and shout down the bigots!

4.) 28 Aug 2019 22:39:26
the club can see cctv footage, identify from the seat numbers who it is who continue with this infantile rubbish. Then simply ban everyone of them for life!

5.) 28 Aug 2019 23:23:31
I have been brought up signing these songs but times have changed we now have a team now full of Catholic players and management team.
The historic songs are part of our identify let’s just replace some of the lyrics to get us up to the 21st century and avoid being censured by league or UEFA.
No need for loyalist add on verses or chants, do that (if you need to and have the right of speech to) in your own homes or bars and clubs but let’s be smarter around Ibrox with song choices.

6.) 28 Aug 2019 23:34:40
Yately and Sharpshooter will be along in a minute to say they’re still singing Build My Gallows.

7.) 29 Aug 2019 02:03:01
Stu64 has hit the nail on the head. No “fan” singing sectarian songs is a proddy because if they are they’re contradicting themselves by doing it.

8.) 29 Aug 2019 07:43:03
Wagman, when did I ever say the singing was ok? You are unbelievable and the reason this forum is no longer the same!

9.) 29 Aug 2019 08:36:38
We have the biggest Police bill in Scotland; could they not contribute a solution to this problem?

10.) 29 Aug 2019 15:50:30
At what point to UEFA / FARE take into account the club are really trying to do something with this
Surely a video of 2/3 singing banned songs couldn't lead to stadium closure? It's naive and unrealistic to think this will eradicated overnight? The other question I have is if we don't take tickets for next away game in Europe but some so called fans still gain access and still sing the songs surely the club cannot be held responsible for that scenario?

11.) 30 Aug 2019 14:43:59
i don't think its a case of changing the lyrics. in the case against linfield the euefa said the song still carries the message so only way to rid this is to stop! no place at football. we have glorious days to celebrate our religion and history.

12.) 30 Aug 2019 14:45:52
I agree with yately. in 50 years I personally have never sang these songs at games but the level of ignorance here is far more staggering.

13.) 30 Aug 2019 14:46:39
Good luck to Rangers for the rest off the season, The so called fans that want to sing these offensive Songs at games please pls stay away, You are not needed, Plenty of Rangers supporters awaiting season tickets. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇺.

23 Aug 2019 18:59:34
Well done to the knuckle draggers for getting a section of the ground closed for the home tie with Legia 👏👏👏

If this is what it's going to take to kick the fans into the 21st century then so be it.

14 Aug 2019 08:59:05
Rangers on the ascendancy, Celtic in steady decline despite massive financial advantage. They're not a happy bunch in the east end.

We should never count our chickens but I'm looking forward to the first old firm, fingers crossed our midfield schools Scott Brown again and retires the Lego muncher! 😁.

1.) 14 Aug 2019 11:07:27
Ave never been one to shout about where we will finish at the end of the season, take ever game as it comes. But this season I do think we look like the team knows how its to play and the fight seems to be there when we lose a goal. But again its 2 games in to domestic season. Games we should be winning anyway. My only problem is up front, we know morelos has that switch in him and he can do some stupid things and definitely isn't a young player any injury to him and stupidity from morelos and we are short. I don't think we should be spending big money on a striker or big wages. As I can't see up dropping morelos or defo, we need someone young who is showing potential who will learn from those 2.
Early days but looking good so far, fingers crossed for thursday.

2.) 14 Aug 2019 15:12:24
We have Stewart as 3rd striker also he mentioned today Zak rudden who can learn from them both.

3.) 14 Aug 2019 17:09:37
dapo mbude looking good as stand in.

If we really want this league title we can't let Morelos go unless it's an absolute eye watering offer.

£20m? Na, I'd keep him.

£25m+ to come to the table.

I'm not saying he's worth £25m+ but I think a league title is to us. So unless someone wants to really splash the cash they can chase themselves.

Talks of a 10 year contract with Hummel is surely nothing other than a rumour. A 10 year kit deal? Na. No chance. Neither party would want it. I certainly don't and I have absolutely nothing against Hummel.

I'd rather have Goldson as skipper than Tav. Makes less mistakes than Tav. Not slating Tav here but I'd say Goldson is more of a leader than Tav is all ????????????.

I think Kent is a big game player. He obviously loves the old firm games and has done very well in them. His attitude is bang on. And we'll always have that snap of him skelping slope heed :D.

If give Greg Stewart a start against the sheep.

History shows from time to time that returning players do the business at their former clubs and he's done not too bad at all when called upon.

The few times he's played for Colombia he hasn't performed. Missed a sitter in one. So obvs their manager is giving other lads a shout. Morelos is still young and he will get a call up again no doubt.

I also personally can't stand listening to Penny Arcade and Tina Turner before games either.

Just to get my tuppence worth in. It's about time the club modernised big time and that includes the full match day experience. There's clubs up and down the UK blasting tunes to actually get the crowd going and we're still being fed the same rubbish through the Tonnoys since the 80s.

Does anyone else agree wi me here?
