Look, if the manager appointment decision depends on the AGM then why doesn't the club just say that? Instead of all this cloak and dagger stuff which ends up in rumour heated debates and splitting opinions. I thought the in word at Rangers was transparent keeping the fans up to date on what's happening. Because the board haven't said anything the AGM is going to be heated at least. The gutter press will love that.

I think there has to be another reason regarding the delay in choosing a manager, my theory being it's more to do with the Take Over Panel decision at the Court of Session although that's only a hunch.

Hopefully some searching questions can be posed at the AGM albeit I expect the usual replies of good times ahead, talking to investors behind the scenes, blah, blah, blah but nothing concrete.

Naz - I agree, there must be another reason - personally I think the well has run dry!, we just might be having an issue paying off Caixinha, and we don't have the where with all to give any half decent manager what he would need in January. Not looking good.

3.) 27 Nov 2017 11:59:35
Where is stuart robertson these days he was all over news when he appointed pedro

Some players Rangers must surely be interested in bringing in. Moult, Walker, McLean, Souttar, Bartley (Hibs) . strength and goal threat through out there I think.

What about john fleck, not because he is an ex player but because he is a really good level headed player. I've watched him a few times tgis season and he really stands out most games.

2.) 03 Oct 2017 07:18:14
Could certainly do worse than bring John Fleck back he's a solid pro Fod.

3.) 03 Oct 2017 10:42:35
for me moult is an absolute must and if we can we need to get more options for rb as tav can't defend.

4.) 03 Oct 2017 11:19:35
Should have got calum paterson, another fine spl talent slipped through the net.

5.) 03 Oct 2017 12:00:31
I agree Peds Moult is a necessity a solid defensive rb would be great and a cb with pace who can cover at lb would be good someone like Magnusson I think you call him at Bristol .

6.) 04 Oct 2017 00:02:04
I said it at the time and I still say the same. We should have went and got cummings and mcginn from hibs. Now I understand that Rangers are neither of there fav clubs but both more than capable and will have massive sell on values! We obv missed out on cummings but what’s the thoughts on mcginn?

7.) 04 Oct 2017 14:40:56
If we're banning green boots, we won't be signing thims like McGinn lol

8.) 06 Oct 2017 17:10:11
id love mcginn to come play for us as he may be one of them but we cold use a tallented player like him buzzing around the middle of the park.

What a day inside a house all day scraping wood chip (worst job ever REALLY ) sliced into my thumb with a sharp knife took forever to stop bleeding when I finished got in the car and sat on my sun glasses fking good ones too, came out of Asda and my play bag burst and amongst the beans and bread was my cooked chicken Rollin slang the ground beans on toast tonight me thinks. As the saying goes things can only get better. Still smiling tho because I don't just support Rangers I love Rangers. c'mon us.

Nothing can put us in a downer right now mate. We are all passengers on the Gerrard submarine. A post from a member of the revolution!

Brilliant Robbie C, and you know what, if tomorrow turns out equally bad we will still feel that warm glow and be smiling tomorrow night.

Hi everyone, getting away from transfer rumours for a bit . Do you think there, s any chance of the club trying out a safe standing area. I know this could be a delicate subject but I have thought long and hard about this and I think that the enclosure area for example might be a good area, in the big games a lot of fans like to stand up and in a seated area this might not be the safest. Just like everyones thoughts.

Robbie C

1.) 06 Jun 2018 23:22:47
The enclosure was amazing for atmosphere when it was terracing! But i thought there was talk or a possiblity of having it in the front of the Copland if enough season ticket holders want it!

2.) 07 Jun 2018 05:49:31
I think with celtic now in the corner for games the logical place to have it now would be broomloan front. Saves moving UB etc

3.) 07 Jun 2018 09:44:48
Paul what corner are ce*tic now in?

4.) 07 Jun 2018 10:12:53
Same as everyone else.

5.) 07 Jun 2018 12:03:42
Where did yous hear they are just getting the corner?

6.) 07 Jun 2018 12:25:07
Sorry lads just back from abroad and your posts were the first i'd heard of it, fantastic news but what are all the fans saying to it? I have argued long and hard to get their tickets slashed and allow more Gers fans into Ibrox for the big games but kept getting shouted down.

Before the game everyone thought we are losing this, but I thought we could have and maybe should have won I also thought the players showed grit and fight and got wired in well done guys . ok it got a bit to rough at times but watching our guys standing up to it was great to see. Never a penalty unreal desision . Young Mccrorrie in Def, mid was superb he's a natural in there, Hallady held his own at full back thought he did well tonight I like the keeper and Alfredo is a hand full when he's in the mood and does a lot defenceivly too good point Rangers . Please everyone stop the doom and gloom we, LL be ok . c'mon us.

Hi everyone, we went in with hope yesterday and let's be honest we were all kind of expecting what actually happened, not nice but the reality of it emphasizes the need for change on and off the pitch, so hopefully there is positive announcements soon on this. Anyway please everyone let's get behind the young lads in the Glasgow cup tonight give them all our best wishes and support and hopefully they'll bring the cup back to Ibrox. Chin up everyone c'mon us.

Hi everyone, the more I've thought about it since news broke regarding Steven Gerrard the more I'm all for him coming in, he's a world wide very well known football legend who played at the very highest levels of the game . Won everything there was to win played world cups ect, clearly has a huge network of excellent contacts. He won't stand for any nonscence in and around the place and he will install a very hard working professional win mentality. I think this could work I really do. c'mon us.

Except the EPL🤔

2.) 27 Apr 2018 08:18:33
Well the last couple of days took most of us by surprise don’t think anyone seen this coming. I think there are positives and negatives as long as we don’t become a Liverpool reserves team! What’s more critical now is the board have to be transparent on financial support and where we are heading. could be argued this potential signing is a consequence of big money coming in?
I for one will support this and see where it goes, just like the 80’s all over again

3.) 27 Apr 2018 09:30:52
Kenny d did gerrard play under brenda when he wasnt winning the epl?

4.) 27 Apr 2018 09:38:52
I’m for it as I just can’t see any of the experienced names being banded about taking the job it’s not the job it once was so for me a young well respected young guy like Gerrard could be a master stroke yes there are risks but I’m looking at the prositives he could attract players that wouldn’t have came he has a wealth of knowledge playing under great managers and I’m sure Klopp would give him advice we need to look at where we are and accept we are not as attractive a club to manage right now as we were so I’m for it

Don't knock Bates he's good needs to improve yes and he will I'm sure of it . I would have him in every time way before Alves or Cardoso couple of duds in my opinion. Bates is strong brave decent speed and can only get better with age well on his side.

Seriously I couldn't care less if we got a reduced allocation at there ground. We will watch it in the house or down the pub with mates ect. Get them in the corner. More tickets for Rangers fans isn't it we look after our own fans. Hearts Motherwell Aberdeen and others in recent years have all reduced away fans allocation in favour of there own fans nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Get them in the corner. c'mon us.

Get them in the corner where the rest of the away teams fans go. I've had enough of them bumping there gums about anything Rangers . Making up stories spreading rumours about anything and everything, belittling us at every turn attacking us verbally and physically on the streets daft statements with there stupid banner displays (boring so boring) enough Rangers no more Get them in the corner now. And let's stand up for ourselves and take no more Tim ridicule anymore. c'mon us.
