According to Big DJ on RC, Blue Pitch Holdings are trying to sell their share holding.
Wonder who will purchase them. If a Rangers supporter buys them it is a done deal. If Ashley buys them it is same as before, but need to wait for vote.

I think they are Ashley too, I also think Charlie was Ashley's front man. Ashley knew the rules and that his own holding would be limited so he bought them through proxy's. It explains why the directors danced to his tune at every turn.I think he financed the buy out and Charlie sold the IPO at an over inflated 70p simply on Ashley's reputation in the city of London, it certainly wasn't on Charlie's that's for sure.

It was stated on Radio Clyde Live last night that The Bored would not be going ahead with the EGM, although they stated that this was a rumour.
and if, The Bored do not comply and arrange the EGM then it confirms that their intentions are selfish and not in the best interest Rangers Football Club.
I think then that the next step by King and The Three Bears would be appeal to the Stock Exchange, and perhaps the police!

As much as I believe the current Board are not acting in the best interests of the club, is King the best person to come in?
Get rid of one set of "crooks" and replace them with a guy who has been convicted after pleading guilty to 41 counts of contravening some South African Tax laws. He was originally linked with over 300 charges including fraud and money laundering. The rest of the charges were dropped as part of the deal when he pled guilty to the other 41.
I don't think many people can now be trusted. I think what is needed is someone/ some group who are squeaky clean to come in, or the doubts, accusations and questions as to why certain decisions are made will always be there.

Mr McCall is going to have a lot of hard decisions to make, especially those decisions about which players he is going to have to let go, to free up the monies he requires for fresh faces coming into Ibrox.
I would keep Templeton and let go every player over the age of 25.
I would bring back ALL the loanees.
I would send back, if possible, ALL the Newcastle players.
I would contact Chelsea; Man Utd; Man City; Liverpool; Southampton; for help, especially about their under 21's that require experience
I would contact Brentford!
I would be looking for a new captain.

Who is a better leader than mccoist in that dressing room? You don't know whY goes on in the changing rooms, granted he's not a talented centre half like tough or Hansen or cannavaro but was Derek Johnstone? He did a job and that's excactly what mcculloch has done for 4 years, filled a gap. Who else could be captain? Wallace, law, Richie foster?

I am not Stuart McCall's biggest fan, just not my type of manager, but hey we are all different, aren't we?
I like the type of manager that commands respect, a manager that kicks arses (when needed),
a manager that the players would walk through fire to play for. Catch my drift?
But I hope I am wrong; I hope that the person I am looking for IS Stuart McCall. I hope we are the making of the man, and that the man is the making of The Famous Glasgow Rangers.

I was a fan of Stuart McCall the Rangers Player;
I was a fan of Stuart McCall the Scotland Player;
I am a fan of Stuart McCall the Motherwell Manager;
However, I am uncertain of Stuart McCall the Rangers Manager.
I do not buy into this as a short-term prospect, I think this is a long-term project.
However, can Stuart McCall start The Rangers Revolution? Can Stuart McCall stop the rot and get us into the play-offs? Can Stuart McCall get us into The Premiership; Can Stuart McCall get us into Europe?
I am not anti Stuart McCall -
I was of the opinion that whomever took on the role would have had a very difficult role to carry out next year and an almost impossible task to turn round Rangers season this year.
Anyway, I wish Stuart and his team(?) all the very best of short and long term success.

Good afternoon fellow bears. I had one or two too many hauf's last night.
Do wish my mate had not told about that silly bhoy website and their Rangers button - it got to me, I must admit. Will never ever go near a dhim website, never! Apologies to all Bears.
Anyway, It was great waking up today - I have bought The Sun (rag) and The Daily Record to read again, all the good news about King & Co - head still in a spin.
However, all this talk about managers is getting to become silly - King has already stated that he does not want a manager - he wants a coach that has experience of developing and bringing on youth.
Cathro, it seems to me has the only true coaching credentials, as all others mentioned are managers, and definitely not coaches.
