Heard today that the next one on the list to come in is a lad called Ben Pringle. Was on loan at Ipswich from Fulham. My source has been asked to find him accommodation in Glasgow, he also has no interest in football so no reason to make it up. Another midfielder to the books. Think we need to find a couple of centre halves as a priority.

Ben Pringle is a left-winger and would be part of the front 3. So not really being singed to play as part of the midfield.

think he's a winger like HF showed potential short of games and confidence crazy in England players can get forgot far to quick. Harry was rated 2-3 million at the start of last season, Pringle would be a quality signing for us.

Seems like a typical signing for us. loads of potential but lost his way a bit. more concerning is the lack of activity in the centre half department. anyone else heard anything?

Just noticed on the Rangers website that they have Matt Crooks in the defenders section. I know he can play in both midfield and defence so maybe the sign of where he will be playing. Still think we will need at least one other central defender but NOT Kolo Toure in my opinion.
If Crooks is playing CB then for me that means Barton will play the holding role and leaves plenty of players fighting for the other 2 midfield roles. Exciting times ahead but still a few quality signings expected / needed.
Your thoughts guys?

Still need 1 more CH, another striker and a wide player. If Krankjar is done deal we have him and Forrester in the hole, Windass, Rossiter, Hold and Halliday in CM, Wags, Miller, Hardie +1 up top mmm all starting to take shape.

Windass is also listed as an attacker and not midfield so also questions the myth that we have too many midfeilders.

I reported last week that Don Cowie was heading to Rangers. My source has told me that the deal has fell through and he will sign for Wigan today / tomorrow, he passed his medical last nyt

Warburton will not play 4 in Midfield and there is no chance that Krancjar will be fit again this season. As for Windass, he has flattered to deceive since the hammering at their place. Hasn't kicked a ball since, either through injury or just plain bad form.
Think we need to look to somehow try and build for next season. I don't understand why Crooks was loaned to Scunthorpe? I believe it was for game time but has hardly played in any of their games since. Halliday has been poor in the holding position but I believe he has a future further forward in the midfield.
Don't start me on Rossiter. probably more chance that Krancjar will play before him!
Tough time ahead and we need to make sure we secure 2nd spot.
