heard mcparland is at the poland v NI game tonite

obviously lafferty to look at but what about cathcart?, decent defender
even some of the polish players?
anyone think of anybody else worth a shout.

TheBlueMan72

1.) 12 Jun 2016 17:26:41
I honestly feel like Lafferty is about the best we can attract in terms of quality right now, in all honesty if he performs in the group stages he will get better offers than us! Cathcart is playing at a higher level so don't see it!

2.) 12 Jun 2016 17:29:53
Wouldn't mind that lewandowski, looks alright.

Haha.

3.) 12 Jun 2016 17:58:05
Would he get a game in front of saggy?

4.) 12 Jun 2016 18:19:35
Lafferty looks like a headless chicken! Running all over the place but achieving less than nothing. Personally I hope we sign the Welsh guy that we are apparently interested in.

5.) 12 Jun 2016 18:33:00
Don't think lafferty is the answer, but he can only work with what he getting and at the moment he isn't getting the service.

6.) 12 Jun 2016 18:59:47
Don't see anything wrong with lafferty imo, he's matured tonnes and you can't judge him on tonight's performance as he had poor service.

7.) 12 Jun 2016 19:03:20
The Polish young midfielder who's 19 cracking player, would do nicely in the rangers jersey.

8.) 12 Jun 2016 19:22:13
Jonny Evans?
Too expensive?

9.) 12 Jun 2016 20:43:00
What a load of nonsense he got no service what so ever. He scored more goals than any Scottish striker in the qualifiers that's for sure.

10.) 12 Jun 2016 22:26:10
Is 19 not zeilinski who Liverpool have just bid 9.5 million for.

11.) 12 Jun 2016 19:16:43
What about wales striker rosbin-kanu, he's a free agent and mcfarland knows him from his time at reading.

12.) 12 Jun 2016 23:40:42
McP there to watch McGovern, (Accies keeper) I reckon.

13.) 13 Jun 2016 10:02:14
Kaputska was their talented young player; but Arsenal were interested in January as will other top clubs now. Think he'd be out our price range they value him at around €5m which will probably go up this Euro's, good player though!

14.) 13 Jun 2016 11:22:27
never did rate lafferty and hope there is no truth in this.
its only my opinion the guys work rate is second to none when he is off the ball he runs and runs and runs. but i'm afraid that's all he can do imo.

15.) 13 Jun 2016 22:17:22
Lafferty would Score for fun in that team matured no end get him signed.

just seen that james wilson from man utd will prob be surplus to them

would he/ we be interested?

looked a decent player as well.

TheBlueMan72

1.) 19 Jul 2016 13:08:03
I don't think he would come, but I agree a good player, great striker of the ball.

2.) 19 Jul 2016 14:36:51
Selik will go for him defo, they need cover for the wee rat griff!

3.) 19 Jul 2016 14:53:21
Would be an excellent addition if we could get him. not sure if he would come here though although never day never.

4.) 19 Jul 2016 14:48:43
championship bound.

5.) 19 Jul 2016 16:40:28
Don't believe the nonsense papers print these days. He is still contracted until 2019 so is probably going out on loan somewhere, that could be why he doesn't travel to China with the first team squad.

We couldn't afoard him at the moment anyway with that contract.

6.) 19 Jul 2016 17:39:43
I think you could be right Cee think lot of championship teams will go for him would score a lot of goals up here especially with chances we create.

7.) 19 Jul 2016 17:46:48
Too much in wages for starters
Tommy.

just wondering if there is news or rumours about new coaching additions or will the senior players play that part?

im thinking if hill, barton, gilks, and miller are used in that capacity it would be more benificial as an integrated team coach than someone standing on the touchline/ training park?

just a thought.

just wondering if the club can alter the crest slightly and use a plain blue strip for the cup final?
if the club does not wish to use the new/ next seasons strips?

would this be against any cup or SFA rules?

TheBlueMan72

1.) 19 May 2016 14:26:08
You misunderstood the problem. Rangers CAN USE the crest. It's Sports Direct who can't. !

2.) 19 May 2016 14:34:54
The guys in the know will know how to proceed with this dispute. Leave it to them.

Im sure we reserve the rights to the badge and all that anyways so i don't see how we would have to change it. There was only a holding over it when we had a loan and that's been paid back.

3.) 19 May 2016 15:16:44
Theblueman the team will be wearing the same strip, the one we have worn all season.

4.) 19 May 2016 15:26:38
did think it was us but it was the rules regarding the deal in place with handing in the notice period.
do we have to wear that specific strip as its part of that deal?

and didn't mean change it just adapt it slightly by maybe adding the ready scrill underneath? (just a thought)

5.) 19 May 2016 14:57:57
Doesn't mean the mere mortals can't discuss it, Super.

6.) 20 May 2016 10:37:39
If it is correct that rangers must buy the strip quota from Sports Direct if the fans don't purchase them then I have two questions. The first is 'Is this an unfair business practice that could cause that part of the deal to be rescinded'

Second question is, 'Is there a 'minimum price' that the Club has to pay to ensure a designated level of profit on the sale of the strips'. If so could Rangers still benefit in purchasing the strips from Ashley at this perhaps 'lower price' and then resell them to make the lion's share of the profit.

to think that Keirnan has davie weir to look to for advice and training and he's still making shocking errors.

dont know if this is the wake up call we need or we should have had at the end of last season?
just shows how far away we really are.

and barrymiddleton i was thinking the same about o'halloran. the guy is either not doing it in training (which i doubt) or warburton/ weir don't rate him as a player?

think a rejig of players and try a new system might be good

the boy on loan from raith might have to get a game now senderos and keirnan are out.

TheBlueMan72

{Ed039's Note - MOH simple passing is poor and I think this is why he doesn't get a game)

all the fans going on about getting 20+ mill for getting there but they don't relise its not going into the fans pockets. shelling out 100 odd quid to see your team getting a pumping is demoralising to say the least.

yes its great to have a champs league night but no way would i want that!

would love to see the bears play like barca. lol
but we should get right behind our lads and put the positive back into ourselves for the rest of the season and forget about the darkside!
