Just a rumour I hope but worth mentioning, picked of shares board today.
Rumours abound that Charles Green has options or another 2Million shares, and that the former Communications Directors also has, as yet unclaimed, share options. All at 1p?
Any truth or yet another hopefully myth.
1.) Ally I seen that myself and posted it on here earlier in the week tues or wed

Ally i read yesterday that james tranor was offered 3 hundred thousand shares but they were not penny shares though it never said how much he paid or if in fact he took up the offer but there was no mention or denial about charlieboy or his 2 million penny shares but we know he still has them charlieboy and his big yorkshire hand must be sore as he has had them up the puppets rear end for a few years now

So Mr King thinks its about time go back to OLDCO and this entity we have had the last 3 years is just a blip? Good call I say. gets rid of Ashley etc contracts. fold present company move over transfer of the membership into Scottish football and leave him with the debt/loan he handed out,, simple. Although our shares be worthless I'm sure most fans would back this move? would give us control once again and leave the pack of rogues with their own purpose built money making entity with o football team etc etc.
One problem with all this,,, we are now open to ridicule from the rest now,,,,,,,,,, with the history stuff etc going to be going the rounds. but who cares.

I say its a good call. i'm really tired having to defend the constant 'your a new club' dross from dhims I know, when its clearly been through the courts and proven Rangers are and always have been the same team.
But ahhh. these are establishment organisations they say, that have judged this outcome. On and on and on we go. Persecution complexes at the ready!
The club itself is an asset of the business (e.g. holding company) Sevco bought this asset (goodwill) and then became The Rangers International Football Club (name of holding company only not club). Its not that hard is it but all those legal whizz kids from the East End just know better eh! Yawwn!
Why is it again that Celtic count wartime league titles again in their overall tally and Rangers don't? The mind boggles!

It seems like a lot of money to pay out 50+ million excluding the btc tribunal outcome, just to stop fans of other clubs taking the piss out you but hey ho I'm sure Dave king won't be using any of his own money.

Altus blue, nail on the head mate, it's just there are some people slower than other they have unfortunately not worked out exactly what the difference between a club, and a company are, maybe they should try paying there car insurance at a club, instead of an insurance company.

Billy, you can butter it up anyway you want, but at the end of the day it's a new club, goodwill generally means the customers ie the supporters. Being in the building trade for way to many years, I have seen this happen many a time, company closes on Friday & reopens Monday, similar name, same workforce, property but with no debt.
I think Dave king played a blinder today, speak a load of nonsense, and has an excuse for not investing his £30m with the current litigation going on.

Donald Findlay QC states its not the same Rangers he once supported.
I for one think the same, to much dirty deeds being done in the name of our great club to be the same one.
Just a rumour, but how many more are now thinking DF was not a stupid as he was sounding weeks back.
Is it possible to kick this lot out and come back is the question?

So we have now settled out of court with someone who our board etc. kept informing us was entitled to nothing? Why if we were in the right?
This whole thing stinks of more money for the Green brigade (sorry for pun) who next coming for more money, Charles, Whyte the rest of directors who moved on (been that many I forget their names). it appears we are just a big Blue cash machine, which we the fans keep filling up and they keep emptying.
Bloody shambles i'm now backing boycott enough is enough.

That my point. all who have been involved in tarnishing our team should be brought to justice and i mean everyone of those charlatans.
Fd why is it totally different. a rip off artist is the same no matter what hat they are wearing etc etc. our previous directors are as guilty as Whyte and Green and should be in the dock getting their just rewards. let's be honest we have been ripped off by our boards for many years and for some reason some of them are still bloody there? are we blind? or just plain stupid.

Did we take sponsorship money from Puma? if so let's rip up contract and get another, although a lot of other companies would look on us as a bad bet to sponsor and keep well clear. Who the hell is mucking all this up? surely our legal team had thought through all the possibility for selling merchandise? before going to court this is a complete farce and heads should roll, more money down the bloody drain in legal costs who is paying? i hope not the fans group money? transparency please board on this matter.

We can't afford to pay him off. we are stuck with this until end of season unfortunately. This was always going to happen he is a mediocre manager with next to no football nuance on how to change his tactics to win a game. let's be honest our last 2 wins were bloody lucky and we have been sitting watching this "pish" with tinted blue glasses hoping we were wrong with what we were seeing? time to rip the plan up and start again. the way we should have from 2012 not looking for quick bloody fixes. long term and sustainable. the future is youths with a sprinkle of old head.
