Going by World Cup i think Rangers should have scouts in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. Real hidden gems out there . Rather than pay over inflated prices down South.

We make use of scouting agencies all over the place, just like every other big club. These 'hidden gems' are far more rare than you would think, and every top club in the world is looking for them.

Every time I've seen a player I've never heard of I think god this could be a find for us. Google him and he's playing for a top team . As the man says unfortunately these gems are rare as the rest have been snapped up already. If scottish youth put in the time and effort of the foreign youngsters then we would have that talent at home. Some of these boys practice 12 to 15 hrs a day because they have nothing else to day that's the difference .

Was it not a gamble for Celtic to pay Chelsea 6 million for a guy who was a total haddi at Chelsea? Rest my case .
