I wouldn't want to pay £2m for Lafferty but anything under £1m has to be seen as value.
Pena was a ridiculous signing, Caixinha had no clue about what the team would need to succeed and pushed for him so the board backed him.
I think Mark Allen will be working his magic now he's settled in fully, we aren't finished in this window I wouldn't think.

The board appointed a football legend in Gerrard who seems to be making great strides already as a manager- after a few years of turmoil we finally look good as a team, what more do some people want?
