Jorge the hammer's post is typical of how we hope things turn out.
There is no doubt that certain things that have happened have caused us massive damage, financially, but there is mileage in pointing fingers at who and why.

What we must realise is DK and co have a massive job to turn things round. I do not agree with the way they are doing it, but they are the ones that put their money where their mouths are and I pray they succeed.

My biggest worry is that we are damaged, below the waterline, by the dirty persons that are still masquerading as businessmen, and starting with dm every single one of them should be held to account for their actions.

10 Dec 2016 23:16:05
One question. When David Murray brought all the class players to rangers (I know there was some crap too) did u enjoy it or did u complain about the financial situation?

11 Dec 2016 07:22:12
billy b what is it about the way the board are turning things around that you don't agree with? as far as i can see they have done a huge turnaround in a very very short time? and still have a huge job to do . dave king is by no means a foolish man, he will succeed and is succeeding. as anyone can see this . oh he hasn't spent all his money to bring instant success c'mon that will never happen and rightly so . funds will come when the leeches are rid of make no mistake . mr king won't give anything of his to fund these parasites why would he?

11 Dec 2016 08:04:40
Albertz, of course I loved watching these and took in alldm's crap about him digging into HIS money to fund them, then we found out later how these deals were really funded. Let's not forget the sale to whyte, as well.
Brian, I have posted, many times, where I don't agree, but why repeat it, as Mr King, a prosperous business man, has chosen our course. All I will say is he almost liquidated our club with the season ticket boycott and we still have no merchandising income. Another thing to remember, soft loans are still debt.

12 Dec 2016 10:56:39
Shadrak: Nothing perfectly good about the chopped off goal.

10 Dec 2016 21:15:33
We could always criticise bits and pieces about this performance, but it was an excellent result, a shut out and a few really decent performances.
We are not potential European champions, however this is another brick in the wall back to the top.
MW, keep up the good work, over the next few weeks, and maybe, just maybe we can hump the manky mob on new year's eve and look forward to a very prosperous new year.

10 Dec 2016 22:50:48
Your dreaming billyb, prosperous is a word that has no attachment to Rangers this year or next. And i'm afraid only one team will be serving up a humping. In reality you know this to be true, but since its Xmas i suppose you can write Santa a wee letter and ask him for your dreams to come true, or maybe, just maybe a new roof for the Decomposing Stands at your Stadium.

11 Dec 2016 07:50:54
Where would be without dreams, Bham, but there are dreams and " dreams ". I heard about some clown expecting Dembele to fetch £40m., now that is a whopper.

11 Dec 2016 08:12:17
Even if it's 1million it's still profit, don't you worry about our financials just put your head back in the sad and believe everything is Rosie at Ibox.

11 Dec 2016 09:56:11
So sad all these celtic fans obsessing over our wee club. Its all about the Rangers eh?

11 Dec 2016 11:37:49
Weve dealt with that kind of talk rfcChris, but you obviously don't read your own clubs pages. Its boring, just like watching your managers press confrences. Repeat, repeat repeat. Its quite apparent that when you have no decent input to add, "wearapeepul" or " soaboottharangurz" gets posted.

11 Dec 2016 14:01:55
Lol you have just comfirmed what I said you say its boring but then why have you created an account to then post on a Rangers fans forum?

I don't read any news about celtic, and I wouldn't waste my time on a celtic forum. You have admitted to both so you are obsessed with Rangers! Maybe you are supporting the wrong club?

11 Dec 2016 21:43:44
I can assure u rfc, my account was for the whole of the football rumours site, as was yours. I completely understand why you wouldn't want to read about Celtic, all our joy must be sickening. As iv said before, most of the lads on here like a bit of banter, they're good lads, its the dumbed down halfwits like you that's boring, you obviously don't have the guile to come up with anything either funny or original, so you resort to neanderthal war cries. Its you who supports the wrong club, or should that be latest club. Why post on any other clubs site apart from my own, when all the comedy i need is right here, and for that, i thank you.

12 Dec 2016 07:54:33
Bhampot worry about your own club, just because the government gave you lot 1 million pound to clean up the outside of your stadium for the commonwealth games doesn't mean your is perfect. Your club are going to have quite a few court cases soon.

10 Dec 2016 19:05:50
First home game I've missed (WORK) great we won but 1 win against Hearts and 1 against Aberdeen does not make us even close to the finished article. Apart from 4 crazy defensive mistakes I thought we were the better team at Tynecastle. Onwards and Upwards guys and my bets for us to finish second are looking better and better :) .

12 Dec 2016 08:27:56
Bluepete, It was possibly the worst performance ever from a Gers side and they dominated us!

10 Dec 2016 19:00:53
I was one of mckays biggest critics since the semi vs them. But today he proved me wrong and think he was easily man of the match. Hopefully he keeps it up few games on the bench helped.

10 Dec 2016 22:07:57
Mackay was brilliant today. I always stuck by him but he did need dropped to bench for a few games. Hopefully he will kick on now.

10 Dec 2016 23:26:50
barrie mckay was my motm today easily! that's saying something because as a team, everyone to a man played well against hearts today! I like you jaws, have always stuck by barrie mckay and have said as much on here many times! Form is temporary, class and ability are permanent and mckay has everything he needs in his armour, to go on to play at the very top in football.

His passing range especially in the 2nd half today was unbelievable! Too many on here right players, team in general and the manager off far too prematurely! Because mckay was on a bad run of form didn't make him a bad player, they're not robots! As well as his passing today, young mckay was going past their defenders at will and with complete ease! Very direct indeed!

10 Dec 2016 17:12:00
You only find out what your team is like when you hit rock bottom and let's face it at the start of December that is exactly where we were. Having said this what the management and players have achieved has been great since the Tynecastle debacle. Desire, movement and confidence will get you a long way in this game and this was proved today with the likes of Keirnan, Wilson, McKay and Garner who were excellent for us. Miller was superb even though the lob could have been described as a sitter. Work in progress for sure but the main thing for me today was the desire and willingness to go that extra yard.

10 Dec 2016 17:40:28
Lets win the rest of our December games before we get carried away. going that extra yard is easy when we've got 50k behind us but its games like nxt Fri at hamilton with a rotten atmosphere when we need to show we can also play high tempo.

10 Dec 2016 18:07:01
Mackay showed why he is miles ahead of forester dodoo etc. He actually knows how to keep the ball! We played well but I thought taverner was still poor.

10 Dec 2016 20:58:45
Well done today team know we've had a few false dawns but hopefully this is a wee corner turned.

10 Dec 2016 16:57:02
Absolutely night and day from the game at tynecastle to today's game at Ibrox!

Garner played another excellent game and showed he wants to be on that pitch.

Very happy with the team performance, Warburton has definitely switched on a bit for these last two games and long may it continue.

10 Dec 2016 17:25:56
I'd like to call out those fans that had Garner written off as a dud after a fortnight! First name down for me right now!

10 Dec 2016 18:23:22
After the day i honestly feel like tav is a player we don't need. he's been pushed out of the defensive role by a genuine defender and today at times he again showed a lack of awareness and defensive naivety. I really liked him last season but do feel like this may be a bridge too far. i'd go with forrester in that middle 4 everyday.

10 Dec 2016 19:10:52
Totally agree bryan if we could get money for him I would consider it, we must make funds where we can and strengthen our midfield as it isn't good enough at present forget CB's its CM we need to address! Good result today must carry that form away from home! Another point i'd like to make is my disappointment in crooks, I thought he was going to be a player for us but for one reason or another he has been able to claim a place as yet maybe i'm being harsh as he hasn't played much but warbs signed him and watches him train, I juat thought he would have come into team by now and taken a berth in what is a very average midfield.

10 Dec 2016 19:27:16
Well said mate. I think there may be a few of the current squad offloaded come January, free up some of the wages and hopefully make a profit where a few. individuals are. concerned. for me if the opportunity arose I'd accept offers for tav, waggy, windass crooks and rossiter. All in my own personal opinion surplus to requirements as far as our current situation stands. I would like to see another seasoned holding midfielder ( no barton ) a poacher, and a strong cb.

11 Dec 2016 12:06:58
Nobody will be sold, just don't see Warburton letting anyone going in Jan, maybe Waghorn, but doubt even that.

11 Dec 2016 12:10:00
Sure we aren't the finished article, but it may not be too difficult to get 2nd place after all.

10 Dec 2016 15:15:28
When I say Danny Wilson has class. That's what I mean. I promise you he's a future Scotland captain.

10 Dec 2016 16:08:44
Not even a future Rangers captain.

10 Dec 2016 16:54:32
First good performance of the season and he's class? Lol.

He played very well and did what he needs to be doing as a Rangers centre back.

10 Dec 2016 17:00:35
I agree. was a colossus today, as was the whole team. Much much much better. Thought Garner was immense also, never gives anyone a moment and is a real worker. Loved the comment, "do you think they lock him n a padded cell JJ, Monday to Friday, remove the bolt at ten to three on a Saturday and tell him to destroy anything in front of him! "

10 Dec 2016 17:50:46
Wilson's had a few very good games this season and is often overlooked here or lumped together with Kiernan's displays and covers a lot for Wallace. I agree that he has a bit of class about him and I'd have given him man of the match.

10 Dec 2016 18:07:33
He is class. Theirs not another centre back in Scotland as good as him on the ball.

10 Dec 2016 18:25:31
Danny Wilson has the 'potential' to be a legend at Ibrox. He needs guidance, a manager who. believes in him, and responsibility. Id. give him the armband.

10 Dec 2016 20:09:59
Agree he a classy cb when on his game but hasn't the best players alongside him! Biggest criticism is he lacks abit of mobility for me could do with being abit leaner to start with! he's good enough to stay in our side with a view to challenging celtic in the future.

10 Dec 2016 23:37:49
you obviously haven't been watching this game, on many occasions Danny Wilson has picked out the diagonal today and the defence was solid. You just don't like Danny Wilson.

10 Dec 2016 23:03:25
A team of heroes today. Definitely the performance of the season. Maybe this will show the McKay doubters that he has what it takes in the top flight. I thought he was absolutely sublime today and what a fantastic finish for the goal. If we play with the same attitude and desire for the rest of the campaign we'll easily achieve that second spot.

11 Dec 2016 15:22:49
Best CB in Scotland Cee!? That is without a shadow of a doubt the funniest thing I have heard this year lolll.

Predictions for today's game?

10 Dec 2016 10:23:42
@leo_p - like last weekend its another hard fought victory for me, 2 - 0 Rangers.

10 Dec 2016 12:15:18
I was thinking of a wee punt on Rangers -1 at 12/ 5 myself but any win will be fine.

10 Dec 2016 12:26:45
Some day soon a team will get a hiding from us. Garner and Waghorn can score goals as can Kenny. So depending on the team, I will go for 3-0 Rangers today!

10 Dec 2016 23:29:50
If we can emulate the attitude and determination from last week there will only be one winner. Stadium is sold out again. If the guys can't produce a performance under those circumstances then they are not fit to wear the jersey.
