Cummings could turn out to be a great signing, its always going to take a while to settle in to a new team. If he gets a full pre season with us and a good partner up front, then there's no doubt he will score goals.

PS : Buried my aunt last week, God rest her soul and my dad pointed out a Rangers player at the Purvey, Jim Deeny. He was a distant friend I think to my uncle but absolute class to see him, wife and son make the effort. Times like that when you realize how big the Rangers family actually are and how they conduct themselves. don't forget it guys and gals - never drop your standards.

Even if we offer crazy money for him he is groomed for the dhims, or heading south, no way that guy would even consider playing for us, forget him, Hibs will be too hard to deal with anyhow, we are talking 3-5 million f*** that, not worth the cash everyone is saying, definitely better footballers out there for that money, anyhow we have the best young player coming through in McCrorie, we should be throwing money at him to stay for the duration, Gerrard will see that and he will be hot property in a few years.

theres better players out there than maginn, at this stage i would have charlie adams, james mcarthur, strong phsycal guys with experiance in epl, adams for me can sit in front of defence dictate a great pass, mcarthur with ryan would be very phsyical we wouldn't get bullied that's for sure. a bit of steel needed to tough it out

If true and we decide to cash in on Windass then there is a young hungry and by reports quality player ready to step up in Glenn Middleton. Boy has been superb for our youths based on reports. Would love to see him moved up and given a chance to shine in pre season. Could be a potential gem right under our noses.

We have a couple of promising youth players worthy of a shot at the first team. I'm all for one or two established players who might be on Gerrard's radar but players like McGinn of Hibs, Soutar of Hearts and even Gauld at Sporting Lisbon could establish the longer term goal we need to look at and they all understand what Rangers are about. I'm not keen on 30 plus years players wanting to see out the end of their careers at Ibrox.

If McCoist had done it right that might be the case. All we needed was some experienced players and young boys in division 3 and he went out buying. a lot of players were not needed throughout the process . Perfect opportunity missed.

Plus every other manager has something to say about us, reference money, conduct or anything else that takes their fancy.
I think the new regime and the level of professional incoming personnel, will install trust behind close doors again.
We can get back to being the club with a code of morals and discipline again.
Not like our city neighbours, or those that think they matter, who continue to be offended by everything, yet embarrassed by nothing.
Can’t wait for the season too end, or the new one too begin.

Absolutely agree. I’d like to see the Rangers standards return. Dignity and integrity. Players off social media and shouting about what we’re going to do in the press. Deliver on the pitch and act respectfully off it. Would like to see Jim Traynor and his firm out of the club too. Hopefully a new era beginning.

I can see McGinn as a Scott Brown replacement. However Brown won't be retiring for a while yet. MCcGinn will want guaranteed first team football and I don't see him getting it a Celtic just now. England is prob a more likely destination I think. Tho if we got 3m for Windass we could prob get McGinn for a net 2m, which would be a great deal.

Morelos for me should be played out wide. When he runs at defenders he causes havoc like when he left broon on his arse and puts a wicked ball across the face of the goal. No a bad player just played in the wrong position. Just my opinion of course feel free to disagree.

Well said. Morelos is not a team player only plays for himself. He would not pass to Cummings if his life depended on it as he wouldn't want him to score for fear of his job. Sooo many missed easy chances at critical times. Should have taken 8M in January.
