Please can someone tell Halliday the meaning of the word "carnage". Very unfortunate.

12 Dec 2018 22:46:00
What do you mean Bankie? What had happened?

13 Dec 2018 08:02:32
Bankie what's your post about mate can't find anything that relates šŸ‘šŸ‘.

13 Dec 2018 08:25:02
He was asked about the 10,000 fans going to Vienna. He replied it would be carnage! He could have used a better word.

13 Dec 2018 11:49:17
still confused if I am honest.

13 Dec 2018 13:26:50
Cheers bud thanks for clarification šŸ‘šŸ‘.

12 Dec 2018 15:46:45
Whats the chances of taking Davis back here on loan till the end of the season. Maybe that's what we need. His age is a problem but this season he would step right in. Then next season look for a long term solution.

12 Dec 2018 18:07:36
He is one year older than Bhroon who has never had top flight experience so he must be a very fit 34 year old.

12 Dec 2018 14:59:00
Reading the Lee Griffiths is taking time away from football to deal with ā€œongoing issuesā€.
I know heā€™s been a prat sometimes and a thorn in our side but still donā€™t want to see the lad in trouble or harm.
Iā€™m sure I echo a lot of football fans when I say health comes first and I hope he receive whatever help he needs.

12 Dec 2018 15:17:38
Agreed shenderson. Canā€™t stand the site of him but I wish him no harm. If he is suffering from mental health issues etc then I wish him all the best in his road to recovery.

12 Dec 2018 15:38:11
gambling issues.

12 Dec 2018 15:44:49
Yip totally agree. Its that thing of when they put on there strip we hate them but in all honestly if i met him in a pub i would happily stand and chat. don't wish harm on anyone. Hope he gets the help he needs for whatever it is.

12 Dec 2018 16:31:49
87shenderson
Please explain sometimes.

12 Dec 2018 17:10:47
Hmm I'm not so sure . Gazza? It's ok for one but not another?

12 Dec 2018 17:30:36
I've never been one to sconse at anyone who has mental health issues or whatever personal problems! No time for leigh griffiths, when he's playing in a celtic jersey against us, but i absolutely wish the guy no harm! I hope he can beat his demons, i truly do and wish him all the best in his rehabilitation! that's when football comes 2nd in these situations!

12 Dec 2018 17:49:43
My mistake 72. He is a prat end of! I still hope he gets through whatever it is he is dealing with.

12 Dec 2018 18:08:50
I'm sure all of the rangers family will hope that Lee G get threw all of his personal issues and comes out the other side in good health physically and mentally.

12 Dec 2018 18:27:12
Gambling issues not mental health. Guy at my work is a celtic shareholder and says this has came to a head as he's been begging money off team mates (thousands at a time) in the dressing rooms. Can't stand him he's an absolute bell end and if he's taking months out then his career at celtic will be as good as done. still hope he soldiers through tho, another case of a footballer with too much time and too much money turning to gambling. far too much money in football nowadays.

12 Dec 2018 19:07:39
Gambling addiction is a serious problem and can seriously affect your mental health. Canā€™t stand the lad in all fairness but Iā€™d gladly support him and take him to a ga meeting.

12 Dec 2018 19:38:24
Spot on Henderson heā€™s a prat full stop. Iā€™ve as much sympathy as Scottish football had for gazza.

12 Dec 2018 19:53:46
sorry guys i canā€™t agree

gambling addiction is a mental health issue. sorry I know folk who are the former and iā€™ve worked with folk who suffer from the latter and for me they certainly are not 1 and the same

just my personal opinion

i also wld not stand with griffiths in a pub under any circumstances as the depth of hatred he and his fellow players and fans have for us is sickening

of course it was a completely diff story when barton was villified by the press front and back pages and he was chased out of scotland with majority of folk wanting the lad crucified for having a gambling problem until he got a long ban

yet griffiths get sympathy and support from all quarters

some folk have a short memory.

12 Dec 2018 20:15:54
Think things have maybe come to an end for the the thumb after his latest ridiculous comments about the Gers. Donā€™t wish him any health issues but the guy is a real bell end and hopefully will get help as he definitely needs itšŸ‡¬šŸ‡§.

12 Dec 2018 20:48:31
When another human being is in need of help then there is no time to debate whether he deserves it or not, it is in times like these that the colour of his team or the foolishness that he has commited must be put to one side and help must be given. I really hope this help is given and he makes a full recovery from whatever it is and that he is given the time and space with his family to do so.
I know that I am not alone in wishing him well and know that every football supporter regardless of their team wish him a quick and full recovery.

12 Dec 2018 22:15:52
Trev no 7. Have you ever suffered from either?

12 Dec 2018 22:18:30
I don't think everyone here is being completely honest, I hate him passionately, I literally couldn't care less about him. I will add that I don't think that about every celtic player, in fact there are very few celtic players that have really got up my nose but I have no time for him what so ever, mental health and gambling addiction didn't make home say or do the things he does, just being brutally honest.

12 Dec 2018 22:50:09
Wiping his nose on our flag . flying tri colour at ibrox tying scarfs to goals . goading fans for a fight? Well Iā€™m scared to comment.

12 Dec 2018 23:33:39
Nice too see so many messages of support on here. Huge credit to Stevie G as well for his comments. We all know weā€™ll be shouting all sorts of abuse at each other on 29th but at the end of the day, itā€™s only a game. Rivals not enemies.

13 Dec 2018 01:13:39
Everyone feeling sorry for Grffiths did you ever see him play snooker?

13 Dec 2018 07:23:30
no i haven't james thankfully but iā€™ve worked with folk on a professional level who have so am entitled to my opinion

they are not the same, trust me

ask yourself this, what was the depth of sympathy and support for ian black and joey barton when their gambling problems came out

were media, authorities and other fans falling over themselves with empathy and understanding for their ā€˜mental healthā€™ issues?

13 Dec 2018 08:33:33
Gambling leads to mental health issues. My son lost over Ā£50,000 gambling online playing poker and now has nothing and suffers from psychosis and paranoia and is quite unwell. He is now 50 years old and the future doesn't look good for him so I hope that Griffiths does sort himself out and he is still young enough to bounce back. At the end of the day, football is only a game and my son is a Dundee United supporter! On a cheerier note, come on the lads tonight. Let's get a win and set ourselves up for the rest of the month.

13 Dec 2018 08:53:11
you see this is the differnce between us and them.

we wish one of them all the best in dealing with his issues, where they take shots and villinize our ex players with issues

i don't like the kid and yes he is a complete tool but hope he sorts it out as he has young family etc and they didn't ask for their father to have issues.

13 Dec 2018 11:04:26
Trev no7. Well lucky you mate. Also I have never said they are the same but being someone who is a compulsive gambler (nearly 4 years gambling free) I know that it does seriously affect not only your mental health but all aspects of your personal well being.

13 Dec 2018 11:48:23
Irrespective what's allegedly wrong with Griffiths at moment sheer conjecture. Could be piles for all we know. I don't like him like all of us. He's a little ****. Rodgers doesn't help issue masking issue calling problem 'ongoing issues'. But if gambling as mentioned it's self inflicted. Would have been better if Rodgers itemised problem and help being given. Might help others.

13 Dec 2018 17:32:47
He has the full house of drink and drug issues along with a gambling addiction. This has caused him some financial issues as well. Still a bagšŸ‘.

13 Dec 2018 18:02:28
Not gambling issue. I wish him good health.

13 Dec 2018 18:06:39
I have absolutely no sympathy for a man who can stand inside ibrox and wipe his nose on our crested corner flags.

13 Dec 2018 18:11:16
Have we gone soft in the head, LG dislikes Rangers and Rangers fans with a passion. Now we are all feeling sorry for the wee poor lad Sorry but I could not give a Monkeys about LG.

12 Dec 2018 13:57:00
Spot on Windy. Davis and Docherty would bring the 2 most important traits to the midfield, fight and consistency. Onwards and Upwards.

12 Dec 2018 10:03:53
Bring Docherty and Hardie back from loan and even wee Holt could do a job for us as a squad player. Even Zak Rudden has scored 6 goals for Falkirk and I agree with an earlier post about Pena. Maybe SG can get him sorted and fit and stick him in midfield? Don't see the point in Davis coming back, retrograde step.

12 Dec 2018 10:29:50
Don't see the point in Davis coming back, but u want holt and pena, hardie and zak rudden? Oh deary me šŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆ.

12 Dec 2018 10:40:47
What did Holt ever do wrong? I know he isn't an automatic 1st choice but was a good squad player and never let us down. Hardie has never been given a chance. I was being rather tongue in cheek about Pena and Rudden, deary me.

12 Dec 2018 10:42:38
Iā€™m surprised Doiger hearing you say that about Davis, I thought you were a fan?
I understand the age ( 34 ) making you think? But the guy is a talent and could still play in the EPL without doubt, yet he could decide to come to Rangers ( if asked ) he must be a player who would make the midfield better? Players are playing longer now everywhere ( all countries) I mean, 34 is not old if a player looks after himself . I remember reading about the great Dave McKay leaving Spurs and going to Derby Country and people then thought it was crazy of Derby, what happened? they won the league. Anyway letā€™s see what happens.

12 Dec 2018 10:46:35
I am a Davis fan Ulsterman. I guess I'm just a bit concerned about his age and stop-gap measures, which includes the amount of loanees we have in the squad. I wouldn't mind if Davis does sign say a 2-year deal but also get some younger, permanent blood in the team. It's a shame Dorrans and Murphy are injured as I think they'd add a lot to the team.

12 Dec 2018 10:48:20
Pena successfully unites single fish and tom kite.

12 Dec 2018 10:58:33
U just named half the team from last year and we all know how that went. Deary me šŸ™ˆ. Anyway letā€™s just concentrate on tomorrow night. Been a really bad week for us so hereā€™s hoping. 10,000 bears going to Vienna.

12 Dec 2018 11:59:05
Ibrahimovic, now thereā€™s a guy nearing 37, would Rangers Knock him back? I doubt it, not possible I know, Iā€™m only bringing him up because of this age thing. Iā€™m obviously bias being a loyalist from NI but wee Davis is a dynamo. Doiger you talk sense wanting a young dynamic player in the style of Davis, but where is he? Remember Rangers are not skint but canā€™t afford those type of players in your category.

12 Dec 2018 15:19:05
doiger put the evo stick down pal, what aload of garbage.

12 Dec 2018 18:32:18
You need to stop your fascination with hardie mate, will never ever be good enough. The fact 4 managers now have had him nowhere near our squad with some of the crap we've had the last few years. Holty is a tryer but again nowhere near the standard required. Not sure if Davis is the way to go either due to age but he's a HUGE HUGE upgrade on anyone you just mentioned.

13 Dec 2018 12:52:47
Hardie and Holt nowhere near good enough. Would like to see doc back but only if her is going to play.
