ive looked in on this wee page for a few weeks and i can honestly say things are getting better. the great hubris gave way to foolish pride and in turn that gave way to anger, as it does. now there is , almost but not quite, resignation to the truth. there are some reasonable contributions on here. many in fact are intelligent. well done. it is now time to face the truth head on. you will gain respect if you do. presently there is very little.
what is the truth ?
rangers fc have been using other peoples money to fund their activities. it has now reached the point where they cannot repay this money. everything the club claimed to stand for has been degraded. still though, rangers fc or the newco zombie rangers are trying to avoid paying what they owe, not least to her majesty's exchequer.
you will be ridiculed for the next 140 years for this, do you not realise this ? you are not the worlds most successful football club. nobody in the entire world agrees with this. real madrid have that honour. followed by ac milan liverpool fc. ajax fc. barcelona fc bayern munich fc. manchester utd. inter milan, benfica, nottingham forest and others including celtic fc. which means you're only the the most successful club in the south side of glasgow but not the city as a whole. nobody anywhere disagrees with this guys( escept maybe linfield) check this out:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PFs-H99-J4

your great rivals were invited to play in the the testimonial of the world 's truly most successful club's greatest player. long way from john grieg.
the truth. the best place to be.

Believable14 Unbelievable14

Ridiculed for the next 140 years? really..another spot -on prediction from the people that brought you"Liquidation is nigh" for the last 3 months....you won't see it, although judging by your post, you've got at least another 70 or 80 yars to live....enjoy your schooldays, and don't fret about grown-up things.

Ok Ive been out had a great meal and a few beers. Are the rumours about keeping our history true? If so I would shift the SPL share and keep everything except the debt. Job done. Its a dirty truth but I really dont care wat dhimmy says anymore. Its been a year of constant abuse and its going to end soon one way or the other. I just want to watch footy again. CheltBlue

Believable6 Unbelievable6

Ah,lovely sentiment there.remember to tell the army that at your next flag waving farce.and here's hoping you never need emergency services and i guess you will home school your kids. disgraceful

Agree9 Disagree7

Dinnae worry cheltblue you'll be watchin footy again...... in places like Elgin , Peterhead , Montrose and was goin to say Alloa but they'll be in the division above you.......Stevie

Agree6 Disagree8

You know, i agree with 1. this idea that rangers fc have some sort of connection with our defence services is ridiculous. there are supporters of every club in the services and there always has been. it was just a typical means of extracting money from the gullible. rangers are just a not very well run, insolvent ,non-tax paying business. they have no claim to any patriotic monopoly.
pretenders nothing but.

Agree8 Disagree3

13 Apr 2012 22:24:22
Who thinks Rangers should be punished by the SPL right now for fielding players the club cannot afford --25% wages!
This current squad is surely illegal and are skewing the league by taking points off teams who cannot have higher value players on 25% wages!

Believable10 Unbelievable7

The wages are deferred? CheltBlue

All three bidders are in the press saying SPL rule changes don't affect their bids. So why has D&P put off selecting one of them quoting rule changes? More mixed messaging.

Easter has come and gone, it's mid April where's the BTC result? More importantly, all 3 bids are conditional on the BTC.

The SPL issue is a red herring. D&P are stalling for the BTC to use as liquidation excuse for two reasons; D&P don't want to liquidate and none of the 3 bidders want to liquidate but everyone knows it has to happen.

TBK on liquidation lose Ticketus as partners.

The assets get sold off to pay HMRC and Ticketus and 274 other victims.

Do you think this will ever end?
I am sick, fed up of the whole thing.
I am at the stage where I feel like saying, just let me know when it's finished.
I am fed up with liars
I am fed up with charlatans
I am fed up with the constant speculation
I am fed up with so called experts talking a load of bull
I am fed up with those clubs that get 3000 fans having a kick
I am fed up with Scottish football, it's crap nine weeks out of ten.
I am fed up with Murray, whyte, duff, and probably Ng and Miller, the common denominator is that they only care about lining their pockets.

I am off to bed, had enough

Been reading a lot of posts regarding Rangers history and being the most successful club in the universe. This is the reason you must be kept alive! When the dual contracts bomb explodes, and it will, it will be so sweet watching those tainted honours being stripped. You will still be the biggest club in govan though.I think.

Believable17 Unbelievable26

Totally agree with the op. watching them squirm and have a last wee kick out before their death has been the highlight of my year so far. At least the stench of it's corpse will pass, their vile stench has been poisoning our society for years.

Agree8 Disagree6

Yeah the worlds most successful club chose john grieg as it's greatest ever player. now you could not make that up could you ? every time people anywhere discuss the football greats john grieg and rangers are always mentioned. lol.

Agree3 Disagree1

Rangers will not be stripped of any titles, the dual contracts did not affect games or results so we cannot be stripped of any titles. good luck to celtic though win 10 in a row and you still will not have caught us.

Big Bear

Agree1 Disagree5

@Big Bear; Are you living on another planet? The precedent has been set, unregistered players equal a 3-0 defeat and points lost. How could using players you could not afford not affect the outcome of games? Hope you enjoyed the good times cos there over.

Agree2 Disagree1

How is it cheating? Valencia had to sell all there top players because they couldn't afford it so should they be stripped of anything that they won? the players we fielded were not ineligible so we were not cheating just living outside our means and now we are paying for it with the debt but we never cheated Man Utd have ridiculous debt should they be stripped of there titles ?

Mr Blonde

Agree1 Disagree2

@Mr Blonde;what has valencia got to do with it? if it's proved you operated with dual contracts thats cheating. man utd pay their tax so why you going there? why dont you have the decency to draw your last breath and let this festering sore in scottish football die.it's over

It just shows how fickle these deluded bears are, everyones against us,kicking us when down....no help from any one..dont yous see the spl are implementing new laws to give yous a get out of debt free jail card, welcome yous who ever be re named back, whilst its took ross county 18years to reach the spl,& dumfermline will be relegated...any new co should start from div 3 & accept any punishment & be made to pay what ever bills are owed,as walking away from debt that could reach a FIFTH OF A BILLION!is absolutely disgraceful, yet we hear f@ck em weeeara peeeple, arrogance knows no bounds,as for your out dated song book, the bile has been turned up full notch since administration kicked in,yous think this will help your plight?as for the fighting fund, what a shambles, weres all these millions that were pledged online??currently stands at about 350,000,laughable!no pay no play should be the rules, the end of days is coming,so man up& accept it....your biggest fear in all this ,is not liquidation, not the reslt of all the enquireies, not the tax case, but want your history kept intact!well no matter what happens, when the big L happens its over, defunct fineeto gone!you reap what you sew, karmas a beeeatch eh,a quick fix to regain a tiny bit respect is get back the tens millions paid to ex players thru EBT loans returned, ohhh wait not much LOYALTY there!stevo

Believable12 Unbelievable17

Yeah pal it took 18 years for ross county wi a travellin support of 150 at max.....dont come on here n preach apples and bananas......rangers have done more for the co-efficient in the last few years than any other club in scotland....and our travelling support blows the other half out the water.....bottom line ...YOU NEED US ...deecee

Agree5 Disagree7

Stevos back on the cider !
PaulRFC

Agree3 Disagree6

Ross county are a well run and solvent football club anyone would be happy to do business with. now rangers on the other hand....
look, you owe everybody money, sinking in yet ?

Agree4 Disagree0

Yous aided the co-efficient by signing players you couldn't afford by tax avoidance , when are you going to admit the truth , the SPL are doing all they can to soften the blow for yous , they didnt feel the need to help the other clubs who have been in administration with a lot less debt than Rangers , yes it has taken Ross County 18 years to reach the SPL , but they have done it without cheating mate , something Rangers cant say , no matter how long you refuse to admit it .

Agree3 Disagree0

Rangers might have cheated the tax man but in football terms we still on put 11 players on the field.

Agree1 Disagree3

So let's have the official rap sheet that details Rangers "cheating"...you or any of the other Bhoy legal experts got it? is it in the drawer next to the "dossier" that was gonna explode the SFA bias against Celtic?

Agree1 Disagree2

Come on then bhoys, where is your exclusive insight into the EBT case that definitively proves Rangers were cheating?
I am sure that the world's press will be miffed that you got hold of it before them...

Agree1 Disagree2

@6; playing players you could not afford unless you "avoided" tax is cheating every club who paid their dues.SFA bias? farry, dallas and dougiegate spring to mind. the sfa have got their own problems....UEFA are watching how they deal with your shabby cheating mess

Agree2 Disagree0

@7) why are the EBT users not paying the LOANS back? cos they were wages.tic.toc.nearly there

Agree2 Disagree0

The worlds press are not interested in rangers. even through this great farce they've hardly got a mention even here in england. the scottish press are scared to offend the readership. an ebt is a loan. in this great hour of need shouldnt you rangers fans be asking the beneficiaries of these loans to pay them back? or was it a kiddy on loan ? you know the truth. you saw these loan-ees play. it goes beyond football. al capone got jailed for it. these people should have payed tax. who are they ? if this was man. utd. the english press would be stood on every players doorstep. strange wee place scotland innit ?

Agree3 Disagree0

The big tax case has already decided you are guilty of using these loans and not paying them back. The Trinunral verdict we are waiting on, is what you owe in penalties (as well as the tax you owe). SDM got rid of the club as he knew the outcome would be horrendous and he could not watch his 2nd favourite team go down the drain. (his first club is Ayr United, ironically named "The Honest men", his dad was a member of the board and he used to enjoy going to watch them at somerset park)

HonestMan

Agree1 Disagree0

@8...deep sigh , so for 100 years of institutionalised bias against the Bhoys, that's all you've got....what had Dallas' e-ith to do with Celtic?...what position does the Pope play , or occupy for Celtic? Dougie lied, but he was panicking, as he probably felt in danger, what with your fans track record of going after referees....so you can have Farrygate..we thought he was a wee kn*b as well...and can you expain why EUFA, in the face of such overwhelming evidence of your club being rogered, did, er, nothing to investigate? the tax case will out, and a wee clue to it's complexity is the length of time it's taken.

Agree1 Disagree1

13 Apr 2012 16:26:17
It has been reported in the Bearsden & milngavie Herald that Rangers owe £15,000 to various local businesses, including £500 to the wee shop up tyhe road from Murrray Park. Why does not the Fighting Fund pay these debts? Are we to be dragged though the mud again for forcing small businesses to the wall?

Believable10 Unbelievable4

There is no shop up the road from Murray Park

Agree3 Disagree3

I read that the Fighting Fund was considering paying off all debts under £1,000?

Agree5 Disagree3

Petrol station only not a shop.

13 Apr 2012 15:12:47
Dundee have used dual contracts in the past and it's looking likely the SFA will have to call an amnesty on the punishment handed out ! That would explain SFA sending every club to declare if the have used them , funny thing ed Celtic used EBT for a very small brazillin who played for boro !

Believable13 Unbelievable10

Straw clutching much?

You are correct that we used an EBT for Juninho but we rectified that soon after and ALL monies were immediately. Our hands are clean.

TerribleBeauty

Agree10 Disagree7

Hearts and Hibs also used EBT roughly around the same time, but like Celtic rectified this.

Das Shadow

Agree6 Disagree3

As clean as they were in the 60's & 70's et al when your club was falsifying attendance figures, and cheating the vat man & the tax man, or is that all convieniently forgotten?

However I am a bear who is totally embarassed and sick to my stomach of all this, and frankly I am beginning to think what is the point of continuing, as no matter what happens from now we are always going to be tainted from this. No matter what we win whether as the existing club, or a newco(which I have no appetite for at all) there is always going to be a stigma attached to the club.

My heart gave up the day I discovered Greg was involved, and I just dont think I will ever have the same feelings for the club.

Pipeman

Agree14 Disagree8

Greg has let us all down

Agree7 Disagree2

3. big talk. got any proof of that ? the vatman is an unforgiving enemy and would like to see your evidence, no doubt. you cannot deflect your club's behaviour onto celtic this time matey. all is well in timmyland, the birds are singing and the future is bright, not sayin it lol.

Listening to clyde last night there seems to be a misconception that a win in the tax case means no cash due.Wrong,a win means a bill of at best 24m.Whyte has claimed he offered to pay the tax case result over ten years at 2.5m per year and HMRC refused. They also refused an 11m offer when murray was in control so it looks like they aint gonna play ball.I dont think a cva will be attained, and liquidation will come sooner rather than later.I now think it might be time for the Blue Knights to put forward a post liquidation plan to supporters. As of now players wages are due to return to the original levels in june, wheres the money coming from? Will the players invoke the Whyte clause? This is one unholy mess, but nobody seems to be planning for the worst and thats strange.

Believable6 Unbelievable4

No one planing for the worst ,lol what about the SPL they are rushing these new laws/charter through to keep you alive, any normal league would drop you like a stone. In effect divide 134 million by 10(pts) = 13.4 million then split that over 2 seasons = 6.7 million. So the good old SFA have got rid of 134 million worth of bad debt and all it has cost you is 20 pts. The funny thing is the bears are moaning about being hard done by ,fools dont you realise Christmas has just come early. At the rate of 6.7 million for 1 league point offer this deal to Celtic, Killie and the rest they would all bite your hand off. As usual the old boys network has come through for you(pity poor old gretna never got the same offer)

Dannybhoy 1 annoyed but not surprised Celtic supporter

Agree6 Disagree8

@1 if you're that annoyed leave the page!

Agree9 Disagree2

Lol number 2, no arguments with the point just a get off oor page. Tell me where you head of your debating society?

Agree4 Disagree2

Why would a win mean 24m? If judges decree there was no avoidance and the application of the EBT was within rules there will be no bill.

Agree2 Disagree1

Rangers owe that taxman, there is no doubt about it. This is a tribunal, like the first stage of an appeal. It is only to determine how much is owed.

Agree1 Disagree2

@5) at best 24m.

Agree1 Disagree0

@4) rangers have accepted liability for 24m charge. this tribunal is for the penalties and charges

Agree1 Disagree1

I say this is not your page. if it was a club i widnae join. but it's just a wee place where timmy can have some serious laughs at your expense. it's the only expense you lot are paying.
zombie rangers. paynot place. it's comedy gold.
too bad you cant spend it.
we're going nowhere.

Agree0 Disagree0

The SPL are doing this because they are not in denial like many Fans and know that scottish football needs Rangers (Or Newco) and Celtic.

Mr Blonde

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2012 14:19:34
Just to clarify for Timothy, seeing as they spend more time on here than the Celtic version.

It is also important to note that, in the SPL’s eyes, "a club" would not cease to exist if a share is transferred. If Rangers’ share is transferred from oldco to newco, they would not be required to have a new club name, new badge or new colours and their SPL record would be preserved.

So even as a "newco", Rangers would STILL be, Scotlands most successful club team. Makes a raging Timmy.

Believable9 Unbelievable9

Not raging, just shocked that the SPL SFA are as morally corrupt as Rangers. Think about the wee people and pay your debts, oops sorry thats not the Rangers way,as a Celtic fan I think I would rather go to the 3rd division than accept what is effectively a get out of jail debt free card from the old boy network

Dannybhoy

Agree10 Disagree9

And tax law states if the newco trades too closely to the oldco they will hunt them for the cash

Agree4 Disagree5

Wake up deluded one, rangers will be no more, dress it p all you want when rfc liquidate rfc dies along with its history!!!!!!

Agree5 Disagree5

To the last post, "Rangers die & so does its history"......no it doesnt......get used to it....and your chairman Liewell will vote that "law" through in the new articles of asociation. Thanks x

Agree5 Disagree3

It makes me laugh when you call our chairman liewell, he doesn't lie half as well as Murray or Whyte

Agree4 Disagree5

I take it none of the unwashed Govanites have read Alex T's blog today? It seems UEFA are rather upset by your cheating ways.

Agree3 Disagree4

Dannybhoy you say that if it was Celtic you would rather go down to the 3rd division than take the get out of jail free card... If Celtic were in this situation 90% of the fans would do what 90% of the Rangers fans are doing and say fu*k everyone else as long as we survive and THATS FACT.

Mr Blonde

Agree1 Disagree1

Remind me, what was the last Scottish club that upset EUFA?.....

Agree0 Disagree0

13 Apr 2012 13:40:48
Why dont the gers fans stage a demo
naming and shaming those who took
out loans and as yet have not paid
them back. You never know it might
help your fighting fund.

Believable11 Unbelievable3

1) Good point, If all the past Rangers legends paid back their discretionary loans the debt would be slashed. Unfortunately unlike the hard working fans these guys wouldnt go to these lengths to save the club.

Agree7 Disagree0

Long overdue these "legends" were asked to contribute. They cant say no as that would prove it was wages not a loan.so who are they and where are they?

Agree7 Disagree0

Thats a damn good idea.
find out who they are and ask for the money back. how simple is that ? but wait, maybe it was a cheat thing ?

Agree1 Disagree0

13 Apr 2012 13:28:14
Other than the major shareholders , why don't the smaller shareholders(as one or all together ) bring a derivative action against Whyte etc ? If only to get rid of him and any of the old board . Any thoughts ed? {Ed001's Note - not sure what grounds they would have to do so?}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

13 Apr 2012 12:32:23
Have been listening to Duff and Phelps and Rangers supporters trust moaning about the proposed SPL changes with regards to a Newco club being allowed to stay in the SPL with a 10 point reduction for 2 seasons , i think this is a blatant attempt by the SPL to ease Rangers plight , you are getting off very lightly , this would not be done for any other club , but as usual you lot think you are being "picked on" , Your club owe money to everyone , but you think that everyone should bend over backwards to help yous , go ahead and boycott away games , the sympathy you are looking for will not be long in evaporating , yous really are a shower of arrogant ungrateful idiots , yous deserve to be hammered to the full extent of the law .

Believable11 Unbelievable10

Dont hold back get it off your chest Tim

Agree4 Disagree6

Spl letting rangers off, we shouldnt let spl clubs off and we should go down to division 3. sfa terrified off rangers going out spl.

Agree8 Disagree4

Another dhim with a short memory was it not the SFA, UEFA, BBC, Hugh Keevins, referees not giving penalties costing us the cup!who were picking on septic not so long ago. Now Mr LIEWELL has got his man Regan in the SFA will all your conspiracies, everyone against us were not speaking to anyone stop, good! Now you lot can concentrate on your fascination with Rangers or in your sad little mind anti-Rangers.
Its only a game remember........

Agree5 Disagree6

So the spl gave gretna money to pay their players, what do they do to us, everything in their power to destroy us, i for one dont want any favours, but dont blame the supporters, what have they done wrong, blame the individuals who got us into this mess and punish them, we payed the money into the club what the individuals done with it f%*k knows, but to be honest and you can't argue the point that scottish football would be a poorer place without glasgow rangers

watp

Agree4 Disagree7

No it's the other clubs in panic especially Celtic if Rangers go there is no money.

Agree5 Disagree8

Deluded fools the SFA have helped you out again, stop moaning and at least have the dignity to be embaressed by it

WATP nobody is saying that the Rangers fans are to blame for the mess your club are in , but if you cant see a 10 point deduction for 2 seasons is getting off very lightly , then it is you lot who are deluding yourselves , a bit of humility wouldn't go amiss my man .

Ed - For a CVA to happen do ALL the creditors have to agree or can one vote against blow it out of the water? {Ed001's Note - it is a percentage of overall debt that needs to agree, this is probably the best way to explain how one would work: http://www.companyrescue.co.uk/company-rescue/options/detailed-cva that even shows timelines etc.}

75% is the figure that must be agreed.

Good day fellow bears

Firstly Ed: Where’s the substance to the blue knights getting the keys to Ibrox today!! Please. (Or is this just the dark side spouting nonsense again!).

Now lads lets get this rite, we need to start making one helifa noise, we need to get this monkey off our back, I see certain parties are calling to get the asset stripper, the bone picking vulture Mr Sh**e to resign his position, even then he will be walking away with our life blood, money, however I do believe we need to get shot of this thieving *ss h**e, don’t know if it will work however we should turn our attention to something we can constructively achieve, and that is to let this t**t know how much he is not wanted, unliked, despised and so on.

What will be will be, as I have stated in previous post’s I do sincerely hope he has slept his last god sleep! however I don’t want him to make one single penny from our club, not one, he can of course take his £ and shove it.

Well lads lets hope! Lets get rid of this toe rag of a man.
Its great being a bear.
Rosehearty True Blue. {Ed001's Note - it's rubbish, the most they can get yet is preferred bidder status. There is still a fair bit of negotiation required from there.}

just another example of fans stepping up to do the right think,

well done to the guys and girls that did this,

Believable15 Unbelievable5

Thats a great idea and could catch on with supporters clubs or individuals who want to help out. the problem i have with the RFF is the doubt that my money could be in someway helping those who got us into this mess (saying that though, i had it so i gave it)

I am off to look at the list of creditors again

JG

Agree4 Disagree1

Is there a site where we can see what is getting payed with the fund

Agree0 Disagree0

What a cheapskate gift for a guy who done a great job.............green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree8

The RFFF was supposed to buy any extra tickets at Ibrox to make sure games were a sell out, not to pay the clubs debts. Is this even legal for a club in administration? If it is then I suppose the administrators must be in charge of the RFFF, how else can they keep track of debts if an outside organisation are paying them off here and there. It all sounds a bit dodgy to me, I donated to help the club and fans future, not for the administrators to pay off Murray and Whytes debts. If we are blaming them for these problems why is our fund helping them out of their mess........Im confused by where we are coming from with this.

Agree1 Disagree0

If David Weir benefited from the EBT he should pay for his own leaving present.

Rangers went into administration in February, the new proposals come into effect on 30th April, if Rangers are punished under the new proposals it would be like fining someone who smoked in a pub before the no smoking ban was implemented.

Believable7 Unbelievable3

1) The proposals regarding liquidation are what will affect Rangers if they liquidate after 30th of April.

Agree2 Disagree0

No it would be like providing an area for smoking where none previously existed.

To number 2, spot on, the good old SFA helping out again, the sad thing is the bears are 2 stupid to realise they have got out of jail

Agree0 Disagree1

13 Apr 2012 09:18:25
Talking to people in the pub and reading posts and replys on here, it seems that some 'fans' seem to feel quite happy about us liquidating and starting a fresh. For me that would make our club a f*****g disgrace. I understand that it was the people in charge of the club that put us in the state we are in, but come on. It is still our club. Yes a cva is what I feel is going to happen but personally I think we should be made to repay our debts in full over however many years it takes, and be made to start in division 3. Only then would we come back as a club again only then would we really come back as the great glasgow rangers. The Rangers funds created by the fans should be used to pay the ordinary man out there that is due monies from the gers, make sure the type of boys out there with a small business who are the type that go to football grounds every week are the ones we repay. Show the world that the fans are true blues and we except what is going on but will not let the small guys be out of pocket. I remember a post a while ago the said 'I would rather have a future than a history' and I believed that for a while, then I changed, cause without our history we are not glasgow rangers, of course I want a future, but I personally would not mind going to ibrox watching a punch of kids playing for the next however many years, as I would support whoever pulls on that famous blue jersey. Under liquidation it will just be a blue jersey that will be only be famous for the wrong reasons.
Don

Believable9 Unbelievable2

Totally agree we could keep the fund going even after the takeover as long as it takes to pay the man in the street this dark period in our history should not reflect on the fans or the innocent employees of the club bbblue

Agree6 Disagree1

Don
I agree with your sentiments and 99% of what you say but i disagree that we should be made to start in Div 3, the reason being is that we have had our punishment for going into admin (10 points deducted) and if we are still in admin at the start of the new season we should be deducted 10 point for the new season as well.
We should pay back what we owe but realistically i cant see that happening, if we cut have a deal with HMRC (like many big companies have done before) and ticketus then pay back the other clubs and businesses that would satisfy me.

I have thought about the newco thing and I am sorry but after 40 years supporting Rangers Football Club i could not switch over easily if at all
It is important that we do not liquidate or dissolve (like another team did in 94) the Rangers

Well said Don , at last a Rangers supporter who accepts that his club are in the wrong regarding their debts , and should be made to pay it back in full over a number of years , too many of your fellow fans think "F*ck them all",

Agree4 Disagree2

Celtic didnt dissolve or Liquidate in 94, check the companies house site, theyre still the same company JG, do your homework before making stuff up.....
Your making us real decent blue noses look like idiots

I am actually happy that these new proposed rules have been announced as at least we now know how harshly rangers will be punished if they form a newco.

My issue before was that there was no precedent or punishment in place for such a scenario. The SPL clubs would have to vote them back in and then the punishment could be just about anything.
At least now we know.

And as for the people going on about the relegation to Div3 scenario. That was NEVER the current rule as Livingston is not a relevant precendent case. This is because Livingston were relegated from League 1 to League 3 by the SFL based on their rules and not the SPL.

So if rangers were voted out of the SPL then it would be up to the SFL to vote them into their league structure and then decide on their punishment

Someone speaking sense. Well done sir.

Agree1 Disagree1

So the SFL have harsher penalties the SPL for financial cheating. WWaht does that say about the SPL and their proposal?

Agree1 Disagree1

The problem the league is facing is the scale of the debt.Tens of millions of pounds are going to be written off.Scottish Football has never seen anything like this EVER.The money that will have been spent by Rangers, then not paid by Rangers,is staggering. It is my opinion, if (as seems the case) nobody is willing to step up to the plate and pay the debt, then a newco should be treated as a new entity, all senior players should be sold to help pay the toxic debt, and the newco starts off in division three with a young team and a new history.

A lot of finger pointing over the delay in announcement of the preferred bidder due to the Spl possible rule changes, seems to me only winner in all this D+P with Whyte waiting for pound of flesh , can anybody tell me when will this end?

I personally thinkD+ P will still be there in August

im in favour of not going to away games next year because of whats happening. but do remember ross county are being promoted and it doesnt have anything to do with them. we also dont know what clubs are pushing this.

Hibs Celtic and Dundee United read leggoland2blogspot bud well documented

Agree3 Disagree1

These changes are being made for Rangers' benefit ya clown , its the SPL's way of ensuring yous stay in the division , it is in fact letting yous off very lightly and is not to the benefit of the clubs who have run their business properly , but boycott away games if you like and you might find other club's fans not going to Ibrox which will affect Rangers more than you think .

Agree2 Disagree1

Why should Celtic , Hibs , Hearts and Dundee Utd do Rangers any favours , you owe some of these clubs money which they need , you lot are so full of your own self importance .

Agree3 Disagree1

Leggoland?your having a laugh mate, the man is on the edge of insanity with his paranoid rantings.rangers fans accuse the media of bias but are quick enough to believe this non entity, then again quite a few fans are embarrassed with his rantings...attention seeking nobody.

Do we all not agree that this is now just dragging on and I think we all need answer to a lot of things now as it will soon be time to renew season tickets and we all need to know what's going on.

Believable8 Unbelievable1

Well the latest problem & biggest problem is D&P. After there latest PR stunt they have bought them self another 100k in wages due to the spl/sfa putting things off till the 30th.now if it's true that the RFF are footing all debt upto 100k then just add these to bawbags to the list. I know there's going to be the true blues who will buy there season tickets in the next few weeks but the amount of fans who won't be buy a season book will hurt rangers in the pocket, naw sorry ticketus in the pocket.

Is it not in naismith & co contract that on June 1st there wages go back up to 20k & if Whyte is still there they walk away with nothing ?

Just had a look at the Dundee United web site, how sad am I?
Just wanted to see how much they rip our fans off, and indeed Celtic fans. I have two tickets for the recent visit to Tananadice and they are £25 each. The ticket price for their next game against St Johnstone, cost £21.
And that is a local derby, so would imagine that that is one of their highest ticket prices. Wonder how much the Kilmarnock ticket would cost.
It is time the SPL passed a rule that ticket prices should be the same for all away fans. Wonder if they would vote for that?
Well it costs me £8 more for my tickets than a St Johnstone fan. As far as I am concerned we should boycott away games and let them see we and Celtic are Scottish football.

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Do u not notice that how much your tickets flukuate depending on who u play, its called good business, something unfamiliar to u

Agree0 Disagree1

Dont Rangers do the same for OF games?
