Just a slight variation, from our usual subjects on here. I see kilmarnock are giving big kris boyd, a testimonial game, sometime next year. His testimonial dinner is on the 8th of September. Kilmarnock have still to announce the date, time and opposition, for his testimonial game. I would hazard a guess that it will be rangers as the opposition, with a lot of legends of both clubs, taking part! I would really like to go to his testimonial game, if indeed it is us, who provide the opposition at rugby park! He scored a helluva lot of goals for us and was a natural, fantastic finisher! He was the record SPL goalscorer, of all time, while playing for us!
Kris boyd deserves to be honoured, in this way!

I do know Chris Boyd puts a lot of effort into a charity for his late brother. It would please me and others if all proceeds went to a charity or charities.

He should be remembered for his 1st spell at us where he banged goals in for fun not for having an opinion for his column in the paper. What's everyones thoughts on sadiq umar i know he needs a chance etc before judgment. I saw him chase the ball down like usain bolt then when he got it turned and started to do some form of a dance move with his legs flapping around aimlessly which brought much laughter from the crowd. his next involvement was a turn and a shot on target. I'm no sure how he will do for us! Thoughts?

Hello to the most loyal fans in the world.
I think the last several years have proved that. I am looking forward to my next visit as l am lucky that l borrow my cousins season ticket when l come back to visit the family ( don't tell anyone guys) he is a star and been going to Ibrox for about 50 years.
The point is l really am looking forward to my visits this season, l was at several games last season and we lost the majority l was at, drew a couple too.
I feel this won't happen so much this year. Don't want to count my chickens but l feel we have a team/ squad that will not surrender quite so easily.
We are Rangers.

tried to offload him to hearts as part of the lafferty deal the problem is his wage packet, hearts cannot afford to pay his wages and also he isn't someone that interests them. I think his wages will be the biggest issue when trying to move him on.

Why do we need 4 Strikers? We have Sadiq and Morelos already so I would think we only need one more to give us options. Having 4 strikers would leave one of them collecting a wage for just turning up at training. With the current turn in form for Morelos no one is taking his place so whoever comes in will most likely join Sadiq on the bench anyway. However if we do get to the group stages of EL then we will need to rotate the squad as games come thick and fast and also the travel for Thursday games can be a pain in terms of getting a team ready for a Sunday.

Does anyone know anything on the defensive situation? Cannot go until January with only 2 first team centre halves, I mean Flanagan could probably do a job in there and McCrorie at a push but Gerrard has already said he doesn't want him in there so we need atleast 1 back up for sure.
