what exactly IS going on with Scottish football?
It's nothing short of embarrassing, our national stadium barely 1/ 3 full FOR A CUP SEMI FINAL? and for all to see with the highlights. I said it before and repeat, SCOTTISH FOOTBALL IS IN INTENSIVE CARE and is slowly dying in front of us. don't know the answer, but it's sad AND pathetic.

Tyncastle was the obvious place for that game, it would have been close to capacity with a better atmosphere.

The refereeing was poor again. 1st minute the Aberdeen boy got an elbow in the back of the head should have been a red. The 1st goal the motherwell boy controlled the ball with his hand before crossing and then there was a foul on the defender before the 2nd goal. It seems scottish refs allow motherwell to play dirty.

I'd start with almost the same team but with McCrorie in a back three with Martin and Alves. I think we need to try and keep things tight initially. Use the pace of Tav and John with Murphy and Candeias. If need be we could push McCrorie into midfield and go back to four at back. I think we need to change it up a bit and be less predictable. No prediction. I'm hopeful as I know we have the players and the game to win. Sometimes it is all down to luck, something we haven't had against them for a long long time. Looking forward to some hard tackles going in on you know who. Don't let me down guys. Just win!

Lets not gloat just yet as Aberdeen got dumped out of the cup. Come this time tomorrow night we might be in the same position, out and sitting on level points with Aberdeen with a much larger budget, so all this dodged a bullet stuff is a bit premature. let's wait till the end of the season for that type of banter. As I keep saying there could be a sting in the tail for us. Rangers being 4th and Motherwell wining the cup are not beyond the relms of possibility which means we will not qualify for Europe. The next 5 or 6 games are probably the most important games for us in recent times.
Europe=Investment=Success=stop 10 in a row.
We can't afford to loose another year.
Please don't slate me I just don't want egg on our chin, the rest would effing love that, would be the biggest understatement of the century.

Doomsday scenario that could happen. It's up to the players to bust a gut to make sure it doesn't. The sheep and the Lurgan bigot's mob are both very beatable and nothing special. If we play as I know we can, we will be right there at the end

I'm sure Fourth place will not get a place in Europe now anyway because motherwell have got to the final so if Celtic face them in final motherwell will still get given a Europe spot as Celtic are already in Europe and if we get to final and are 2nd or 3rd then the same applies does it not? Only thing is if we finished 4th but got to the final then we win it I think that is the only way now that motherwell can not get a Euro spot?

Cant believe all this talk of a new manager let's get behind our current manager his remit is secure 2nd spot and get to final of scottish cup
1. Sitting second
2. In semi of the cup
3. Only manager that's managed in recent times to give the unclean a game and with some luck and better finishing should have won at least to of them
4. Has had one transfer window and brought in doch murph gross all good signing cumm and martin?
5. Players seem to like him and are playing for him
6. I think he has been unlucky with injuries to key players a key times in the season esp in defence and defensive midfield.

I said when Murty was appointed that I would support him and that at that the end of the season would be the time to analyse and judge how good a job he managed to do.
Nothing has happened to change that. His success as our manager could easily go either way. Also I would say that none of Mark Allen's January signings have been overly successful, good games and bad for pretty much all of them.

Point 3 . I would think hearts and kilmarnock are the ONLY teams to give them a game and BEAT them so I don't see how praising a manager for drawing with them this season up to now when quite a few have managed draws.

Queens 11 and the seeker, i said on these pages from the very start as to how i wanted delboy mcinnes, nowhere near the rangers manager's job! Some of our supporters on here argued with me regarding this! Well my friends, i said my reasons then and to rejog your memories, i'll say it again and yous know who yous are! Derek mcinnes and his team are bottlers and choke in big games! His record in big games is absolutely deplorable! He was NEVER the right manager for rangers and NEVER will be! He's not got it to ever be the glasgow rangers manager! By god we dodged some bullet with him bottling out, to become our manager! Common mcinnes fans who wanted him, let's hear from yous now!

Your fore sight is correct and he probably should have been offered the job before that Nugget Pedro?
