Ed, as the new manufacturer (if indeed it is going to be a new manufacturer) of our kit is a massive thing for our supporters and big financial revenue, for our football club, would you be so kind and run a poll, to see who our supporters, would prefer as our kit manufacturers? Sportswear companies like adidas, nike, puma, umbro, under armour, new balance, macron etc!

I love my under armour gear good quality stuff, also think it would expand the american market for us aswell
But can you beat early adidas stuff some of they tops are absolute belters

bring back adidas if possible good memories wearing those shirts

If the club had left MW in charge, what signings would we have made this season?

Jack/ Dorrans would've likely come regardless of the manager. Think that's about it from the lads brought here under PC.

Walker/ McClean/ Lyndsay/ Cummings/ seem the most obvious.

Perhaps Cadden/ Meekings/ Hayes from this league.

Bridcutt/ Naismith from down south.

Dowell/ Darikwa both joined Forrest under MW. Possible targets if he was still in charge.

With Jack and Dorrans anchoring the midfield, Naismith would've likely been stuck out right with McKay getting a new contract and Cummins up front. Obviously would have signed another CB as well as Lyndsay. Perhaps he would've went for a similar signing to Clint Hill but can't think of who.

who gives a monkeys mate? we are in a better position than we would have been in under him. the board didn't trust him with money and hibs would have never sold us cummings

14 Sep 2017 11:38:11
I really don't care about who we could have had if that clown was still in charge. Guaranteed we would still be losing set piece goals and not scoring enough, so for me, its an afterthought that isn't worth thinking about, with all due respect Thorn

Nottingam Forest have won 4 and lost 3 in their first 7 games and are sitting 8th in the Championship with a goal difference of minus 1. Hardly hitting the ground running and Mackay seems to be under the radar (again) . No loss to us.

14 Sep 2017 12:44:04
I know, I know, it's bit woulda, coulda, shoulda. Not so much of the shoulda.

Agreed, the basics are improving. But we are still losing really cheap goals. But the conversion rate is really poor, and substandard performers like Niko and Kenny are still playing nearly every game. Hope PC isn't falling into the same traps as the previous man at the helm.

No doubt we'd have been worse off with MW in charge and most of the signings Pedro has made have had an impact and are in or around the first team.

14 Sep 2017 14:23:14
I can put up with Miller as i think he'l always get goals but Niko is a no-no. i'm not 1 for thinking beyond the nxt game usually but nxt wk we nd to b more compact and robust against them which means i think leaving Kenny out and bringing Rossiter into the centre with Jack and playing Dorrans a touch further forward with Windass and Candeias ocuppying the wings

14 Sep 2017 15:28:01
We have scored 7 goals in our last 2 games, cannot remember since the championship when we done that under Warbs, overall we look more settled as a unit, still room to improve but I'm a lot more content this season. Conversion may not be great but the buffalo is only 4 or 5 goals off of equalling our top scorer from last season, so for me things ARE moving forward mate.

14 Sep 2017 17:25:06
I think the problem is when the fan base as a whole starts to get content, something always seems to come along to throw a spanner in the works.

Whether it's an obviously cheating official, someone missing chances on a regular basis, or an injury to a regular starter.

None of this can be stopped throughout a season, it will happen, you can count on that.

I won't be content until we've had at least 4,5 league game wins on the bounce.

14 Sep 2017 18:38:41
Or what if we had got either mcleish, mcinnses or tommy wright. For me it woulda been out of those 3 hands down. Like you say though no point dwelling on the what ifs, we are stuck with PC now and old firm number 1 is just round the corner.

14 Sep 2017 20:42:51
We clearly have quite a forward thinking board.

Stewart Robertson also said they want to get players from markets that are more affordable or where you get better value for money.

McLeish, Mciness, Wright would've been a step backward from Warburton and certainly wouldn't have given the club a chance to exploit those markets.

You can guarantee if it wasn't Pedro, it would have been another European manager from some other obscure league.

Similar to what the other side tried with Delia.

15 Sep 2017 06:08:54
We certainly wouldn't have had Bruno Alves playing for us in any of those alternate manager scenarios.

15 Sep 2017 14:13:07
fod the guy is working hard to get our team playing good football and u hate him because of two games and a silly comment c'mon try say something positive about the manager of glasgow rangers or are u one of the unwashed in disguise

14 Sep 2017 06:50:12
If we win our next two games in the run up to the old firm game i just hope pedro keeps the team grounded and no comments in the press from the players reagarding celtic match thits do our our talking on the pitch instead
Hopefully we will see candelias and windass on top form this could be the key to winning against them

14 Sep 2017 06:56:04
We'll need everyone on top form and hopefully they've got a few off form but let's just take care of Fri first which will be another tough game

14 Sep 2017 10:38:01
Agree lads, if they want to make any European progression they need to take points off Anderlecht so hopefully they have one eye on that game and if we have a good run leading into it we will have confidence to go and attack. They are a good side but they AREN'T unbeatable
