As a big Rossiter fan I believe this is his last chance to prove he can be injury free. I hope he can come through but we can only give ANY player so many chances.

Reading on line Steve Davis may return but at 33? not so sure unless he is free.

15 Feb 2018 18:01:04
The Rossiter mystery goes on and I agree with you. The causes or the extent of the problem are never explained except in very vague terms which even a doctor wouldn't understand. I wouldn't want Davis back. A good player in his prime but we've got better in midfield now.

15 Feb 2018 18:13:55
What? Have we got anyone in midfield that would get in the Southampton first XI right now?

You would be stupid not to take Davis back for a couple of seasons. Quality player.
Means we can get shot of the deadwood like kranjkar haliday

15 Feb 2018 18:18:28
Steven davis you would certainly take him back lol

15 Feb 2018 18:18:48
davis would still do a right good job for us still getting game time for southampton all be it not as much as he used too but still a class act and would take him back in a minute

15 Feb 2018 19:41:25
Kfraser, there is NO midfielder currently at glasgow rangers, in the same league as stevie davis mate! Simple as that!

15 Feb 2018 21:04:55
Kfraser, we've got better than Davis? Who? At 33 (not old) he'd be an absolute stick-out in our midfield.

15 Feb 2018 21:06:35
We do not currently have better than Steven Davis! He's a class act and even at 33 he would be a star I the spl. Madness not to want him back if there's an opportunity for it.

15 Feb 2018 21:19:02
bluepete, you do know he is injured again mate? missed the man u development game due to an ankle injury. feel for the lad but can't see him ever managing to forge a career.

15 Feb 2018 21:51:10
Where you seeing that about rossiter being injured snell? Can't find anywhere reporting that online.

16 Feb 2018 00:37:59
Rossiter can go. We can't afford passengers. Cut loses but do sell on or buy back. Horrible about injuries but need to draw a line. Davis in a heart beat. Left us the right way it seems and quality player.

16 Feb 2018 10:05:14
Too many people living in the past on here wanting to bring back golden oldies. Rossiter should be sacked the amount of sick days he's had!

16 Feb 2018 11:07:55
Davis is a class act. Would bring real quality to midfield. Forget age as I'm sure he trains well and looks after himself. He'd be very welcome to Come home. Someone like him would be great example to young players.

16 Feb 2018 22:02:39
Rossiter rolled his ankle in last game. It’s not related to any of his previous injuries which I believe are hip and back related. Give the lad a break a rolled ankle is common and it’s not long term this time.

Guys best place to sit with my 10yr old girl at ibrox, first game for her and don't want to be surrounded by girls swearing constantly ( lol usually me in copland rear ) I've learned my lesson now, anybody any ideas on if there's anything to do before it for her, feel kinda weird normally i'd go to the pub go to the game but now obviously have to think about the wee one and not put her off
Cheers guys.

15 Feb 2018 13:19:37
Family stand. That's where I go with the wee one. Only had one guy swearing but he was swiftly moved on as he never had a kid with him.

15 Feb 2018 16:43:26
Agreed - Family stand is where I go. Still some industrial language but not half as impressive, I mean obscene, as elsewhere in the stadium.

Just a wee observation here, fellow bears! Why is it, yet again that celtic get the preference, on date and kick off time, in the scottish cup quarter final, with rangers V falkirk, moved to the sunday with a 4.15pm kick off? Now i know them V morton were drawn out before rangers V falkirk but that can't be the case,
as in the recent scottish league cup semi finals, rangers V motherwell were drawn out first, but still the celtic V hibs semi got preference and was played on the saturday, with us on the sunday! Why?

15 Feb 2018 07:24:18
Hibs played hearts on the Tuesday following the semi in a live Edinburgh derby on sky was the reason I remember.

15 Feb 2018 07:49:35
Because midweek fixture. Stop thinking it’s a set up

15 Feb 2018 09:28:06
would it not be TV that decides which game to screen and when they fit it in

15 Feb 2018 09:55:12
Agree with jboy, think we play st Johnstone on the Thursday before the cup game

15 Feb 2018 16:34:24
The benefit of being the champions and main bread winners maybe, who knows😉

15 Feb 2018 16:37:04
It will be to give them another day to recover for the following week's OF game. Or is that me being paranoid. Maybe there are midweek games? Don't know

15 Feb 2018 23:36:48
Midweek games seeker. They play Tuesday Saturday then go to Russia. We play Wednesday Sunday Wednesday

15 Feb 2018 23:26:04
Or maybe is it you being tinted thinking we need another day to recover? I mean we are missing most our team atm and just beat Zenit and you think we need another days rest to play you mugs? Says it all about you really
