We as Rangers fans need to boycott every single home or away game until the end of the season.

Believable7 Unbelievable9

What good will at do we need to get behind the team

Agree5 Disagree3

1.)

Why?

Agree1 Disagree1

What the hell good would that do any money and support is welcomed and what signal does that send out to potential buyers. No i would advocate the opposite turn out to every home game couldnt care less about away games though

Well, as i said all along, ticketus are the ones who will have the final say (unless hmrc do). Ticketus money, like it or lump it, got us away from lloyds debt. Craig whyte can gtf and disappear. If he wants to sell his shares, i will buy them for a tenner, a nice ten fold profit for him. Ticketus and bill ng are the way ahead for us now, hmrc willing.

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Have posted for weeks, the Miller bid will be the preffered bidder

Agree1 Disagree2

Well Ticketus are still hurting from that deal, which was no doubt better for Rangers than for them.

As for HMRC, they've been strangely quiet. Yes, the BTC awaits. But so long as HMRC are still rolling the dice, liquidation is a real possibility.

celtic fans were an absolute disgrace tonight lighting firework all through the game at ibrox and on a couple of occasions i actually thought there would be a riot i hope celtic get what they deserve and get a big fine

and i would also want to say well done to rangers under 17s for playing a great game and winning on penalty's to lift the Glasgow cup well done and it was a great atmosphere by my fellow rangers fans tonight

Believable15 Unbelievable4

Rioting over fireworks? calm down dear.

They got them to use at Hampden and set them off at the final whistle when they beat Hearts to.......never mind they obviously didn't need them then.

First it was a broken telly in manchester, now "fireworks" makes you cringe.....algarvebhoy

No but my point is it looked to me as if they were delibratley trying to make damages to the stadium now if you don't think that could cost a riot your then i disagree because seen riots for much less

Rangers fans lit flares at arbroath few months back,a lot of rangers fans thought it was superb...what exactly is your point?

THE Blue Knights could be ready to walk away from their Rangers rescue bid after consortium partners Ticketus went behind their backs to try and negotiate a more lucrative deal for themselves with a rival group from Singapore.

The shock development was confirmed in a statement and now appears to put the Singapore group, fronted by businessman Bill Ng, in pole position to become the preferred bidder for the stricken club, although the deal they are believed to be brokering with Ticketus was described by one source as ‘not in the best long term interests of the club’.

It is understood that the third bidder interested in Rangers, American millionaire Bill Miller, has been all but ruled out of contention by the clubs administrators, Duff and Phelps.

But there is deep anger within the Blue Knights group at the tactics deployed by London based firm Ticketus who weeks ago aligned themselves as part of a consortium bidding for Rangers, along with former director Paul Murray and three supporters groups.

The Blue Knights said: "On the evening of Thursday 12 April The Blue Knight Consortium (the consortium) was asked by Duff & Phelps to reconfirm its best and final offer of 4 April. We reconfirmed our position and we believed that we would be awarded preferred bidder status on Friday morning.

As part of the process of awarding exclusivity Duff & Phelps had requested a non-refundable deposit which the consortium had agreed to provide.

During the course of Friday Ticketus decided that they were not prepared to provide this deposit. During the course of the weekend members of the consortium offered to put up the deposit subject to a small number of conditions which were broadly agreed with Duff & Phelps.

During the course of the weekend we were made aware that Ticketus had been in discussions with the Singaporean consortium who, on Friday, had offered Ticketus a substantially better deal to the one offered by us. We confirmed that we were not prepared to increase our offer to Ticketus.

The consortium believes that the whole deal process has now become incredibly complex and it is critical that a preferred bidder is appointed this week.

As a consequence, in the best interests of the Club, the consortium has decided to take a step back to enable Duff and Phelps, Ticketus and the Singaporeans to conclude a deal as quickly as possible.

We stand ready to complete our offer of 4 April which included a deal in principle with Ticketus. We still believe that a partnership with Ticketus represents the best opportunity of the Club exiting administration via a CVA.

We firmly believe that in the interests of the Club the whole process has to move forward as a matter of urgency. We are stepping back to assist with this.

That decision to become a Blue Knights partner had strengthened the Murray led bid as it crucially removed Ticketus, and the 27million they are owed as part of a four year season ticket deal struck by shamed owner Craig Whyte, from the creditors pot in any Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) that has to be agreed if the club is to exit administration.

Now, the Singapore bid is the front-runner as they hold that power if Ticketus join up with them.

The Blue Knights had agreed to pay Ticketus back 10m of their 27m over nine years. There would be no interest due, no payments for the first two years, and no money owed in any season Rangers did not qualify for European football.

It is believed the Singapore consortium have agreed to pay Ticketus back 14m over a shorter period, which has seen the London based firm looking at jumping camps and leave the Blue Knights furious....jsm

Y'know, we give you peeps a right ribbing but this is a disgrace, the way decent fans have been marginalised is shocking........green jhedi

I would be interested to hear rangers fans thoughts on this;"Sound and normal, competent, clever and far sighted business practice is what Whyte has indulged in.It is why he is emerging as a man who rangers fans can trust with the club.Obviously the many enemies of rangers who exist on the very edge of cyberspace, and who branded Whyte's move for rangers as a fakeover, have been at the forefront of these attacks as they try to divert attention away from how they have been spectacularly wrong in everything they have said about Craig Whyte.Craig Whyte is a supporter, steeped in rangers past, now he is the owner and chairman who is already showing a determination to make sure the clubs future is as glorious as it's past" Now who's the mug that wrote that? Just listened to an HONEST Journalist
on Clyde tonight Alex Thomson..
Poor old Hugh was almost crying trying
to defend his lazy journo pals..
Mr Thomson stated that journalist
that threatened him sent him a tweet
admitting the threat and adding this
"Timmy" Thomson, you will get a good
old Presbyterian slap..."
matter now in hands of police..
I knew our journalists were thick but
to admit in writing a threat.....
Anyway all us "Timmy's" have a new
song to sing now...
"Timmy", oh Timmy Thomson, Timmy
Thomson in the wings, Timmy, oh
Timmy Thomson, Timmy Thomson

I have to say that I have never been as worried as I am this evening...there seemed to be some light at the end of the tunnel last month but I just don't know how we are going to be able to shake off Whyte..he seems to be digging in for the fight!

Believable4 Unbelievable1

He's been a liar and a rat from day one but everything that goes round comes round HE'LL GET HIS COME UPANCE NO DANGER

Agree1 Disagree4

Craig Whyte has merely exploited what was already a bad situation. He can be loathed and lambasted for doing so but can't be blamed for causing it. The end was always going to come. He has merely brought it forward by a few months.

Afternoon Ed, Wonder if you could clear something up or any of the other guys.

i was listening to an older podcast from BBC and a few of the people were saying that HMRS are willing to do a CVA as long as Craig Whyte is not involved in the club, Is this true? Also does Scott Brown really have a Rangers tattoo? lol
Dmrangers {Ed001's Note - there has been no official indication from HMRC of any willingness to agree to a CVA, no matter who is in charge. But, he is not a favourite of theirs, it would help matters to no longer have him involved.
As for the tattoo, it might well have been true, but I very much doubt he would still have it. A few players have been known to get tattoos removed when they join rival teams.}

Good news rangers fans.

Craig Whyte has said on stv news (app)

"But anyone who is named the preferred bidder will have to talk to me and thrash out a deal."

Clearly not going to 'give' his share up. Murray park & ibrox are going to be worth easy 20-30m so think these bidders will need to give Whyte at least that plus whatever it takes to run the club etc.

Like we said yesterday our troubles last 1 day yours is never ending.

Lenny

Believable5 Unbelievable4

As long as you've got a ned as a manager you'll never be far from controversy and trouble. Yes he's had a tough time of it but oh has the poor wee victim turned into a bit of a bully.

Anyway, we'll crack on regardless, supporting whom ever we choose, and no doubt you'll still be on our banter page. lol

If Rangers do seize to be, I take it you lot reckon the SPL will become a 3rd world league like Ireland & Wales & it seems you will take great satisfaction in this. This is yet another delusion to try & scaremonger other clubs into voting for any newco straight into the top tier debt free. You really aren't that big. Take the punishment yo are dealt with on the chin with some dignity. You seem to forget that you as the fans were cheated & lied to. I just hope the whole fiasco comes to an end soon, I also hope I see a strong Rangers (newco or not) returning to the top tier, as i cant foresee any problems of Rangers being promoted 3 years running if need be. Then maybe even a good run in Europe to fill those coffers.

Is this all you little rankers have to celebrate now his Celtic getting knock out of two cups by poor refs mistakes. All that mattered was one big cup and we had it before Easter. Imagine been 15 points clear and still been able to f*** it up. Every single member of our squad has been injured this year and we still were able to come back and storm ahead. Did yaz pay the face painter?? Haha fxckin brilliant champions.... Cheerio to 4in a row. Bigirishmac

Were gonnae win the treble oops make that the double oops ok we won the league. Always will be remembered though as the year we were deducted 10 pts and placed in administration and not for your victory lol. Yeah mate , console yerself with your paranoia that you are always cheated and never defeated.

Agree5 Disagree6

What was it that the manky Govanites were saying in November....Mind the gap.........lmfao how did that work out for you? What has Rangers got to celebrate this season? Tax avoidance and bumping everyone is nothing to celebrate, but we all know you lot have no shame or dignity. Rangers till July

Agree3 Disagree1

It will be remembered for year Lenny fought from the brink of being sack to turning the league on it's head to win it before Easter. Plz leave a name little billies least GCUK has the balls to do that. It's ok I won't hurt yous haha. Pay the taxman and taxi man. CHAMPIONS. Bigirishmac

Agree5 Disagree1

You also make a false statement when you say, and I quote: "Every single member of our squad was injured"......utter garbage. Yous have had a full strength team all season!

.....and onto your other false claim, I also quote: "Celtic getting knocked out of two cups by poor refs mistakes"....you forget to mention to poor finishing from an average midfielder.

Bigirishmac, I have a question for you: How come nobody in Britain heard any mention of poor refereeing decisions when Celtic were winning matches? Why now that Celtic have struggled that the referees are to blame?

It is clearly evident that your club, when under pressure, are bottlers.

TTG

Agree1 Disagree5

A squad a how many? 37? Ur manager canny hack it. See over the years, in finals semi finals. Big decisions go against the smaller teams quite alot. Do u see there manager running onto the park to have a go a the ref? U shake hands with the opposing manager. Achknowlage ur OWN teams efforts. Then say wit ur gony say. If we didny have the doom n gloom of admin. n the players have knew for a while before it actually happened. Do u still think you woulda won the league? Lennon is a number 1 stress head. Look at his twitter. Arguing with Celtic fans lol. Guys a joke. Enjoy it while it lasts. Coz ur manager will be in the stand for a long time :) 11 green bottlers n it the clown in the dugout

Agree0 Disagree2

You are right we bottled it, all be it one less time than Rangers. And again right we have a big squad(bought and paid for unlike Rangers) And again right we have a manager who is vocal and cares about his club, unlike you who have a manager who is sleekit and whispers in peoples ears prior to brown nosing the media.

Luckily though despite some very dubious decisions we are champions and that comforts us (it hurts you guys like hell), we have on the big one (something you will never do) again some thing that hurts you bears, last but not least we pay our bills and taxes I was going to say that hurts you like hell but it don’t, cheats, liars, crooks and swindlers and that’s just the owner.

Run along bears and hope you are still around next year to see the champions unfurl the flag

I would just like to thank MR Lennon for the way he ran across the pitch snarling and frothing at the mouth. How funny was that ?. The only tings missing were the bottle of buckie and devil dug. Seriously the thing that bothers me are those who defend this behaviour. What does that say about them ?. Last but not least I hear that the sfa are trying to rush through a new rule saying that a penalty kick will now be awarded for hip ball and the offending hip will be sent off. ( Only if hip to ball that is). Shhhhhh the offside goal never happened....Catweazle-talkingbone.

Agree8 Disagree5

The problem is with him is he never accepts defeat gracefully. If things go his way with decisions during a game, he oddly enough does not say anything. I don't have a problem with his passion for the game - it's good to see a manager showing emotion for his team, BUT he needs to show a bit more humility when his team loses and stop blaming everyone else for his teams deficiencies in front of goal.

Agree9 Disagree2

He couldn't even congratulate the hearts manager properly. He did manage to shake the guys hand but did you see the other hand up as if to say, your team was crap, it was the ref's fault. A wee bit of dignity needed, wasn't the hearts managers fault. The ref was proven to be correct and of course no after match press conference, left it to Thomson to go on about the penalty they never got, but when asked about Hooper's offside goal, answer was " I never saw that". I think they only see what the want to see. Very bad losers.

No4,are rangers good losers?i would be worried if celtic where good losers.what is it with rangers and the word dignity?fans of a club who avoid paying the tax man and its creditors can hardly lecture anybody about dignity.

Agree1 Disagree2

For bad loser see Wally fight Mixu, ally whisper and by the way to the clown who posted he shook his hand but then goes on to describe what Lenny was thinking. The funniest thing is Rangers fans trying to take the moral high ground on anything ,have a look in your crystal ball and see if the not so mighty gers will be here next year

Rusty rim, here you are on a Rangers banter page, I watched it on TV as by the look of the stands so did a lot of your fans, as for Jeremy Kyle maybe Lemon should go on it titled "everybody keeps picking on me" fail fail

Why did Thompson do the post match
interview yesterday?
Was Lemmon too busy looking for his
dummy? He says the pen Celtic never
got and the "offside goal" didnt even
the match out because Celtic created
enough to win. Sorry Alan, you've got
to TAKE your chances. 3 pts or a cup win
isnt granted on the grounds that
you created more chances. Away an help
your girlfriend find her dummy!

Why are rangers fans so obsessed with Neil Lennon when lets face it, they might not have a club very soon. Wouldnt their efforst be best spent concentrating on matters over Ibrokes Way?

TonyBhoy

Agree1 Disagree3

@3. We could say the same about your obsession with our situation. We don't need to concentrate on matters at Ibrox as you lot keep coming on here and reminding us.

2. Tad hypocritical is it not? You mention Gers fans obsesing over Lemon. Yet uv went out ur way to come here an comment on an opposition website. Why dont u stay on your own side mate fail fail

Well is this the week that the prefered bidder is named or will there be something else that crops up so duff & phelps can string the administration out. Got a feeling it could be a long summer with the way information is getting drip fed.

You should fear the worst, your club is going down the swanny and I cant stop laughing at it, and all the gullible rangers (in administration) fans.

As a Rangers fan i would just like to congratulate Hearts on making it an all edinburgh final. It should be a cracker and a lot more even than Hibs v Celtic

Believable16 Unbelievable0

Don't know about more even, Hearts have had the upper hand during the Edinburgh derbies for a while now and i don't expect any change. Hearts for the Cup.

I think Neil was right, they should fancy their chances in the Champions League as long as they avoid the potential banana skins in the qualifiers, teams like Kilmarnck and Hearts lie in wait, and as i said if they can avoid them or the Administration XI then they can have a run!

Believable8 Unbelievable3

What would you deem a banana skin tie, would Sion have been that or is that an easy game? Artmedia Bratislava? That was supposed to be easy, don't forget teams like Arsenal are potentially waiting.

Agree3 Disagree1

You never know, we might get Maribor or Malmo in the qualifiers...

Idiots.

Agree0 Disagree0

1.) What would you deem a banana skin tie, would Sion have been that or is that an easy game? Artmedia Bratislava? That was supposed to be easy, don't forget teams like Arsenal are potentially waiting."

No they are not you tool as champions of their leagues (thats us Celtic), play champions of other leagues that need to qualify. However with thumpings off Maribor and Malmo I can see you and your lot know nothing about European football.

Agree0 Disagree0

@3 Rangers know nothing about european football? think you will find that the reason your team is even in the qualifiers is due to Rangers participation in european football over the last few years because it certainly isnt because of your teams sh*t performances. P.S WE were hardly thumped off of marribor or malmo where as your team were outplayed by Sion Twice.
