Hi ed just found this on the west ham page (Jonothan Specter joining Rangers) could this be the mighty Glasgow Rangers and if so do you know anything about this guy {Ed010's Note - Jonathan Spector is an US international currently playing for West Ham as you say. He can play anywhere across the backline and more recently moved into midfield. Rangers are rumoured to be interested but with a price tag of 2.5 million being touted, I really don'y know if Rangers will follow up there interest.
Spector Is out of contract so wouldn't cost a penny as is Upson so depending on wages etc Rangers stand a good chance of bringing 1 if not both north of the border. .

Greegs would be an obvious choice I reckon. But then again, Weir still keeping it safe and solid at 41 is quite an achievement.
Let's not forget Miller too- 20 odd goals is a fantastic return for someone sold in the January transfer window. And Jela was outstanding in the run-in. And big Kyle too.
If I was pushed to pick one, it would be Greegs.

My choice for player of the year would be McGregor all day long. The man is a different class. Lets face it, if he had let that Samaras goal in, we would have not won the league. Never mind how often he makes wonder saves (I remember at least 2 yesterday).
I rate Alexander and if we lost McGregor it wouldn't be the end of the world, but if Boruc was worth £10mill (aye right! !) and Gordon got sold for something like £8-10 mill then he must be worth £10 -15 mill.
My tip for player of the year next year. . big Kyle. I have watched him blossom this year and if he keeps getting a game up front next season he will fire the goals in for us. He's big and awkward looking, hated by Celtic fans and loves this club with a passion. His energy and enthusiasm is an example to any young player. He seems to have stopped the foolishness and in a years time we may well be fighting off EPL clubs to keep him.

Go for 2-3 quality as who needs quantity when we had one of the smallest squads this year . We have a good spine to our team so why play about with a squad whats just delivered 3in a row . Maybe just a few faces to freshen the team up . . . . .

Goven fr, I personally think papac has been outstanding, safe and secure. But there is only one alan mvgregor. Without his performances we would be 3rd, lol. Whittiker has been good and naisy also as well as big jelly. But mcgregor all the way.

I would say the goalie. naisey brilliant, although i think he should try n stay on his feet more. whittiker i kind of have a prob with in the fact that he's a right back that can't defend! although going forward he's good it sometimes leaves us short at the back. nearly as good as hutton going forward. also rekon if jelavic had a full season we wouldn't even need to talk about best player as he would walk it.

Hi Ed, did you go to the game yesterday? Did anyone see Weiss kidding on he was the woman with a Baird (samaras) taking a penalty and shagger saving it lol ha ha ha {Ed010's Note - Wasn't at the game but did watch it on the telly. Cameras showed Bartley, Weiss and Baettie but no monkey business.
Haha ye I was at Ibrox after the game and saw Weiss reenacting the penalty miss. He is the the new Novo! I really hope we sign him. Good to see we have a Gers fan as the editor of the site.
