i think craig whyte needs to come out and give the rangers fans answers about the taxcase and why john greg resigned because all bears are sitting about patiently waiting for answers and i don't think anybody can wait any longer when was the last time we heard anything from whyte ages ago i do trust him that he will get us out the mess we are in but we as fans should be told a bit more

Alright Ed? What one have we got tonight? Ed001, 003, 014?
Followfollow81 {Ed001's Note - all of us I think, so take your pick, just watch out for 003 and his stories of 'the good ole days', when it snowed for 6 months of the year and you had to walk 25 miles to school and 25 miles back all uphill......}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Ed001 your the Liverpool fan am I correct? Are you coming up for the game tomorrow? How do you think Charlie Adams is doing? Do you think Andy Carroll is worth the £35m Chelsea paid for him lol? If Liverpool want to loan him out send him up here as long as youse are paying his wages lol.
Followfollow81 {Ed001's Note - you are correct. No, I haven't got the money unfortunately, plus I get the little un Mondays and Tuesdays, I wouldn't miss those days for anything, not even football. Adam is just starting to really show what he can do now he is getting fit, after the shambles of Blackpool's training. He was possibly MOTM against United at the weekend. He just needs to up his confidence and take charge a bit more of the dead ball situations, especially penalties! I was never a fan of Carroll, but we didn't have a lot of choice in January, it was either get him for 35m or pay 60m+ for anyone else. On that basis, he is worth it, he is certainly a decent goal scorer (though he has been unlucky with goals being ruled out so far this season), he just needs to improve his movement. If you want loan players, you should make inquiries about Silva, Suso and Morgan, any of those 3 would light up the SPL, in my opinion. I would say Sterling, but I am not sure if he is old enough to go out on loan yet or not.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I've heard that Ed014 is a Man City and Rangers Fan plus a Babe. They say luck comes in 3s. Can you ask your owner Ed014 if he will pump some money in to your great team (Rangers)? Lol
Followfollow81 {Ed014's Note - They will need to ask 007 for a sub. Thanks for the babe comment.I'm blushing and hubby is raging...........

Agree1 Disagree0

Its charlie adam.........NOt adams.. Gets right on my nips..

Agree0 Disagree0

Ed003 are you the Blackpool fan? How has Barry Ferguson been doing? I think it's shocking that people that go into the pleasure beach with (kids with a wrist band) have to pay aswell lol.
Followfollow81 {Ed003's Note - I am yes,Barry has settled in very well,what you see is what you get with him,keep the ball and keep everything ticking over in midfield,but you know that. I know mate fancy charging people a fiver into the park when it used to be free,could always go to Alton Towers where everybody has to pay £25/30 just to get in but hey ho they didnt get voted the best theme park in the UK and 10th best in the world did they? and for that fiver they dont provide free entrance to a fantastic ice show in the evening either! }

Agree0 Disagree0

Defo Ed your kids and family are priceless more important than football Totally agree mate. Was Charlie not fit when youse signed him? Carroll will come good they are no doubt about it. He's an old fashioned centre forward. He reminds me of big Duncan Ferguson.
Followfollow81 {Ed001's Note - he was fit, but not the kind of fit demanded at a professional club, Blackpool's training is extremely amateur. A number of the players pay for fitness coaches out of their own pocket because the club has none. To give you an idea of just how amateur things are under Holloway, when Charlie used to ask to stay behind after training to practice free kicks Holloway would refuse to allow one of the keepers to stay behind to work with. Charlie would only get 3 balls to use as well, so it would be 3 free kicks, then he would have to collect the balls and take 3 more. He is fairly similar to Duncan Ferguson, I hope he will be a bit less of an embarrassment to the club than Ferguson was to his at times. In a lot of respects Ferguson was a nice guy, very generous etc, but he was prone to stupid outbursts, especially when bevvied.}

Agree1 Disagree0

A reply to (gets right on my nips) love the name big man. I wish all the posters would leave a name so we get to know each other. I can tell you this I will not forget you name CLASSIC lmao. Slip of the tongue mate Adams/Adam my apology lol.
Followfollow81

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry to make you blush when your hubby is in the room Ed014 lol. But if he every throws you out you can always followfollow me up the m81 only kidding hubby lol. Ed003 I was only joking about the prices at pleasure beach. I've been going going to Blackpool for the last 27yrs and it's not changed one bit apart for the £5 charge into the pleasure beach lol. Take care guys and girls goodnight.
Followfollow81 {Ed014's Note - I'll keep that in mind,he is very crabit just now.Why can't men cook?

I don't know if anyone remembers me saying at the start of the season I am going to do a Lennon and when we drop points see if I can blame the ref and come up with a total of points cost by refs, just so Celtic can't say they are hard done to. Week 1 against Hearts we were through on goal and wrongly flagged offside and a clear penalty not given. Against StMirren the goal came in the 95th minute with only 93 due to be played. Four points cost by referees. Not really we didn't play at all well and didn't deserve to win either but if any Celtic fans start their conspiracy rubbish then remind them of this.

GovanFR

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Injury time is based on a MINIMUM of !!! so stop sounding like a Dhim and find excuses, we were SHOCKING against St Mirren, end of m8. Don't ffs stoop to the gutter level of the chasers. 4 in a row

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes, did you not get what his point was?

Agree0 Disagree1

Of course I got the point, I just don't think there is a case for stooping to their level. Face up to your own mistakes and stop looking to blame others ( is that it ? ) OF COURSE I GET IT ! I just don't see the point, the Rangers players need to start rolling up the f**king sleeves against teams and stop thinking they only need to turn up. We blew a chance to nail that lot, and we F**KED UP big time, no excuses, just a case of average players thinking they are better than they are. You win the battles first and then you play football and then you win the games, not adopting a superior attitude against a team that stated well before the game that they felt there was something in the game for them. That and the result at Rugby park should have fired Rangers players up, it had the total opposite effect, WE WERE SHOCKING ! So, stop searching for excuses, that is what they ( yeeuch ) do.................... I GET IT

You bears are always accusing Miko, Timalloy of not knowing anything about your tax case, I remember a few posts by timalloy in particular where he said Whyte was running out of money and might not have money to pay bills until january, you all rubbished him.
Tonight on BBC it was stated that Rangers were running out of money and needed funds to keep going until end of year. EXACTLY what Timalloy told you all and Miko also. These friendlies are not for "experience" they are to give Whyte money to run the club. BBC dont lie. hail hail Neil T

Believable1 Unbelievable5

Look Neil T what timalloy and miko know about Rangers affairs you could write on a postage stamp and yous lot need to concentrate on your own teams poor performances before coming on the Rangers page to have a go at us after watching that lot on Saturday a team of over 60 s could give them a thrashing so my advice to you is go to your own page and try to resolve your own teams problems not ours. GERman

Oh no taxzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

john gregg thank you , voted mr rangers , and there is still people on this site thinks he should have went sooner , hang nyour head in shame ,this mans statue is outside ibrox and he should not have been allowed to take this coURSE OFF ACTION ,I THINK HAS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER THAT THERE IS MORE TOO THIS THAN MEETS THE EYE

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Well said mate only true Rangers fans will be gutted to see John go and i hope the Blue order and the Rangers trust dont let this one go

Agree0 Disagree2

It's a sad day indeed when somebody of the stature of John Greig does not want anything further to do with Rangers. There must be something seriously wrong at Ibrox if a legend of his status resigns.

Agree0 Disagree1

The blue order and rangers trust will not raise a voice against mr whyte ,they only intrested in the future off rangers has i am , but people lets not forget the history off our club and mr gregg was a big part off it , if anybody from the rangers trust or blue order wish too correct me or justify why mr gregg took this action [sorry was forced into this action then maybe you should drop us all a message on this matter , it is time for rangers fans to get answers , but i dont think the answers wii be asked my the above groups for i know as fact that a member off the above groups have been asked to join the new board, when they have there first meeting , yes i meen first meeting too let yous no more facts the rangers board has never had ameeting since mr whyte took over

Agree1 Disagree0

I to remember john greig ,my hero was there at easter road when he hobbled on to take his team over the line to our rightfull place as champions .however i love my club and would not have felt comfortable under murrays demise for our club ,and whatever john greig was a witness to, he has to share with the support or his resignation means nothing. we have to hope mr whyte as a self made man who has lived the passion of a proper rangers supporter when we actually turned up to sing ,will lead us out of our present situation which he was brave enough to take on. lots talked the talk he walked the walk. i urge all fans not just at away games to support the team or stay away let people who will sing take your wasted seat. to support our club is a honour you have to earn the right we have enemies everywhere do not help them do the dirty on our club .we are the rangers family highland bear

hey guys ive read all the texts even the ones from the manky mob but hey listen nbig john and the other guy resign ,,,so hat;;;; mr greig would never have got a seat on mastermind maybe voted the greatest ever gers player;;;;; personaly it would gave been LAUDROP for me,,,,we need guys in the boardroom who can contribute meaningfull ideas. Mr Whyte obviously didnt rate them. At the end of the day its his money thats at stake so all us bears have to back the guy through thick and thin . If we go into administration well be right behind him,, a ger for life... sausage bear

Believable3 Unbelievable1

You are a muppet john greig is MR.RANGERS! the guy is a legend and for one i would be very suprised if any Gers fans have the same view as you! so far whyte has done sweet f@*k all for rangers bar feed the Rangers faithful lies.
where John Greig would bleed blue for the club and through the ibrox disaster was a rock for the club i am totally shocked anyone who calls there self a Rangers fan would post such dribble.

Agree2 Disagree1

Whose the muppet here ? im a season ticket holder and a shareholder and i want the gers to survive for eternity. WE NEED businesmen to run our great CLUB not legends there for the pay day. Yes big John was a legend (we all love the guy)but we need clever business people to run us now. sausage bear

Agree2 Disagree0

Sorry, just been reading some of the rubbish from the labour/snp educated types, the thicker they are the better they are for us.Whyte has done nothing for Rangers, apart from make fools of us in the transfer market,he has bought a club with massive assets and if it goes t***s up,he will still be quids in after everything is paid. When the bank controlled us,they still released enough funds to buy the likes of Jelavic, now we offer a dozen eggs and a bacon roll as a weekly wage, wise up bears or partick thistle is our only hope. Whyte has another part of the jigsaw in place with the resignation of Greg & McClelland. We will never hear the truth to what's happening at our great club. Whyte will have a written agreement in place with both of them so the can't speak about what's going on. But we still need to trust Whyte 100% to take our club forward.

Sad to see John Greig has resigned, I would just like to wish a true legend and the greatest ever RANGER a happy and lengthy retirement. gGreat memories as a young fan watching him play for the Champions and I'll never forget his goal against the Dhims at Ibrox when they thought they should have had a foul, but Greigy played on ( ran right past me in the enclosure) and played a one- two and calmly slotted home whilst the big mug McNeil chased the ref, a Rangers legend indeed !! Believable3 Unbelievable1

I see there will be an expose of Mr Whyte on BBC, I bet HMRC will be taking note, if he has issues with other businesses oh dear, you bears are all doomed, also on the John Greig issue, as a Celtic fan even I know he bleeds Rangers yet you are all turning your backs on him, shame on you bears, maybe he will issue a writ as well, then Mr Whyte can try and save some lawyers fees by doing them all as one job lot hail hail Neil T(so unamed bear who is the Banker now LOL

I cant believe we are playing this friendly before the hearts game, surely we should be sitting with the feet up rather than losing to liverpool in front off 20,000 this friendly is a joke

Believable0 Unbelievable3

According to BBear 50,000 tickets were sold, it was on fox tv and rangers would make £3m LOL

Agree1 Disagree2

I agree, crazy to be playing this friendly....Miko

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think its crazy - we might lose a couple of point in the next few weeks, but look at the positives: a great experience for the youngsters (personally, i hope fleck gets a game and proves how he is the most talented footballer to come from our youth ranks in recent memory). Plus, we can afford to drop a couple points in light of our 7 point lead. Muzz

All the Rangers supporters moan about us going on and on about the tax case, why? It's the most current and relevant issue of Rangers and today the last two of the old committee board resigned. The sequence of events at your club over the course of this year should be ringing massive alarm bells yet you all continue to trust Whyte and turn a blind eye.....shame!......Miko

Agree1 Disagree2

Follow 81 been on here b4 the window shut, story cut short (take it u didn't see my post last week) put a massive post up about the 1st tax bill that took forever to be payed due to white with no money, the smoke screen with the 'friendllies' & wanting to play in the EPL all he's doing Is taking ur eye off the tax case which every rangers fans seems to forget ? So when I mean there in trouble I mean that's 4 back room staff left freezing X amount of Craig whites money, proof in the pudding trying to buy players at 100k offers (ok a will say used did well on who u did sign) taking forever to pay a bill of 1. Something million ? Rangers were in the wrong & white couldn't pay it. Now 2 games comming up home & away make a bit of money,(as u do) but all he's doing is trying to smoke screen a tax case that is going to cost rangers serious money that I really don't think white has, hence the 4 members leaving & freezing money ? And b4 anyone says it, yes they 4 didn't want him but how come it's took so long to get rid of them ? As a said at the top not jumping on the band wagon ...yet but just trying to point out that rangers could be in trouble as some of the rangers fans think this tax case is just like the cold that goes away. Just making a small point to say open ur eyes a little ( yes we have our problems too b4 anyone throws that in too )

Lenny
(from the manky/piggy/septic & all the other daft names u call us Celtic fans)

Oh aye? What else has the Boss of the BBC (your good good close personal friend) been telling you? Find out if Kat leaves the Vic please, and can you ask him to sort my aerial out? Not been so good since the change over...
Nugget!

Agree1 Disagree0

No need for that bile - there's a programme on BBC1 on Thursday evening about the problems at Rangers. Who's the nugget now?

Agree0 Disagree0

So I am not a nugget then!...trust me

This will be the same damp squib as the previous BBC expose on Romanov. Even the bloggers don't expect much, Mind you didn't stop producer/director tout it to Celtic bloggers on twitter. Also same time as the latest episode if "Celtic pumpfest" in Europe, coincidence?

Agree0 Disagree0

It wont be explosive the BBC don't do explosive if you want that watch Dispatches.

Grieg and Mclelland quit from the Rangers board of directors. Both say that they have been isolated since Whytes takeover and have not been involved in decision making.
Can't say I'm surprised, it was only a matter of time. Big John Grieg will always be a legend to me and the epitome of a fine captain.

McLelland and Greig resign from the board. I think we need to know exactly what is going on.

Can I ask what the obsession is with where Celtic are or how many points they have (or have not)?
From where I'm sitting Celtic are at best ropey and as a result are in 3rd place with extra games in Europe and injuries. I'm assuming from this chat that nobody is taking the threat of Motherwell seriously. Neither ourselves or Celtic are the forces that we once were and if ever there was a time to topple the old firm it's now. I honestly believe the only differences between us and The Well at the moment is 4 class players in Jela, Greegs, Naisy and Davis. We also know how to win titles and have the resiliance to do it again but it will be tight. Celtic are a shambles and deserve no attention from us. This could be the season where the Old Firm are split with Celtic finishing 3rd. That said, if we end up having a January sale on the likes of Jela, Greegs etc then things could become a lot harder in the new year. The bulk of the rest of our squad are no better than what Motherwell or Hearts have and all we can do is keep our best players, avoid major injuries and stay switched on for the full 90 mins.
We will win the title again but we need to wake up and realise that we are only Rangers in name and history. Most of these players wouldn't have got anywhere near a Rangers jersey 10 years ago.
